To look at Fakes are great!! To touch they are all hard and horrible... I've rented out loads of movies with fake breasts and loved them... However... after playing with some on "the scene" I quickly realised they were not for me... Not that I'm a boob girl really..(Bums are my thing) but in the throws of passion I'm known to be slightly rough with the girlies and getting the reaction "ouch that fookin hurt" doesn't turn me on.. Hi lawless, it's the inflatable doll look I'm so much against! I find that with natural breasts nature usually compensates by giving smaller breasted women lovely nipples while with the inflated, super-sized ones the nipples are flattened, almost non-existent. Not only that but the breasts stand up when they should sag a bit from their own weight. It's so unnatural. | |

Well, I wasn't around when this was started but I found this thread with the search facility, before kicking off a thread on a related topic. There are some very interesting posts here, some quite eloquently put. I just wanted to put forward my view on the general issue of breast 'enhancement.' Not wishing to touch on the motivations of why they might be done, it seems to me that there is a great variation in the attractiveness of the outcome in these operations. Whilst some post op enhancements might look great clothed, they can make quite shocking viewing when exposed. A subtle job can be quite effective, but on the whole, unless there is good reason (medical or psychological) , I would prefer to see the beauty of nature rather than the skill of the surgeon. Oh and the answer to the OPs question. No, I wouldn't. Go fake tits! As has been said, breast implants look great but do not feel the part. The thing to remember is that 99% of the time a woman has her shirt on, except for in porn of course. Breast implants more often than not make a woman look very nice in clothing. Are fake breasts better than naturals? Absolutely not! They are, however, a good substitute for some women who look like they should have larger breasts than they do naturally. Also, not all breast implants look bad nude either. I have seen some that were very difficult to tell even when looking for it, and I have seen a lot of breasts! I thought I replied here, but I guess I haven't. My tuppence: I'd rather be with a flat-chested woman than one with implants. And by flat, I mean flat. Of course, like most men, I love breasts. Love em! I love em big and small, but in the end it doesn't really matter. Nice breasts are icing on the cake. Fake breasts would be like, I don't know, icing made with cornstarch and water. Somebody needs to start an areola/nipple thread. To me, that's the most important thing. I would much prefer a girl with small breasts and large areolas to a girl with large breasts and small areolas. (Aureole? Areolae? A filled out sweater is nice, but I've yet to see a doctored pair that was as fun to play with as a pair of real ones of any size. Even the best tit jobs strike a nerve with me when she does the "lay back test". I have seen some that can move to the side of the body when laying down like a natural breast would. That is because she went with a modest sized implant and had a fair amount of tissue to begin with. The girls with small B's and A's that want to have D's will pretty much always have the soft ball look to them. I am hopeful that one day a breast enhancement method will be devises that will make breasts that feel as good as real ones. But for the moment there is no substitution for the real thing. Areolae are my favourite bits. There is so much variation in size shape & colour. I always love to see them, especially if they are unusual. BTW anyone know...... According to just about every link I checked out, it's stated that silicone has a more natural feel to it than saline. But I never saw the word "softer" or anything indicating exactly what they meant by "a more natural feel". That surprises me. As far as I can tell all the fears in the 90's about silicone implants being the cause of breats cancer were unfounded. The major differences between saline over silicone is that when your saline implants ruptures than the saline seaps out and gets aborbed by the body. The implants deflates rather quickly and that makes it quite obvious that it has ruptured. The only way to identify a ruptured silicone implant is trough a mammogramn or an MRI since the gel pretty much stays near or around the implant. The other difference is that saline implants are almost always placed behind the pectoral muscle. That means a much more invasive procedure which adds more pain and a longer recovery time. No matter which one you pick. I believe that most implants are good for 10 yrs and then have to be replaced. If nothing else that would be enough for me to not want to bother. I guess I can add this one to my list of why Women are sometime so weird. Long live the Brown Coats. | |

There is no real life span to an implant. A good implant can last longer than 10 years. Often times it is the fill valve that leaks. When the implant itself tears it is frequently because there is a crease in the implant and the shell rubs on itself. This causes it to wear faster. Filling the implant fuller will prevent this rubbing, but adds to the hardness. The silicon implants seem more natural because they are more viscous. Obviously breast tissue does not move like water, so the viscosity of the silicon is much closer to that of real breasts. Putting the implants below the muscle is usually done for women with low amounts of breast tissue. They do that to put more tissue between the implant and the outside of the skin. It also gives more support to the implants which is what some people are looking for. Those with the firmer breasts do well in form fitting clothing. Above the muscle is better for those who have reasonable breasts already but want more. The result will seem more natural because the implant is not being restrained by the muscle. This will give a more natural drop, and allow it to flow outward when she lays down. I have spent way too much time looking into this topic! I love Boobies. One of my huge problems with implants is that so often when a woman is laying on her side you can actually see the ridges (and wrinkles) of the "enhancement" when the breasts are bouncing. Same if she bounces up and down in cowboy position. You can actually see the outlines of the bag of silicone. I could not get myself to touch something like that and I'm not sure if she would like it much if I did touch it. :-) | |

I am with badandy on this one, in that fake breasts can look great when a girl is wearing clothing, but without... The bigger implants -- D and above, sometimes C -- can look unnaturally firm, as if gravity no longer applies, or as the real problem of the matter, they are not made up of normal breast tissue. And then there is scarring which is very unattractive, whether it is on areola or the under the breast itself, and it seems to defeat the whole purpose of looking better. Some implants are actually forced in through the belly button (saw it on TV a couple of times, looked painful) since it is already a scar, but that may be for only smaller implants. In case you were wondering, it's called Trans Umbilical Breast Augmentation (TUBA), and it's with an implant that is inserted and then inflated/filled, so I think it is for all sizes. There just may be.... Going in through the belly button is not the best way in many peoples' opinion. The trouble is that the travel is a long way to the breast area which means more area of the body is being messed with, plus this does not allow a direct view of the area. The surgeon has to cut in the breast region to make room for the implant and must make sure the nerve fibers to the nipple are not cut, so being able to actually see is a good things. Going in through the armpit is also a good option. This allows vision but the scar is in the already wrinkly area of the armpit. I do not spend a lot of time looking there so it would not bother me at all. If I had to go back to school for something not related to engineering in any way I would go to be a plastic surgeon. Specifically to do work with breasts. I know it might be hard to believe, but not simply to play with boobs all day. I believe that going breast augmentations can be a practice of art. Think about it, every woman is has different breasts and might want different things for different reasons. When a woman goes in for breast implants she deserves to have someone do the very best they can do for her, and lets face it not every surgeon out there is willing to put 100% into every single job. I would also like to do work with breast cancer survivors. Those woman have had their breasts for most of their lives and they help define the person, they deserve to have the effort put into getting them as close to whole again as possible. Yes, I love looking at boobs, but there is more to it than that. Yes you can see the rippling, especially with saline. Unfortunately it is not perfect. Getting them is a compromise. I wish there were another way, but this is the only way that is guaranteed to get results. I've got to say that I'm pretty non-discriminatory when it comes to boobs. Boobs turn me on. I really like natural boobs, including mosquito bite titties, but there are a lot of women with fake ones that turn me on as well - in person, too - though it's a pretty fast turn-off for me if I'm squeezing a woman's boobs the way she wants and I start feeling some foreign material inside the thing moving around in a weird way - that's not terribly uncommon with fake ones - and then there are the weird stretch marks. So while I do get turned on by good looking fake ones and girls who have them, I would never encourage women to get them and I have discouraged numbers from ever getting them - not that most that I have discouraged have listened all that much. | |

At the risk of repeating myself, most implants aren't even nice to look at. One thing no one mentioned (I don't think) is that the larger ones also tend to flatten out the nipples which are a very attractive feature on any size breast for me! | |

Is it possible that the main reason why we don't like implants is because the size that many girls pick is often too large for their chest and therefore they completely alter the appearance of the breasts? Absolutely, Pat. They look too big, too round, too artificial on most, plus the ridging and wrinkling when in action doesn't do a thing for my libido. On the other hand if I have to look twice: does she or doesn't she have implants then I have no problem with them .. as long as I don't have to touch them. Of course, this excludes breast restorations after a battle with breast cancer. If a loved one had to go through that I would cheer her on and certainly not find anything repulsive in the procedure. I absolutely hate fake tits. I prefer that a woman have small, but natural tits than big, but fake tits. Ironically, a lot of woman actually don't look as good with fake tits as they did when they were titties were natural.  | |

The reason I made the previous post with the link is because some guy is making a list of celebrities he believes have fake breasts and trying to convince everyone and now he may be going after all the rest of the actresses according to the latest comment on his list. Question: How would you feel if some one wrote a list saying and trying to convince you or that you found out otherwise that almost every actress and model on TBP has fake breasts? I know a lot of people on porn users probably hate fake breasts but how would you feel if someone told you that 75% or higher of all the women you see on all the porn sites on TBP has fake breasts? | |

I looked at the list and I think his claim on some of them is a very dubious. Cameron Diaz has implants...Are You kidding? If she does then they are the smallest ones I've ever heard someone get. Mila Kunis and Avril lavigne are also on his list and I have a hard time believing either of thse women have implants for the same reason as Cameron. A large part of his list includes women that are past 40 and didn't necessarily have implants until later in life and many of the others haven't made it a secret that they have implants. I look at thes liste the same way that i look at any list...With a grain of salt. If you are going to claim something then make sure you can prove it. Long live the Brown Coats. | |
