KieraSky.com ( See and Laugh ) I joined this one about 20 days ago and chose 3 months membership through CCbill. 5 days ago I tryed to log in to members area but I got an error message saying that there is a problem with my account and that I have to contact site's customer support and so ... I did ... 3 times, but I got no response though they clearly state that they fix such problems in 48 hours. Well, 5 days passed I still dont have access so I feel that I lost my money. Honestly, this is THE FIRST TIME that I face a problem like that, I joined several adult websites but that is UNBELIEVABLE. Moreover, I mailed CCBill's customer support and replied that I have to stay calm and that they will fix the problem in the next 48 hours, but never did. I would send another email to CCBILL or try to contact them via phone. I've come to find out saying things like "this is outrageous and I've never had this problem in the past" will make them fix problems alot quicker. But at the same time you do need to calmly talk to them, it makes things easier on both sides. | |
