Zishy is extremely softcore porn, or almost borderline non-nude. You get an occasional photo of a topless model, but it's rare.
I'm not sure if there are any bottomless photos at the site. If there are, the majority of them would be the backside of a model, not the front side.

But since the price is so low ($8/month, $28/year), it's worth joining, if you are in the mood for tease.

Forbes estimates that Taylor Swift had an income of $55 million 2013 and $53 million in 2012.
Reports are that Taylor Swift earned around $64 million in 2014,

Beyonce raked in $115 million in 2014.

Justin Bieber made around $80 million in 2014.

But Dr. Dre beat all of them by selling Beats headphones to Apple for $3 billion.

So not all singers/bands are going broke.

======================================

What does that have to do with value?

I have no idea.

Value, ethical standards, something for nothing, are all concepts that might have little to do with the real world.

I know that many people at PU think that no site deserves a 100 score.
They seem to think (I am generalizing here) that a 100 score means a perfect site, and apparently, a perfect site only exists as a goal, and not something that can be achieved.

I've never given any site a 100 score.

I did give Metart a score of 99 on my last review of the site (in 2013), because I felt it was Best in Class for softcore glamor photo sets of models.

I am not saying Metart is perfect. I've mentioned many times that their videos are disappointing. But that is something that I find common to softcore sites.

Maybe it's due to my personal tastes that I find softcore videos disappointing. Or maybe it's a technical issue. Softcore photo sets can be erotic. But most softcore videos are not erotic (for me, at least).

Metart was the first site I wrote a review on for PU. That was in 2008. At the time, I gave it a score of 97. I based it on Metart's many strengths (huge number of attractive models, massive amount of photo sets, a large number of different photographers, how easy the site was to use, the amazing way they updated on a daily basis of 4 to 6 photo sets/videos.

I knew that a 97 score would probably draw some criticism, because most PU members think 97 is too high a score for any site.

But Metart just impresses the hell out of me. I personally think it's the best softcore site on the Internet.

Although MPL Studios is very fine.

For some reason, I don't enjoy Femjoy as much as either Metart or MPL Studios. I gave Femjoy an 87 in 2009.

I just enjoy the photo sets at Metart and MPL Studios more than the photo sets at Femoy.

Femjoy has tons of photo sets. Tons of attractive or lovely models.

So Femjoy is an excellent site.

But I personally enjoy Metart and MPL Studios more than Femjoy.

And I believe that a person's individual preference is reflected in many of the scores for the different sites.

Some people believe that the score for a site should be based on hard, cold facts, that are exterior to the reviewer.

I don't agree. I believe that the site score should reflect the reviewer's ideas, thoughts, viewpoints, whatever.
I think it makes for a better review, one that is more informative, interesting.

Just my 2 cents. (Or maybe, with inflation, just my dime's worth).

I don't use twitter or facebook or any of those services.
Basically, any information or news I get about porn comes from PU/TBP.

Some boob jobs are obviously fake and unnatural. But there are other boob jobs that can be excellent, and hard to tell if they were done or not.

I'm not sure what MikeC means by: "Its like Tattoos are to the 2010s what fake breasts were in the 90s."

From a 2012 news article on breast enlargements:
"Today it rates as the second-most popular form of cosmetic surgery worldwide, undergone by 1.5 million women in 2010."

"Breast augmentation has been the #1 cosmetic procedure for over a decade...The growth rate has remained virtually recession proof over the past 20 years...4.93% of women in the United States have undergone breast augmentation surgery."

So boob jobs are even more popular today than they were in the 1990s.

Regarding tattoos:
From a December 2014 article:
"In the U.S. more women than men are tattooed (23 percent to 19 percent).

Of people ages 18-25, 36 percent have at least one tattoo. Of people ages 26-40, 40 percent have at least one tattoo.

Read more: http://billingsgazette.com/news/local/ta...b.html#ixzz3iQWZHlcD

I dislike boob jobs and tattoos, but you can't deny they are both popular.
I didn't realize how popular they were, until I read those articles.

23% of U.S. women are tattooed? I wouldn't have believed it.

I've been a member of PU for several years. But I don't know where the PU Members Area button/link is located.

I'm assuming, from the way the PU Members Area button/link is described, that it acts as a hot link from PU to the member's area of the linked site that you might be a member of.

Unless you mean that the PU Members Area button/link is merely a link from PU to the porn pay site.

In the latter case, the link can be helpful: just click on the link and you are connected to the porn pay site, instead of having to type in the name of the site in the browser address bar.

Again, in the latter case, they are a convenience to PU members, and necessary for PU/TBP. I would think that PU would want to keep those links, as they are the conduit for PU/TBP getting paid for referrals to paid memberships to the porn pay sites.

OK. I looked at TBP site. And found the Members Area button/link. For the Metart site.

I'm a current member of Metart But when I click on the Members Area button/link for Metart, I get a 404 page, Error, Not Found.

So you might as well eliminate those links, since they are a waste of time, and real estate.

I don't think the Members Area link is found on PU. At least, I can't find it easily.

I enjoyed Captain American 1 much more than Captain America 2: better plot, more traditional values (America versus Nazis, instead of modern conspiracy theories about secret organizations taking over the government), plus I liked the Part 1 futuristic submarine, car, plane, etc. which had an art-deco feel instead of the Part 2 inventions which did not seem that interesting or artistic.

Ant-Man, a new superhero movie from Marvel, opens tomorrow (Friday, July 17).
I'll probably wait for the DVD, or maybe even cable.
$10 for a movie ticket.
Another $10 or more for a small popcorn and a drink.
You wait a few months, it costs less than $2.00 to rent a DVD from Redbox.
Or you can watch it for free (if you are already paying for a cable subscription).

MPL Studios and Femjoy are also premium softcore sites focusing on photos. Though both sites also have videos as well.

Both sites also have tons of absolutely stunning models.
Neither site has a lot of lingerie or strip-tease.

Zemani is similar, with gorgeous models, mainly softcore approach, very little lingerie or strip-tease. Zemani is a smaller site than MPL Studios and Femjoy, but worth joining at least once, to see the models they feature.

But if you're a purist, and only want polished, highly glamorized strip-tease sites, then none of my suggestions would appeal to you.

I agree that Steve Jobs was a dick, in his personal life, and almost certainly in his business life.
But he was recognized as a genius, because of the financial success of his companies.
And he certainly had a flair for self-promotion.

I don't think the new movie will try to over-glorify Jobs.
And maybe people who really knew Jobs will dis-agree with the movie's portrayal of Jobs.

But like I said, the movie has an excellent cast of actors, who will be trying to bring parts of Job's history to the screen. The brief movie clip I saw was very impressive. It had humor, sharp dialogue, and seemed to create a very interesting portrait of one of the most successful businessmen of the 20th century.

I'm not going to see the movie as a fan of Jobs. I'm going because I think the movie itself could be one of the best movies of the year.

Have you seen the trailer for the new Steve Jobs biopic?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aEr6K1bwIVs

I didn't see the Steve Jobs biopic with Ashton Kutcher, but the upcoming movie looks much more interesting.

I talked with one of the guys who worked on the movie, and he said they took enormous pains to make the movie historically accurate, using actual locations and trying to simulate the machines and software from the actual events.

Plus, Michael Fassbender, Kate Winslet, Seth Rogen as the lead actors, and Danny Boyle as the director.

This is one movie I am going to see in the theater.

The movie trailer is fantastic. I just hope the movie is as good.

If the site is listed at PU (PornUsers), leave a comment that site does not allow downloading of images.

Screenshots are a poor way of saving photos.
But if you are a serious collector, I guess they are better than nothing.

I have no suggestions on a work-around to solve your problem.
Sorry.

A couple of years ago, there were some posts by the staff of Porn Users that there would be one or more sites that would replace the Porn Users site.

Have there been any recent developments on this?
Are the new sites (or site) still under development, or has the project been delayed or dropped?

If still under development, is there a test site that we can look at to see how the project looks currently?

I'm not a member of Twitter or Facebook, so I probably missed out on most of the news of the Porn Users replacement site, if that's where the updates are posted.

But I have looked at https://www.myporn.com/, which seems to be the gateway to the PU replacement site.

I think it's probably all in your mind.
Or you could be putting too much emphasis on one or two days of browsing.

I'm finding lots of very attractive new models, that are constantly appearing in porn. Both in softcore and in hardcore.

And of course, there are loads of new models that have just entered the field in the last two years. That are attractive to just absolutely stunning.

Check out the Metart site. There are sites that give large thumbnails of the Metart models.

I'm not saying that every model is attractive. They do have some plain or average-looking girls. But most of the models are attractive to extremely attractive to really lovely.

That's my opinion, anyway.

I do a search for 18xgirls.com at PU and get 0 results.
This site used to be listed at PU.
It seems that if you no longer cover a site, it would be more informative if you still list it, with a description that the site is no longer covered--possibly with a short reason why. Or that PU does not accept the business practices of the site.

I just did a google search.

The last time it snowed in my part of LA county was February 26, 2011.
Snow accumulations around 3 inches were present.

Snow on the ground may only occur about every five to ten years.

But we do get earthquakes.

I live in California, in Los Angeles county.

Two weeks ago, I saw some hail on the ground, that lasted for a few seconds (it was raining, which is very unusual for Los Angeles).

Haven't had any snow on the ground in years.

I would like to trademark the names of John Doe, Jane Doe, John Smith, and Jane Smith.

Think of all the money we could make, if we take to court any people with those names, and force them to pay us royalties for the right to continue using those names.

What a great idea. We could use crowd funding to support the copyright.

And we could force the police and other law enforcement organizations to pay us any time they use those names (or aliases) in their court papers.

Fantastic. I've found the way to pay for all our future porn subscriptions.

Who is the first to sign my online petition?

PS: The law can be strange.
Did you know:

http://steveshapero.com/StupidStateLawsSanitized.pdf

In Chico, CA, it is illegal to detonate nuclear devices within city limits. Those who do so are subject to a fine of up to $500 if they are caught doing this act within city limits.

Another important California law I never knew about:
It is illegal to drive more than two thousand sheep down Hollywood Boulevard at one time.
(This was probably passed by owners of cows and chickens.)

I think it's just the human condition.
Or human nature.
The first time you are introduced to porn, or a site that blows you away, you think it's fantastic. It's fresh, powerful, erotic.
Then, as time goes by (sometimes shorter than other periods), the eroticism drops. It could take years or months for this to happen.
I remember looking at Playboy magazine in the 1960s. And Penthouse magazine in the 1970s. Some of the models were absolutely lovely. I realize the magazines did a professional job of presenting the models in the best light possible, but it was an erotic experience just looking at the photos of these women.
Switch to today, with internet porn.
Now you have videos as well as photos.
And there are an amazing amount of attractive to lovely young models.
But it's only human nature to become slightly jaded after surfing the sites we've joined.
For some PU members, I think the only time we will have lost all interest in porn will be when we are six feet under.
Or possibly cremated--do our urges vanish if we are incinerated instead of buried?

This model runs a fake skype show scam - I would advise extreme caution to anyone when you see her posts about "anyone want a skype show!?" from twitter and so forth. Once she gets her money she vanishes, you will not get a show.

The different sites of Diesel network (except for the Wow Girls and the Wow Porn sites, which were supposedly not part of the Diesel network) were rolled into 18 Only Girls.

Most of the content of those different sites were rolled into the current 18 Only Girls site--except that the content from some sites was eliminated completely, and some content from other sites were also eliminated.

So for whatever reason, a significant amount of older content has been lost or eliminated from what used to be the Diesel network of sites.

18 Only Girls, Wow Porn and Wow Girls are now part of the Diesel network.

Japan Zoo Discovers How Not to Breed Hyenas

Zookeepers in Japan have learned that–without a female–one plus one is always two, never three or more.

Staff at Maruyama Zoo in the northern city of Sapporo spent years trying to get two spotted hyenas to reproduce with zero success only to find that both animals were male.

Hyenas Kami and Kamutori arrived as “a couple†at the zoo from South Korea in October 2010 and were put in the same cage for breeding in 2012.

The zoo said in a statement that the two animals never showed any breeding behavior and were very often fighting.

“They remained confrontational, leaving bite marks on each other,†one of the zookeepers told Japan Real Time.

Eventually the zoo decided to verify the sex of the hyenas when Kami, which was believed to be the female, failed to show any signs it had reached reproductive age.

According to the zoo, it is extremely difficult to determine the sex of a hyena from its external genitalia. It was only able to reach a conclusion after Hokkaido University conducted ultrasound examinations and hormone checks.

The zoo said that while it was surprised by the results, it had never ruled out the possibility that both hyenas were male given that the two animals never really got along.

Kami and Kamutori are now housed in separate cages. The zoo said it is considering getting a female spotted hyena and relaunching its breeding efforts.

According to the Japanese Association of Zoos and Aquariums, there are seven zoos with spotted hyenas in Japan. Of the 16 spotted hyenas at the zoos, 10 are male. Kami and Kamutori are the only ones at the Sapporo Maruyama Zoo.

If you cancel your old credit card, and a new credit card is issued to you from the same bank, new charges to the old credit card should not carry over to the new card card.

That is the reasoning behind cancelling an old credit card.

The credit card company might allow some charges to flow through to the new account, but that is at the discretion of the card company.

If you talk to the credit card company, tell them you don't want that specific charge to be allowed on your new credit card account.

And that should be the end of it.

As long as you don't give the usenet biller your new credit card account numbers, you should be fine.

The usenet biller can charge the old credit card, but any future charges to the old credit card number should not be honored or processed. Because the old credit card account was closed. That's what they mean by closing an account.

I don't know if JustineJoli.com is dead or not.
There's a site http://clips4sale.com/justine-joli-s-clip-store
which seems to have a lot of Justine Joli vids and photos.
But this would be an expensive way to collect her material.

I met her once at Glamourcon in the Los Angeles area (the Playboy sponsored event that has former Playmates appearing) several years ago.

Cute girl.

I just noticed that JustTeens site has died.
Or maybe I noticed it earlier, but am at an age where I tend to forget things.
Anyway, the site had a lot of nice photosets of very attractive models.
Are those photosets now lost to us if we haven't download them to our hard drives?

If so, seems like a waste of assets that should have value.
I mean, some of the photos were worth looking at.

Just my thoughts. But I'm assuming that porn is still have a hard time recovering from the financial downturn that started several years ago. Maybe the tube sites are partially to blame. Or other factors. Whatever. I am a porn user, not in the industry, so have a very limited access to details about the porn industry.

Maybe PU could retain a thread on some of our favorite sites that have died.

slutty wrote "a significant portion of the American population that believes man walked with dinosaurs".

Has slutty seen the Godzilla movie?

Doesn't he realize that men crawl on their hands and knees when Godzilla is roaming the streets?

Written by an American who is proud to report that the Godzilla beast was destroyed by American ingenuity and armed forces.

(I haven't seen the movie yet, but I assume that Godzilla was destroyed. Because he is definitely not an American citizen. Although he might be a citizen of Japan. Because those people are weird. Something I learned from watching Japanese porn with the pixelated pictures.) Edited on May 18, 2014, 07:22pm

zemani is no longer listed at PU.

I wish that instead of removing sites, that PU would instead still list the site, with a brief notation that the site is no longer listed for the following reason: (however you want to word the reason, such as site no longer active, or does not meet listing requirements for PU, or whatever That would give PU members more information on why the site is no longer listed).

But zemani is still active, as far as I can tell.

There was a brief time when they were not updating with new photo sets or videos, but they are now currently updating again.

And I believe they are still accepting memberships.

A nice site, softcore erotic, in the style of metart, femjoy, mpl studios.

Johnny Depp and Tim Burton are friends and colloborators. And Johnny Depp is probably friends with Helena Bonham Carter, who is Tim Burton's girlfriend, fiance, wife (some sites say they are married, other sites say they are not married), and the mother of his two children.

So Depp and Helena Bonham Carter have appeared in numerous films together:

The Lone Ranger
Alice in Wonderland
Sweeney Todd
Dark Shadows
Corpse Bride
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory

Alice in Wonderland was the film I enjoyed the most out of those listed.

I haven't seen The Lone Ranger. I'm waiting for when it comes on cable.

I tried to look over RiginStudios.com preview page, and the site doesn't come up.

Is this another site that has disappeared?

The downturn in porn seems to be taking down some sites with good or excellent photo archives.

If those archives disappear, it seems a waste of assets that have real value.

I think that in trying to make a fresh start, you helped to reduce participation in the PU site.

A free start may work out, but the old PU (current PU) site was a friendly place to visit, and to see what other people had to say.

Maybe you are hoping that the fresh design will attract more new members than any older members that will drop out?

It seems that you are throwing out the baby with the bath water. Maybe that is necessary, from a technical standpoint, because you say it's just too complicated bringing over all the reviews and threads from PU to the new site.

But my feeling is that you are throwing away a lot of the history, meaning, and relationships that PU had created.

Yes, PU was a business, but it was also a place for PU fans to gather and socialize and smooze.

Will the new site work out? I wish you well, but it will take a while to succeed in making it as good as PU used to be.

I stopped reading comics when I was still in my teens, many years (decades) ago.
But now I find I have almost no clue as what is happening to characters I grew up with, like Batman and Superman.

And there are many new characters I never even heard of.

Batwoman? I knew there was a Catwoman. But never knew that Batman had a cousin (or some non-related person that took on part of the Batman name).

And now I read that Batwoman will not be allowed to marry her girlfriend.
Batwoman, a lesbian? Does that mean that Batman is a closet gay?
And what was Batman's real relationship to Robin, anyway? I thought Robin was cute. Did Batman also think Robin was cute, or was there a deeper meaning to their relationship, that was hidden from public view back in the 1960s, that might now be exposed?

'Batwoman' Creative Team Quits After DC Comics Nixes Lesbian Marriage Story Line
Business InsiderBy Melia Robinson | Business Insider – 47 minutes ago

"Batwoman" comic writers say DC Comics prohibited a wedding between the female superhero and her girlfriend.
The co-writers of "Batwoman" are leaving DC Comics at the altar.

In a blog post late Tuesday, artist JH Williams III and writer W. Haden Blackman announced their split from DC — alleging that it prohibited their female, openly gay superhero from getting married.

"In recent months, DC has asked us to alter or completely discard many long-standing storylines in ways that we feel compromise the character and the series," Williams and Blackman wrote.

They cited a number of "eleventh-hour" changes that included, "most crushingly," instructions to never show Batwoman tying the knot with fiancé Maggie Sawyer.

"Batwoman" relaunched in 2011 as a five-part series telling a new origin story for the female Caped Crusader.

The comic follows army brat Kate Kane who is expelled from West Point after rumors surface saying she is a lesbian. She briefly meets Batman and embarks on a mission to protect Gotham City from a growing contingent of supernatural criminals.

Batwoman's fiancé, Maggie Sawyer, is a policewoman in Gotham City.
Since its start, the comic has served as a pillar of LGBT advocacy. In the ground-breaking Issue 17, Batwoman proposed to girlfriend and policewoman Maggie Sawyer. It marked the first lesbian marriage proposal in mainstream comics history, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

She isn't the first gay character.

DC's Green Lantern came out of the closet last summer, and Marvel's Canadian superhero Northstar and his boyfriend got hitched in a 2012 issue of "The Astonishing X-Men."

According to Comics Alliance, Batwoman's origin was inspired by the U.S.'s "controversial real-life policies concerning homosexuals serving in the armed forces."

The character ultimately belongs to DC Comics, so when Williams and Blackman felt cornered, they walked.

"We felt that the series and characters should always be moving forward, to keep changing and evolving," the co-writers said in their blog. "We’re both heartbroken over leaving, but we feel strongly that you all deserve stories that push the character and the series forward."

Williams responded to an outpouring of support from fans on Twitter, and addressed the marriage refusal on DC's part.

@andykhouri Not wanting to be inflammatory, only factual- We fought to get them engaged, but were told emphatically no marriage can result.
— J.H. Williams III (@JHWilliamsIII) September 5, 2013

He clarified that DC is not "anti-gay marriage," but anti-wedding.

@andykhouri But must clarify- was never put to us as being anti-gay marriage.
— J.H. Williams III (@JHWilliamsIII) September 5, 2013

Gail Simone, a fellow DC writer, made her best guess as to why DC would keep Batwoman and Maggie apart, tweeting:

@GailSimone @theJohnChihak Gail is right, but it still should not be a story to be avoided, but embraced fully.
— J.H. Williams III (@JHWilliamsIII) September 5, 2013

The pair seemed to be referencing DC's recent editorial moves to sever relationships between super-couples, including Superman and Lois Lane, the Flash and Iris West, and Green Arrow and Black Canary, according to Comics Alliance.

Other "Batwoman" changes DC allegedly ordered: ditch plans for Killer Croc's origins, alter the original ending of the current story arc, and abandon long-standing plot lines that "compromised the character and the series."

Williams and Blackman's last issue, #26, hits shelves in December.

graymane, no apologies needed. I'm glad we both thought the news so stupid and unbelievable and cruel that it should be posted in the forum threads.

Kim Jong-un's Ex-Girlfriend 'Shot by Firing Squad'

Kim Jong-un's ex-girlfriend was among a dozen well-known North Korean performers who were executed by firing squad on Aug. 20, reports said Wednesday.

Sources in China said singer Hyon Song-wol as well as Mun Kyong-jin, head of the Unhasu Orchestra, were arrested on Aug. 17 for violating North Korean laws against pornography and were executed in public three days later.

The victims of the atrocity were members of the Unhasu Orchestra as well as singers, musicians and dancers with the Wangjaesan Light Music Band.

They were accused of videotaping themselves having sex and selling the videos. The tapes have apparently gone on sale in China as well.

A source said some allegedly had Bibles in their possession, and all were treated as political dissidents.

Kim met Hyon about a decade ago, before either of them was married. But he was later ordered to break off the relationship by his father Kim Jong-il and she married a soldier. Since then there have been rumors that the two were having an affair.

Kim's wife Ri Sol-ju was also a member of the Unhasu Orchestra before she married him. Whether she had any hand in the executions is unclear. The Unhasu Orchestra and Wangjaesan Light Music Band have apparently been disbanded due to the latest scandal.

"They were executed with machine guns while the key members of the Unhasu Orchestra, Wangjaesan Light Band and Moranbong Band as well as the families of the victims looked on," the source said.

The source added that all of the families of the executed appear to have been sent to prison camps under North Korea's barbaric principle of guilt by association.

Hyon was a singer with the Pochonbo Electronic Ensemble, which is famous for revolutionary and propaganda songs and one of North Korea's most popular bands.

Mun won first place in an international competition in Hungary in 2005 and was decorated by the North Korean state.

Kim Jong-un was last year seen at a performance that featured Disney characters and versions of Western songs, stoking hopes that the young leader is more open to ideas from overseas, but that was apparently a misreading.

A source said, "Kim Jong-un has been viciously eliminating anyone who he deems a challenge to his authority." The executions "show that he is fixated on consolidating his leadership."

I think a better option would be to keep the listing active, but with a note that the site is no longer updating.

That way, if someone uses PU/TBP to check on the Zemani site, they will get a better idea of what is happening at the site, instead of seeing that the Zemani site is not listed or covered by PU/TBP.

When you enter Zemani in the search box at PU, the response currently is:
0 sites found for Zemani.
No results found.

But the Zemani site page is still active on the Internet.
And it is apparently still accepting membership payment.

Someone who signs up for the 3-month or 12-month option would probably feel cheated, once they realize the site is no longer updating.

I don't know if you can use PayPal to pay for a Porn site membership, but I think that in general, many credit card companies are leery of letting their customers pay for memberships to Porn sites or their billing companies.

Last night, I tried to pay for a membership to 18XGirls.
Both SegPay and CCBILL reported the transaction could not be completed when I used a Mastercard.
The transaction was approved when I switched to a Visa Card.

The funny thing is, I have used that Mastercard for payments to CCBILL before, but each time, I had to contact the credit card company to state that the transaction was approved. The Mastercard was blocked in each case for possible fraudulent activity until I contacted them, last night, and on other occasions when I used it to authorize a CCBILL payment.

But last night, I couldn't use that Mastercard to make a CCBILL payment. And a block was placed on the account until I contacted them this morning, to say that I recognized the charge--even though the charge was not approved. Edited on Aug 26, 2013, 07:38am

It appears the last updates were back in May 2013.

A nice site, a lot of lovely models, nice photography.

Softcore teen/early-twenties models in the style of Metart.

Maybe Metart Network could take them over, because the site has a backlog of photosets that are worth saving.

messmer, I've seen all the Bourne movies.
I think I even saw the made for TV movie with Richard Chamberlain and Jaclyn Smith back in the 1980s, though I hardly remember any details from that film.

The Jason Bourne novels, written by Robert Ludlum (who died before the Matt Damon movies came out), are far different from the Matt Damon movies.

Anyway, I really enjoyed the first Matt Damon Bourne movie.
Like you, I was bothered by the "shaky camera effect" that was displayed in the next two Matt Damon Bourne movies.

The Bourne Legacy does not star Matt Damon.
It stars Jeremy Renner and Rachel Weisz.
Both of them are fine actors.

But I didn't enjoy it anywhere near as much as I did the first Matt Damon Bourne movie.

Actually, they are using the title, "The Bourne Legacy", as a marketing gimmick, to help sell the movie.

The movie itself has very little direct connection to the Bourne movies with Matt Damon.

If you can see the movie for free, I think it's worth watching. As long as you don't expect a masterful movie. It's a good, commercial movie, not great, but OK.

I don't think there is a huge amount of "shaky camera work" in this movie. Certainly not like there was in the 2nd and 3rd Matt Damon Bourne movies.

The love story between Jeremy Renner and Rachel Weisz isn't as effective or compelling as the relationship Matt Damon had with Franka Potente.

And you don't root for Jeremy Renner in the same way you were involved in the Matt Damon character. Matt Damon just seems as someone you just bond with, far more than Jeremy Renner.

The Jeremy Renner movie is a pale imatation of the original Matt Damon/Jason Bourne movie.

But if the movie is free, or even a $1 rental from Redbox, it's a better choice than a lot of the other movies that are out there.

Leonard had suffered the stroke last month and had been recovering in a Detroit-area hospital. Leonard’s long-time researcher, Gregg Sutter, told the Detroit News that Leonard was home and surrounded by family when he passed.

Sutter had previously told the paper Leonard had been hard at work on his 46th novel.

His works were adapted into movies such as “Out of Sight,” “3:10 to Yuma,” “Jackie Brown,” “Get Shorty” and the TV show “Justified.”

Bruce Willis shows his softer side in A Good Day To Die Hard.
He bonds with his son. I never knew he had a son until this movie came along. Willis and his son, a chip off the old block who is a CIA agent.

I liked the first few Die Hard movies. But this one seems to have lost the freshness. Kind of boring, in spite of the many explosions and bad guys getting killed. No real bad guys stand out, just cardboard characters whose sole purpose seems to be to get wiped out by the heroes.

Steve Spielberg is a franchise.
I mean his production company is everywhere.
He is far more than just one of the most famous directors alive.
He is a major force in TV, producing many of the most famous series being made.
He is also, or his production company is, behind a lot of the movies being made.

He was a producer, and his production company was involved, in making Super 8.

He's also executive producer of the Transformer movies, with your and my favorite Michael Bay. (By favorite, I mean Michael Bay has an eye for pretty ladies. .)

Personally, I've enjoyed Joss Whedon films more than JJ Abrams. I guess I mean Serenity and The Avengers. I liked them better than the JJ Abrams films I saw: Star Trek, Super 8, Mission Impossible 3.

Cybertoad, do you use the fee (lite) version of Xplorer2 or the paid version?

I've never used either version. But would like a better program than my Win7 search box to look at files on my PC.

And $30 for the paid version seems cheap, if it saves me the hassle of trying to find files/photos that my Win7 search box can't seem to find.

The price of hard drives keeps dropping every year. And the storage capacity keeps increasing.

So, although we might complain about needing to buy "expensive" hard drives, hard drives are truly an amazing bargain.

Does saving porn on hard drives (or other media) make sense?

Depends on what you mean by sense.

Why do people spend millions of dollars on buying some paintings?

Wouldn't an enlarged photograph of the painting (or a poster) work as well? And save millions of dollars?

People like to collect. I think that for most people, the fun is in hunting/looking for new porn material, and storing it on their hard drives. You say to yourself (silently, not for public consumption), Wow! That's mine!

My guess is that very few of us who collect actually view our collections all that much. Maybe once in a while. But we spend far more time looking for new porn, than we do viewing it once it's in our collection.

Supposedly, man is a rational animal. I suspect that is theory someone thought up to make us look good. So we can feel proud.

A lot of what we do, does not make sense, if you analyze it from a cost-effective basis.

If collecting porn gives you pleasure, and you can afford it (money-wise, time-wise, etc.), then go for it.

If you think it's a stupid waste of time, then don't do it.

But if you had a collection of 400 or more porn DVDs, then you must have gotten some satisfaction from owning them. Even if you didn't have the time to watch many of them more than once.

You say your porn collection is about 3.5 TB. You can buy 1 hard disk drive for about $150, and store your entire collection on it. The price of hard drives is minimal, compared to the price you pay for memberships to porn paysites. Unless you are getting your material from tube sites, which are famous for the poor quality of their porn.
