Joined this site, after downloading with a download manager, my login was blocked for halve a day.
Now I can download from female agent, but the downloads from fake agent, just won't start. Or start after waiting for a long long time. This has been so for three weeks. It feels like i'm being blocked.
I tried to complain about this to them, but the support form, keeps saying: An error happened while submitting the form and there is no e-mail mentioned.
They also offer, support by phone or chat, but only for limited hours a day, probably at night in Europe.
Me this is a way to get in contact, to get the downloads working an get back three weeks of my membership ?
