Just wanted to chime in. I would disagree that this company is the worst (MindGeek sites like Brazzers are definitely worser than Gamma managed sites)
Two days ago, I had my account locked at AdultTime and other lifetime subs with Gamma due to "abuse". Maybe because I use 2 computers and an iPad but whatever I just hopped onto the FameSupport and the Live Agent sent me a new temporary password. It's true though that your login/password would be the same for the other sites that you've added on though.
I've also dealt with Fame support a few months ago when my AdultTime sub was getting close for the yearly renewal but the credit card I had used two years ago when I signed up was replaced when I had lost it a few months before that. At the time the agent said to wait the few days and I could reactivate with new CC payment info.
No problem, put in my new CC and reactivated with AdultTime but unfortunately the sites that I had added on with the "lifetime subscriptions" did not automatically re-activate. Another chat with a FameSupport and the agent re-enabled all my add-on sites, I didn't even have to list them!
I think they did away with the $89 lifetime subscriptions add-ons because I haven't seen the offer again in a while. When they had offered Diabolic lifetime, I had passed then but during the holidays I was hoping the offer would come back again. No such luck. I guess I'll count my blessings to get in with 5 other Gamma sites for lifetime access though (EvilAngel etc), I will happily keep renewing my AdultTime annual subscription!
Live Chat is the best way to get support in my opinion. Not sure how that Live Chat person just "hung up" on you though.

Not just new scene section, 404 if you right click and open in a new tab or window for videos in recommended, legendary, upcoming. 404 even for model page.
You can see on their members homepage the URL code for links is a function call
https://site-ma.brazzers.com/scene/:releaseId/([%5E/]+)
While if you click on a model page that lists videos of the model hover your mouse over and you see the actual link instead of the function call, for example,
https://site-ma.brazzers.com/scene/9202481/gaming-at-my-friends-house
Never used the right click option so it doesn't affect me.

Not a member, thought about joining, but it's streaming only.
To download a video you have to buy it for like 3-6 bucks on top of your membership fee.
If they offered video and .ZIP photosets downloads, I would join their annual plan for $100 a year when they run those sale specials.

Seems like it varies from a year to 18 months.
I thought about joining LH but I already sub yearly to Bang so it wasn't worth it.

Hmm, since you said you already cleared cache, opening Chrome in an Incognito window should have allowed you to log in.
By any chance are you using an ad-blocker? I think I remember temporarily turning it off once because it was blocking the I'm not a robot captcha.
Anyway if that doesn't work I guess you gotta submit a ticket. Hope your issue gets resolved quickly.

403 Forbidden I think means that you're not signed in. Usually closing your browser completely and re-opening should fix it. You can also try go back to the main members URL https://members.naughtyamerica.com and it should prompt you to sign in.
FYI, I just signed into NA no issues.
