I cancelled my membership in early November, yet still got charged the monthly fee in mid-November and December. There was no confirmation email after the cancellation to prove that I cancelled, but I'm positive I did. There were also small $2 charges on my card twice for HoledCams, a site which I never used. I again tried to "cancel", and it said my "account was succesfully closed". However, I still received no confirmation email. It turns out you have to go to SegPay's website and cancel it from there. Cancelling from Holed.com does NOT work, and your card will continue to be charged until you go to SegPay. This is ridiculous.
