Ah, thank you, Sandstone. Your contribution is invaluable because I was counting on Old-Young Lesbian Love to update weekly as well. I am not interested in Grandpas Fuck Teens .. I can't quite imagine THAT scenario because there isn't a teen in the world that would be tempted to do anything sexual with an old geezer! The OFFER? - that comes after you ask for a new login/password and with the headline of FREE MEMBERSHIP: Then it turns out to be a 20% discount - if you sign up for a year....
I did NOT expect a month or alike free membership - maybe 3 days or something - to take a look as a many times former member of the news/updates.....
But your policy here is outrageous and I still call that mail SPAM!

I'm a bit confused. I joined last year. I think I'm still getting everything on all of your sites, both the regular site and the extreme site.
In other words, the change is only for new subscribers, not us "oldtimers" who are continuing our subscriptions uninterrupted.
Is that correct?
By the way, I really love your site and the very broad assortment of material...and especially the consistently excellent quality of you high def material and of your videography.

Its quite bizarre that only a few people like you are able to clear the air very conveniently.Unfortunately, my feelings are in no way assuaged by your condescending attitude here. Let me point out certain facts;
• I refuse to believe that Horny Euro Sluts is a selection site. What you mean by this is open to debate anyway. Almost all content here is exclusive & independent. If your point were true, I would not have raised this as I could well have obtained content needed from either Club Sandy or Pix & Video. Unfortunately I cannot do so
• It's not the first time that I have experienced membership to your websites. When I was a member of Horny Euro Sluts, I could access all the sites under your umbrella although I could not download some of the latest videos due to your restrictions of continuous membership. There's no way I could have seen all the sites listed as available with an annual membership as it was most certainly not mentioned when I confirmed membership. These are conditions you are stating when you are well the wiser. It also brings to point that your own restrictions
are working against you unfortunately
• I am not here to portray myself as a figurine or masthead for others who have met with a similar fate. Moreover, it only goes to show that you are clearly short charging customers & being the beneficiaries of bad business practices. I mean come on, people like me are not going to sit down with their lawyer to purchase something as private & personal as a membership like this are we?? More so when you insist that we read the fine print which was never there.
• Lastly,my responses to your Technical Support & Web Support are clearly going unanswered since the past one week. Also I have also tried to login to Horny Euro Sluts with my existing login but the site does not load at all which means all your claims of this site being a quasi site are all false & invalid. If it is truly borrowing content then why are only certain people able to access the content & for others it is just a an emptiness in cyberspace??
I'm really hoping for a more positive & constructive approach the next time you choose to reply

Thanks for cluing me in, Sandstone. I knew that hacking an account is not done through guessing that's why I put it in quotation marks. :-) I did, however, enjoy the glimpse you give us when it comes to the workings of a site re. security, so thanks for that as well. Looking forward to the changes.

Really? There is only ONE way to supposedly get help that I've found. Click on the customer support link, in very small text, at the bottom of the page. That takes you to websupportcentral.com. Then click on another small "Contact Us" link near the bottom of that page which goes to a problem submission form. I've submitted about 4 to 6 problems over the last 5 or 6 months using that form. The oldest was about 5 or 6 months ago. At least 3 or 4 were before December. Other then a canned email I've never gotten a real human response to any of them.
I could accept the whole, we didn't get to it because of the holidays argument if the only ones you hadn't responded to were recent, we're talking multiple submissions over several months with no human response.
If you have a "Live Help" feature you have it well hidden. I don't see anything on the Scenes list page or any individual scene's page. I don't see anything on the Models list page or any individual model's page. I don't see anything on any other pages either. What I'm telling you is there is no Live Help feature as far as I can see. I'm not sure why you would tell me to use something that isn't there. Nothing at the top of the pages, nothing at the bottom, nothing on the left side, nothing on the right side, nothing in the middle. I'm using FireFox 3.5.2. Does this feature not work with FireFox? If so that why not? I mean considering it has at least 25-30% of the browser market. Do I need Windows 7 (which I don't have) running the latest Internet Explorer (which I don't have or want) or something to make this supposed "Live Help" feature magically appear?
I am accessing your content through the subsite member.clubsandy.com, where I signed up. Does that possibly make a difference? Is this "Live Help" feature maybe only implemented through some main site? If so how do I get there and can I even log in through there since I signed up through a subsite?
I am happy that at least someone replied here. Unfortunately I don't see this supposed "Live Help" feature anywhere so I'm not so happy about that.

I'm sure you are working hard on it but be assured the problem is not fixed yet. I am currently a member as of (30 Dec. 2010) and have been a member for the past three months.
The severs are still dropping downloads quite often, I would say for every video download you start, there is about a 25% chance that the server will drop that video before it is complete. Sometimes a download will be dropped even if its being downloaded by itself, a single video download.
This is of course very frustrating, it waste a lot of you customers' time and it also waste a lot of your bandwidth, because when a video drops, you have no choice but to do it all over again, if you want it to work.
Good luck in solving the problem, I know server problems like this can be difficult to fix. I'm located in the U.S. if that helps.

Thanks a lot for getting back to me, I did send an email to support but never got anything back on what sites I would get.
So if I did the year sub with lezcuties.com I wouldn't need to worry what I got first or second if I get them all from the minute I sign up, it says 56 on this site so that's what I should get, shouldn't I?
I ended up joining Devils Film in the end but there isn't too many of my fav girls here who I now collect, still it was a good price and will keep me buy for a couple of weeks and I can join lezcuties for christmas.
