I DON'T HAVE A CURRENT SUB TO 21SEXTURY.
I DON'T REMEMBER READING ON ANY REVIEW THAT 21SEXTURY HAD DRM.
BUT I HAVE READ THAT DRM CAN BE DISABLED, BY HACKERS OR TECH GUYS WITH THE KNOWLEDGE.
THE ONLY THINK I CAN THINK OF IS THAT SOME SITES OFFERED AN OPTION TO RETURN TO THE SITE, AFTER YOUR SUBSCRIPTION HAS EXPIRED, AND VIEW SOME OF THE CONTENT YOU HAD BOUGHT (THAT WAS NOT DOWNLOADED ONTO YOUR PC).
MAYBE THAT'S WHAT THIS OFFER IS FOR.
I SUGGEST SENDING SEPARATE EMAILS TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND TECH SUPPORT, ASKING WHAT THE "BUY IT FOR A LIFETIME" OPTION MEANS.
THAT SHOULD GIVE YOU THE CLEAREST ANSWER.
HOPEFULLY, ONE OR BOTH SERVICES WILL RESPOND QUICKLY ENOUGH TO END YOUR FRUSTRATION.
AND HOPEFULLY, YOU WILL POST THEIR RESPONSE ON THIS COMMENT, TO BENEFIT THE REST OF US PU MEMBERS.

I believe its for non subscribers to actually buy movies separately, I remember they used to give credits for subscribers and after your subscription ran out you could buy a video with your credits so yeah I think its that you are seeing, you should still be able to download it free if you are a subscriber.
