CARL'S JR OR IN-AND-OUT BURGERS.
BOTH ARE GOOD.

None of the above. I prefer Tim Hortons most of the time and Harvey's and/or A&W the rest of the time.

WHEN I WAS A CHILD, THERE WAS AN A&W RESTAURANT IN MY SMALL TOWN IN CALIFORNIA.
BUT I DON'T THINK I'VE SEEN AN A&W RESTAURANT IN 40 YEARS OR MORE.
I THOUGHT THEY HAD GONE OUT OF BUSINESS.
LIKE MOST OF BOB'S BIG BOY RESTAURANTS HAVE DISAPPEARED FROM CALIFORNIA.
BOB'S USED TO BE A FAVORITE OF MINE, FOR HAMBURGER, FRIES, SALAD AND COKE.
FOR ABOUT A $1, I THINK.
TODAY, FAST FOOD CHAINS CHARGE $2 FOR A SMALL COKE.

PERHAPS I SHOULD ADD THAT I WENT TO A SIT-DOWN RESTAURANT ABOUT A YEAR AGO.
I ORDERED ICE-TEA (REGULAR TEA, NON ALCOHOLIC).
THE PRICE WAS $3.00.
I SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR THE PRICE, SINCE IT WAS NOT SHOWN ON THE MENU.
MY HEART IS NOT STRONG. BUT I MADE IT OUT OF THE RESTAURANT, WITHOUT COMPLAINING ABOUT THE PRICE OF A GLASS OF ICE TEA.
SO MAYBE $2.00 FOR A SMALL COKE AT A FAST-FOOD PLACE IS NOT SO BAD, AFTER ALL.

I THINK THAT A&W IS HUGE IN CANADA AND IF THE INFO ON THEIR WEBSITE IS ACCURATE THAN THEY ARE THE SECOND LARGST BURGER CHAIN IN CANDA. THEY CURRENTLY HAVE 850 RESTUARANTS ACROSS CANADA AND THEY REGULARLY ADVERTISED ON TV.
THEY STILL OFFER THEIR ROOT BEER IN FROSTED STEIN GLASSES.

Love me some Mickey D's, but those curly fries at Arby's get me every time.
