Southern Strokes has been around for a long time but this is the first time I have been a member. It features mostly young (18+) men and has a European flavor to it now. The boys are quite hot and cute and the content is exclusive.
The site itself takes a bit of time to get around as it isn't as easily set up as others. They do have a model and video index, but they only allow moving three pages at a time as most allow ten or more. The site also assigns a password as well as a username and has no place to go to change it. I could fill out an email to the support staff but it seems like a lot of work. Other sites allow you to use your own or to change theirs to your own. They also have it so you can now log in using an email which this site needs.
The library itself is fairly decent at over 400 videos. Later ones are at full HD with some claiming to be 4K. However, 4K videos take up a LOT of space and these take up half a gig. My old eyes can't really tell the difference when it comes to the higher definitions so it doesn't matter to me.
The cost for the site is $24.95 a month (recurring) which includes downloads. There are bargains as my cost is $14.95 a month recurring. They update once a week which is now the norm for a lot of sites these days. (I do think it is best to wait or look for a bargain these days as well when they only update weekly.)
The reason for the high rating is for the models themselves as well as the video quality. There are also photosets available for those who collect. How the models look and how many are available are a big factor in what sites I join these days.
As for ease of canceling, I have yet to find out. They do use a few well known paysites so it should be easy. (I can come back and change the review if I experience any problems.)
Bottom line: A decent site that for some reason stayed out of my gaydar. I have seen it before but never joined until now. What a pleasant surprise to find such a good site with cute models. A few navigational changes and this site could be perfect. |
