Status: Current Member for less than 1 month (at the time of review).
Pros: A lot of content: The standard, non exclusive hard-core stuff that you find on videobox, just slightly less videos in archive and slightly less added each day.

Advanced Search Options: they have some more advanced search options that videobox doesn't have

Trial: The trial is a full trial according to others: sign up for this instead of the full membership.
Cons: Reliability: download speed varies a lot, mostly depending on what server the video is on: sometimes downloads stop; server non-corresponding.

Speed: I personally got low speeds at most times, both with download accelarator and without.

Customer Service: No reply from customer service at all, 3 mails sent, I added the msn messenger contacts they list, but they never ere online. The webmaster, the guy on here called "PornstarXS" tried to help me at first; replied to my comment here and then replied to my mail, but then he stopped.

Content: I haven't found much stuff that I haven't seen on videobox before.

Cost: Expensive
Bottom Line: If you have unexclusive content like Pornstar XS you can't survive with such major technical issues and non existing customer service.

Pornstar XS is just like Videobox but less content, slower, more unreliable and more expensive.

I honestly can't understand why they still exists.

PornstarXS (Suspended) i don't appreciate the bashing especially when i remember helping you as much as i could. i get 1000s of spam email a day so sorry if i didnt get the rest of your emails. we were doing a massive server change because of the growth of the site in the past months. you may have had difficulties because of your DNS as we switched and upgraded our movie servers. Our speeds are fast and again i respect your opinion but we have thousands of members and get very little complaints. Oftentimes it's because of their virus protection sometimes their configuration is too restrictive and is easily fixed.

We do have customer support 24/7 at cs@pornstarxs.com , but make sure you confirm your email because you may be sent to our spam boxes. And don't send to webmaster@pornstarxs.com that's for webmasters/business

It's a shame you had a bad experience but i understand most reviewers here tend to sign up for trials or 1 month just for reviewing purposing. Unfortunately your facts are inaccurate and we do have exclusive content in compared to your fanboy videobox site, we have more variety in movies and more types of fetish, our movies are better quality, we have multiple media types of downloads, our reviews are accurate, our pornstar database is the most accurate.

I respect your opinion and we're already working on a new pornstarxs though the issues you complained about were temporary issues in regards to copying and moving millions of Gigabytes of movies. The problem is most reviews are done by reviewers who have no intent on being long term members so these reviews are taken with a grain of salt - they arent done by the thousands of existing members because they are using and enjoying the site.

bottom line : i thank thebestporn + pornusers for giving a platform for reviews and i thank most reviewers who have an open mind and appreciate the effort that goes into running a site. as for your quote "I honestly can't understand why they still exists" lol how juvenile, you probably hate microsoft, the government, the police, kittens and rabbits. how does one respond to this?

anyone reading this disgruntled review - it's simple, sign up for a trial and try it for yourself. we're bad, we're satan we shouldn't even exist

I'm sorry that you got offended by my review. I gave the site a 65 out of 100 which I think is a fair score, and the facts in my review ARE accurate.

You don't have to respond to reviews if you don't want, but as a webmaster you might want to deal with the issues that we reviewers/users/customers bring up. A first tip from me is to stop calling paying customers "juvenile".

I am not a videobox fanboy as you suggest, videobox.com is a good site, much better than yours, but I have started to see the flaws in their service too and have moved on from there; but my suggestion for anyone interested in PornstarXS is to first check out videobox.com as they are the undisputed marketleader in this segment and they get consistently great reviews on here.

I DO agree with you on the trial, everyone who doubt my review can check out the full 2 day trial which is pretty good value for money. Remember to cancel it before it exprires though cause the normal monthly rate is very expensive.

For the record: I don't hate your site, but I DID get very annoyed several times by all the technical issues and the bad customer service.

I don't hate Microsoft, the government, the police, kittens and rabbits either, they all have purposes on this earth; pornstarxs on the other hand....hmmm I think we all can live without you! :-)

OK. I did. I signed up for the trial so I could try it for myself. I was very favorably impressed with the site, with the content and especially with the navigation, and I felt that I found a site I could stay with for a long time.

That's the good news.

The bad news is that about 24 hours or so into the 2 day trial I could no longer access the site. Instead I received a message that my membership had expired. I sent emails to cs@pornstarXS.com, to webmaster@pornstarXS.com and to Epoch billing support to see what was up.

I got an immediate reply from Epoch advising me that my account was still active and in good order. They suggested I contact the site's customer support for help.

After giving the site more time to reply, I sent a follow-up. Still no answer so I canceled my membership in order to prevent Epoch renewing my membership at the full monthly rate.

As of this writing I have received absolutely no communication at all from anyone at PornstarXS.com.

Frankly I really liked the site so I'm very disappointed that the site has chosen to not be responsive to its customers.

Bottom line, if you are interested in this site, definitely choose the 2 day trial first. That way you're out only $4 if they deny you access instead of $25 for a full month. (The $4 is worth it because the site has a lot of content that I couldn't find on other sites such as VideoBox and, when I had access, the download speeds were very satisfactory and every download I tried were completed without any difficulty.)

Update.

As I summarized in my PU comment, after I posted my issue on PU, I received a response from the Webmaster who offered to set me up with a temporary logon so I would get the full deal.

The temporary logon was more temporary than promised; it shut down before the promised expiry.

Although the webmaster says that we should contact him if we have any problems, neither he nor the site's customer service staff have responded at all.

The site is excellent with a lot of content not available elsewhere. But if one cannot access the site with a paid subscription, what's the point?

Shame. I like the site a lot and would be signing up for a full membership for sure if I had any confidence at all that they would provide basic support on a timely basis when things go wrong. But I don't have any confidence at all.
