Shame on them. Maybe they don't even know about it ;p. While still a trial member you can use their support to answer.

LOL! I would ask them, but it's only TBP that made the claim about a full trial, so that doesn't have much to do with the site itself. And, like I said, you still get full access to the content, so maybe that's the new way to get around the issue. I guess it's up to the folks over at TBP to make the call on this one.

A few months ago, TBP's claim that JustNude was a full access trial got me to join, and then I found out that the 3000px images weren't available without a full-priced membership. That ain't full access.
Considering that and SnowDude's experience, I just don't believe it when TBP claims that a site has a full access trial.
Is it that the site managers know how to dupe TBP into experiencing a full-access trial when it's not for real subscribers?
If so, the solution to this is pretty straightforward: TBP needs to sign on as a real user, so the site managers can't know it's them. There's one catch, though: the dough. If TBP gets free access, which of course they should, then it seems possible that first they, then we, will be made the fools.
Until TPB solves this issue and makes it clear that they have, the full-access trial claims are going ring hollow.
We go to TBP because we want the honest TRUTH. Too bad that it's this string of replies by real users that actually tells it.

Hey Snow!
Saw this thread today and wanted to make sure we responded.
I've noticed the site facts for Alyssa Doll has been updated to show "limited trial" soon after your comment. Any limitation, even zip downloads, are taken into consideration.
The tricky part of our trial information at TBP is that sites change how their trials work so often. In this case, I don't know if our editor just missed the zips or if it was a case of the site changing their trial format after our verification.
I'll add some more info to my reply to Drooler below, but know that we do our best when it comes to trials but accuracy for this particular fact on TBP is probably one of the toughest to master due to all the variables involved.
Appreciate the heads up though, it always helps when we get assistance from you guys!

Hey Drooler!
See my previous reply to Snowdude. I'll also address a question you had about how our editor verifies trials.
Believe it or not, this is one area where we really do subscribe exactly the same as the users. The cost is can add up after several hundred sites, but in the end our goal is to get it as accurate as we can.
The other issue we run into are the credit card companies not allowing us to sign-up to as many sites as we need to per week. We have about a half dozen credit cards since they will reject a credit card being used too many times for the same day. So this limits us to the number of sites we can cover and also how often we can re-check a site unfortunately.
I don't want to make excuses since we take pride in being as accurate as possible. If our site facts are ever wrong or out of date, know that we'll always make the correction asap.

REPLY TO #3 - Drooler :
Hey Drooler,
I wouldn't go so far as to say that TBP isn't reliable since they have to check so many details at a variety of sites. Quite frankly, it can be easy to miss something like that and I might have missed it myself. And for all we know it's something that was changed after TBP went through to get site facts, which they only claim to be valid as of a certain date.
So, personally I'm not going to hesitate to join a trial if TBP says it's full access, although I may take a closer look at when the facts were verified. TBP has done pretty well so far and no one is perfect. In fact, incidents like these are why they created PU in the first place since we'll catch stuff they don't!
Anway, that's my $0.02, but I can certainly understand your frustration.

Very interesting to hear how you guys review sites! Just like Drooler, I always figured you guys got free access.
I had noticed that the site facts were updated after my comment and I just looked at it as an example of PU working as it was intended.
So, as I said in my response to Drooler, I'll still sign up for trials that TBP says are full access, but pay attention a bit more to when the facts were verified...which I assume is why TBP puts that info there in the first place.
Keep up the good work guys!

So far, whenever I have used TBP to find a full access trial I have had exactly that - full access. Of course some sites may change their terms of a trial after the review has been written, and it can't be easy to keep track of every adult site on the net! Keep up the good work guys!

Rick has pretty well covered it in his posts above. I just want to add a quick note to again stress that TBP and PU want to maintain as accurate listings as possible. Thus, if you ever find some aspect of a site doesn't match what you read in the TBP, don't hesitate to bring it to our attention ... via a comment here or an email ... and we'll have the TBP editors check it out and update the listed as needed.
While we don't claim to be perfect, we don't fall short from lack of trying. :)

REPLY TO #6 - SnowDude :
I think that TBP does try their best to give accurate information, but as you point out, the dates on which they confirm full access trials are only good for as long as full access trials remain valid. It might never change, or it could change in 24 hours.
This loophole can be exploited, and it's why I've decided just to join sites based on overall value for a full-term membership, keeping in mind the reviews in TBP, PU, and other review sites.
It's "buyer beware," even though TBP does what it can to show us what the real deal is.

Thanks, Rick. Your reply is very informative. I always wondered how the process worked.
So TBP does log on to a site under review "incognito," using credit cards. Well, what else can you do?

Anytime!
For those trials, we definitely sign-up and log-in without notice and using names that the pay-site shouldn't be able to identify. So what we see in that case is definitely what you would see also.
Thanks for your support!

I'm not that big on pics, but if I were I'd be a little bit ticked about it. Alyssa Doll is cute, I might be thinking of joining, thanks for the heads up.
