Honestly - I'm really pissed here - I'd almost go as far as to call this fraud - at least it's spam in the first degree.
Maybe I did something wrong in the log in process, I doubt it - and if not, I seriously believe TBP should take action in regarding this networks appearance at TBP.
I still believe that this kind of - at least SPAM - is against every TBP policy...

Hello Denner,
I cannot stop to be amazed by your comment. If we put aside the fact that your feedback is written in a manner which offends every readers and an open offense on our business credibility (which can lead to legal cases), it is still contains many misinterpretation.
Let me clarify a few things:
- Our email is not a spam. It is a system message only offered to our old members. Nobody else got it, only people in our database. I'm pretty sure that every porn user knows the difference.
- Secondly, as the mail already stated it, this Free Membership DOESN'T offer you full access (which somehow were left out from your forum comment). It is nothing else but a possibility to login and browse around in our members' section which is rarely offered by adult sites (at least according to my knowledge).
- Similarly, as an old member you could get a major discount if you'd like to resurrect your old membership, which is - I think - also a generous offer.
I understand that it is disappointing not to get a full, free, all-around access which gives you an everlasting account in return for a few month spent in our system, but I don't think anyone should expect that.
With all respect, if you are disappointed by something like this, I'd suggest to leave the network indeed.
Thanks for your time spent here.

How do you define:
Free Membership????
Your're amazed?
So am I.
The OFFER? - that comes after you ask for a new login/password and with the headline of FREE MEMBERSHIP: Then it turns out to be a 20% discount - if you sign up for a year....
I did NOT expect a month or alike free membership - maybe 3 days or something - to take a look as a many times former member of the news/updates.....
But your policy here is outrageous and I still call that mail SPAM!

To understand this, it is important to understand that at the moment we have members with their own privileges. Membership is for a lifetime.
Attached to each member there can be as many access as he wants (usually two since we decreased the number of Networks).
So in this case the free membership means that you can login as a member. You don't have access yet, but you can check around, see the updates and in the future we plan to give our members other gifts.
But I won't open an argument and burden this fantastic forum with it. You know where to contact with me if you wish to continue this discussion.

I got one too Denner, though as it says "trial rights" I don't see how one can expect more than being allowed to knob around in the members area without actually seeing or downloading more than perhaps the first clip of a video or something.
The e-mail I got:
"Dear Member,
We've automatically upgraded your old account into a free member account.
With this free account you can:
- log-in into our member area and browse our huge library with trial rights
- access the free, always-on livecam chat
- grab your discounted subscription - any time
To activate your account, please click on the link below:
Visit the member area
Follow this link to delete your records from our database (we won't contact you anymore):
Best regards,
21Sextury Team
If you have any question, please don't hesitate to contact our support team"

Oh, I know, I know - and after calming down a bit, still: It strikes me very odd to send out a mail:
"Free Membership for Loyal Members"...........you got to think about that one for a few seconds. It does ring a bell somewhere about luring commercials.

I can see how Denner got confused by this email. I would have probably made the same mistake. The idea of a membership that does not let you watch or download stuff sounds kind of strange. And calling it "trial rights" doesn't clarify much either, unless it comes with a little star and a note which specifies what are those rights.
I wouldn't call this a fraud, really, but I would say it's a very confusing offer. On a side note, I also don't like those big red ads on the 21st Sextury homepage that say that you can get access to the network "now for only 9.95$ a month". What they neglect to add is that this is the price that you get if you buy the annual membership OR if you stay as a loyal member for 4 months.
Anyway, it's obvious that we should always read everything carefully before clicking "accept". But it would probably also be a good idea for Sandstone to calm down before answering to a user's criticism, even if it as harsh as this one.

This reminds me of a deal that Penthouse.com does. You can e-mail them for a "membership" that is basically browsing privileges. Since that's what I expected, I wasn't outraged as Denner was - I enjoyed it.
It's all about one's expectations.
