I like dates but preferably the date of the production, not the date the material was posted to the site.

Yes, they should but I think it's just as important that they also add production date since some sites have been known to pass off older content as new simply by re-releasing an older often cleaned up scene as new.

Yes, absolutely, but as pat362 said, they should indicate when they are reposting something and not simply repost months or years later old content as if it's new, and sometimes even saying that it's new!
