I don't join many sites these days but always did like Twistys so when I got a email for a full month of "full access" for $9.99, I decided to take it. My first red flag for the site should have been them using their own billing company called "Pro Biller".
After signing up I could log in but each time I tried to access a pic or image it'd tell me to upgrade my account for $40. I had to chat with support (40 mins and 4 upsales later) to finally get it working. But even then each time I went to download a video i'd get a 401 page not found error. I could download image sets fine just not video.
So decided it's not worth the hassle of support again. So I go to cancel. Guess what? Online cancel can't find my account. So finally had to email and then again chat in support to verify it was cancelled.
Overall Twistys is Twistys. Beautiful models, good pics and video but the fact that for some unknown reason(gonna guess hassle and upsales) they are using their own CC processor instead of Epoch or CCBill. For that reason along I would not recommend this site. Or at the very least be prepared to have to spend time with chat to get problems figured out. |
