Now, while Epoch continues to bill me, my login no longer works. I have reached out to support about this issue over a week ago and had no response. I also sent an email to their webmaster about an unrelated issue many weeks ago and got nothing. Anyway, I am hoping someone from the company will see this here and respond. I haven't been able to log in at all during the last billing cycle, so while this would be the second chargeback I have ever done after joining literally hundreds of sites, I may have to do that, as much as it sucks.
