The VOD section of this site now offers downloads, but not many. The problem is if you look through the section while previewing, it gives the impression that all the titles are available for download (of course when you click the download link, it leads to the join page). After you join, you will find that the vast majority of titles have a greyed out download box that says "download available soon". A shame, but also very misleading of them. Getting a refund.
