2016 - Year in Review Greetings & Salutations Masturbation Enthusiasts, Happy New Year, Less than a week ago, Pornhub released their Year-in-Review analysis of who used their website and how they used their website. Here's a link, http://www.pornhub.com/insights/2016-year-in-review It's got a a bunch of interesting facts like: Most searched for terms in over a dozen countries Time Spent Per Visit Traffic by Web Browser, Operating System, Average increases according to MLB World Series, Olympics, And the list goes on and on. It's an incredibly comprehensive list that's sure to shed a light on growing trends in the industry. I really enjoyed the stats the rise of VR and how Pornhub calculated which countries, age-groups, gender, time of day, search for it the most. Why don't you give it a look over and share anything that struck you as interesting. Cheers -D

People often say that we're in a bad time for porn what with the level of piracy and the number of sites shutting down but I think we're in a bit of a golden age. Sure, piracy is bad but there are those of us who still refuse to participate in that and will always support good sites. I'm happy to buy what I like and these days there are a lot of sites that I like and support. Now all we have to do is hope that the religious nutbars about to take office in DC don't fuck it up for us.

^I agree that guys like you and me who still pay for our porn are helping the industry but you do realise that the OP is talking about pornhub. That is one of the biggest tube site on the net and by default one of the biggest content thieves on the net. Who gives a fuck what they have to say. How about they close their doors and instead invest their stolen money into producing their own content instead. Long live the Brown Coats.

I ran a porn tube website for approximately two years. Next to the tube site I mainly used Twitter to promote my website. The tube site script I used, Nubiles Tube Script, was a legal part of the Nubiles Webmaster affiliation program. All content I added to my tube website was part of webmaster affiliation programs. Not one video on my website was placed illegally, without permission or outside the rules of the different webmaster affiliation programs I was approved to. Next to that I didn't allow users to add content. I was the only one who had this ability. Although I posted daily updates, which I also promoted via Twitter, in the two years I ran this tube website I wasn't able to sell one membership even not a trial one to the many websites I promoted. The whole porn tube website business is dominated by a number of big players. Believe me they aren't little ones. Besides their biggest income isn't so much the content but rather raised by advertising and traffic exchange. Piracy is still active via torrents websites, etc,... I guess it is an endless battle. I'm happy and proud that I always paid for the porn I either downloaded via memberships, movies I paid for and downloaded, and what I still bought on DVD, Blu-Ray, etc.,..
