Epoch billing
i just got off a chat with Epoch billing #6104. I had a sub that renewed a few hours ago and asked that the charge be reversed.
Totally uncooperative to say the least. All I could get was that this is a recurring billing. I even mentioned who I was and that I always had Epoch as a pro in my reviews.
Never again. They are now a con.
I can use a different biller in most cases. I will not help them if they refuse to help me. Some service.
