PAYSITES - economic/longterm/or grab.... According to a lot of reviews, comments, replys and more there SEEMS to be quite a divided interest in one-month-memberships and the longterm. Of course there's also a significant difference in the quality of sites - where longterm-membership is more relevant. I say this because this user has this thing about paysites in general: Grab what you want during the membership - and then - eventually get back and get the updates, too. So which sites for grab and leave (and return later) and which for the nice and cozy longterm. Grab and return: 1byday, pixandvideos, teendreams, nubiles, brazzers, twistys, teen sex movs, My sexy kittens - and a lot more. For more everlasting membership: Videobox, VideosZ, Metart. Any views? I'm definetely a grab and leave type of customer. I've never joined a single site that made me want to stick longer than the basic one month membership. Although, I've never joined videobox or any other of these video downloading sites, I do agree with Denner that those would require a much longer membership than one month. It's all a question of economics. I'm willing to spend "x" amount on porn and since most recuring memberships remain at the same price than why would I remain a member for so few new material. I now prefer longterm on large networks/sites b/c I have found it to be a pain in the ass to try to D/L everything I want in a month, and you usually get deep discounts- eg $6 a month for RK, $8 for BN, $10 for VB. I do ocassionly pick up a smaller site for a month and do 3 month ones for the Euro sites I really like, HOH, OBJ, and I am thinking of adding a 6 month for $90 on Pixandvideo that I think will get me all the sites for the whole 6 months. rome476 | |

I used to be the type who never joined for more than one month, except on Eve Angel's solo site, which I would join 6 months to a year at a time. It was the only one I had joined for multi-months access, but because so many sites aren't adding a lot of content that I'm not interested in, I have become more of the long-term membership type to sites that I consistently enjoy. I've been really impressed with some of the cross-sells I've been getting lately too. I have the 6 month deal with Twistys for $59.95, so I was scanning around on the site and found a cross-sell ad for Reality Kings. I clicked it and was really surprised since most of the cross-sells give you the same price the TBP discount does, but the Reality Kings cross-sell on Twistys is only $9.95 for a month! While Reality Kings doesn't have a lot of content that I am interested in, they do have Mike's Apartment, which is filled with Euro stars and they have Mike in Brazil, which is a pretty good site too. I'm able to get both of those sites, Twistys and Reality Kings, for $20 a month combined and both have multiple daily updates. I joined the multi-month deal (10 months, $99), and have actually gained a new respect for Videobox from that deal. The deal works out to roughly 30 cents a day and they're giving me 5 DVDs a day for that 30 cents. Even at the monthly price of $15 per month through TBP, the deal still equals 6,000 archived DVDs and 5 new ones a day for 50 cents per day. Oh and my other long-term that I just recently joined for long-term is Club Sandy, kind of a frustration one since I have to wait it out (6 months), while paying a monthly fee until I finally get Pix and Video as a loyalty site, but once I get Pix and Video in my loyalty, that will be a package that is Club Sandy, Pix and Video and around 40 other sites for $24.95 a month. I hadn't realized that the 21st Sextury sites were recurring at only $24.95. Over a year period that will equal around $300, but I would pay that for Club Sandy and Pix and Video for a year, plus get the 40 other sites. On a side note, I know I'm not the only Eve Angel fan, Eve is coming back with a new exclusive solo site soon and I'll probably be the first in line to join that for a long-term. I really am a hording bastard. My first attempt always is to get everything I can and leave within a month. Then, it's come back for a month down the road for some updates if I really liked the site. However, I have only joined 2 DVD sites which contained a shit load of stuff. I think these are the best for a long term because it's comparable to renting adult dvd's in pricing (mostly even a better bargain). I suppose a site that's more economic gives more incentive to stay but I am one who will join a slightly more expensive site for a month because my main objective is to attempt to get all I need in a month. However, the content must truly be worth it if it's over $30 and that's why we are here to make sure :) But, there are some reasons that inspire me to stay a bit longer: 1.) Loyalty sites after 1 month for discounts and freebies 2.) Sometimes sites will send me emails after I canceled with great short term and long term deals. Recenly I purchased my 1st 6 month term deal with my favorite site for 39.99. 3.) The sheer content of the site. Now I know that usually after just 1 month and doing a recurring month, it's not cost effecient at all. Most of the time, 1 month plus 1 month recurring is like 1/2 or 3/4 the price of a long term deal but sometimes I do this because certain things go awry. Real life crap takes over and my content hording could only go so far, so I needed another month :) Currently, I have one 6 month term, I am staying with 1 site in 3 days for another month because of a free loyalty site, I am canceling one in 1 week after 1 month, and I just joined 2 new sites for 1 month and am trying to only stay one month :) -GCode Sexted From My iPad | |

I've just joined videobox so this may be the first site that I think worth keeping a membership longer than my usual one month. The 21stsextury group of sites all have the same offer for long term members. ie: the longer you keep the membership the more sites you get for that original investement. I like that you now know which sites you will receive and in which order, but I still don't think that it's worth as much as you will have to pay. There are a total of 49 sites and depending on which one you join then you receive access to a maximum of 35. Even if they add 2 extra sites per month. You will still pay more than 200$ for full access. That's strange that you also get those amazing emails for cheap drugs. Here I thought I was special. I will have to complain to my spam provider. I think porn is like food in the way we can so easily bite off way more than we can chew; I have joined many a site for one month in a vain attempt to download as much in that time frame as possible and always falling far short while still being too cheap to rejoin. I have joined a few sites for multi-month subscriptions and found it to be lower priced (at least in comparing average monthly costs to 1 month deals) and more relaxing; you can take your libido out of overdrive and wade through the content at your leisure instead of trying a month long mad dash to download as much content as possible. Also, if a site teases you with promises of future updates outside your one month, you have even more to look forward to over the course of your subscription. That being said, there are sites (and foods) you only want to try once, and anything over a month just doesn't seem to make sense, especially the smaller sites with few updates. I'm probably one of the most extreme grab and leave type of customers: I am pretty selective with what I like & download, get bored easily and not interested in building a collection for the sake of it. I am also very cheap! :-) Therefor I love the 1-3 full day trials and combine those with 30 day memberships to my fav sites now and then. I have learned how to quickly find the content I like, grab it and then move on. (using searches: modelnames, studios, keywords etc) This approach also give me breaks from porn now and then, sometimes I am not a member anywhere: I watch the content that I alreay have for a while, then maybe stop porn totally for a while....I find I appreciate porn more after such break. | |

I follow the "grab and return" strategy. For many sites one month is all I need to see their content and move on. For sites like Videobox there is enough new content to stay multiple months but I still like to change it up and try another site the next month. | |

I rarely join for more than a month and have never joined one of those special offers for one, two, or three days. One month gives me time to download all that I want from a site. I do actually watch everything I download...eventually. This means I only join a site occasionally, and I am very selective. Then it takes me weeks to watch what I have downloaded. I strongly suspect most of you don't get to see half of what you download, except maybe on fast forward. For the most part I find porn instantly disposable. Download it, watch it, then delete it. | |

Yes, Turboshaft sums it up well. The sites that I have found most rewarding of sustained, often 1-year memberships are MetArt, FemJoy, and MetModels. But even with those, once a year's up, I'll wait a month or two before rejoining just to feel I'm getting even "extra" time for my money. Yet I have nagging worries about just how much longer these sites will be updating. The same goes for HegreArt, which nearly ranks up there with those others. So I'm going to join those less often, but at what are the same effective monthly rates. I do the "wait, raid 'n quit" in cyclical fashion with some other sites: ATK Galleria, ATK Exotics, MPL Studios, and Nakedby. The cycles are, respectively, shorter to longer for that list because of the rate of updates and also my tastes (e.g., Nakedby has more fetish or "artistic" stuff that I'll pass over.) And the ATK sites have recently become, well, boring! The girls strip for a longer time, spend fewer moments au naturelle, and the "proper" (my term) booty views are in shorter and shorter supply. ATK Galleria has recently resumed with the model Katie Jordin, who to my eyes is one of the most beautiful girls on the planet. But so far, their new content of her just doesn't quite cut it for picky-picky me. I think they've got a new bunch of photographers, and sorry, but those cats just aren't the "meow" that, say, Russ T was. Now that guy knew what to shoot and how to shoot it. So I like sites like allow me to get new content nearly every day at my libidinous leisure. There aren't many of those. However, when I do rejoin a site after being away for some time, I go at it like a hound dog and won't stop with the catching up until either 1. I've brought myself up to the present or 2. I do periodically delete out movies I'm bored of or are of low quality but I wouldn't say porn is instantly disposable. I have favorites I watch frequently and some that I don't watch for a while and then rediscover and become new favorites. | |
