I know this is a polarizing debate here and on many websites and I have no intention of reopening the same debate. I just wondered about a specific detail on breast size and implants. I recall many years ago that a friend of mine went to see a stripper in Montreal who was famous for having enormous implants. These things, as I recall from the Polaroid photo he paid to have taken with her, were probably a bit bigger than basketballs. And she otherwise looked like a woman with normal proportions. They looked awful. But he was fascinated by them. So are there breast-men out there who are really into extra-large breasts? Yes, I realize that the stripper in Montreal was more revered for her sideshow-like boobs than her femininity, but for those of you who like large breasts (either real or fake, and I realize that these are often different groups) is there such a thing as being too large? In the interest of honesty, I LOVE small breasts and I’m not sure how I’d respond to someone who asked me if there was a possibility of a woman’s breasts being too small. Maybe, but probably not. And as an aside, I’m thinking of forming a group for men who are opposed to breast implants. My proposal is that we take a page from the anti-abortion crowd. We picket clinics where breast implants are done and try to persuade the girls that they are making a terrible, immoral choice and that every breast, no matter how small, is a loved breast. We can push for a constitutional amendment banning breast implants. Anyone in?

Though I am not a man, I just have to comment on this "Fake Boob" debate. Being a female with very large, all natural breasts, I was quite offended by a remark from a male friend. He is attracted to woman with fake breasts because he believes them to be more sensual, more in touch with their sensuality. He says woman with real boobs are lazy about their appearance and boring in bed. I have since read similiar comments from men about woman with real boobs. This is so not true! Unbelievable.

I would never have guessed that there could be men so odd as this.

Women with real boobs are lazy about their appearance and boring in bed? That's a generalization I've never heard. I think women who feel the need to enhance their breast size have self-esteem and other mental issues. So maybe it's their trying to compensate for their lack of self-image by trying to turn themselves into sex machines that men are picking up on. I don't see anything sensual in that. I had the pleasure of dating the owner of a natural pair of 42 DD's years ago and, as I recall, she was anything but sloppy in her appearance or boring in the sack. I wouldn't mind doing some more research on this though. Large breasted women wishing to participate in said research can reach me through this site.* *Not an actual offer. Stated for entertainment purposes only. Sarcasm is a body's natural defense against stupidity.

Did you give him a swift slap to the side of the head after he said this? If nothing else it might wake him up to the fact that for the vast majority of human history women have only had real breasts. Or maybe he's a plastic surgeon and he thinks anyone who doesn't spend the money "to be more sensual" is "lazy." Or maybe he's just an idiot...
I can hardly believe it myself, but then again we men have some dumb members of our sex with some pretty out-there opinions, especially when it comes to the opposite sex--we're still learning, so bear with us. Sorry, but breasts seem to make guys all go crazy and stupid. "It's incredibly obvious, isn't it? Nah, sorry, but I think everyone is entitled to their opinions and fetishes, turn-ons, and whatever else floats their boats, even idiotic guys like Yariana's male "friend" (read the #2 post) who thinks that "woman with real boobs are lazy about their appearance and boring in bed." I think that's a really stupid way of looking at things (or at least breasts) but then again if you're not careful then implant lovers could turn around and say that they instead want to make a constitutional amendment requiring breast implants! Either way no one will be happy, so let the future implantees have their surgically enhanced dreams fulfilled and the naturals keep theirs as is. "It's incredibly obvious, isn't it? I too would go along with laissez faire when it comes to the subject: implants or not. To each his own, even though I'll never understand the husband or boyfriend who gives his wife/girlfriend a boob job for Christmas! Or the girl who is saving up for one in order to have more of a Barbie silhouette. How infantile can you get??? If it's artificial I don't even want to touch it. Natural breasts are fine with me in all shapes and sizes. I am not stuck on any particular size but must say that I love my "saggies."

If you've read my opinion whenever this debate comes up then it won't come as a surprise that I prefer smaller breast. I think "A" cup are amazing. I don't mind large breast as long as they are real but there are certain breast sizes that simply turn me off. It's not even a debate about implants vs real. As for Yarina's male friend. All I can say is that it takes all kinds to populate the world and there is always another village looking for their own idiot. Long live the Brown Coats.

Unbelievable is right. That's really a weird opinion your male friend has got. Surely there are women with fake tits who have strong sensuality, but I doubt very much that having one guarantees the other to the point where a generalization is possible. Besides, women work very hard on their looks and they're not lazy about it. It's one of things I really appreciate about women. I wanted something new, so I left England for New England.

You say this man is a friend? For one to make such stinging remarks to a woman, esp. a friend, appears to me that he might have some self-image or security issues. although, believe it or not, there are men who are insensitive and don't know it; They just haven't been taught any values. Men are also like this who consciously..or perhaps subconsciously, fear, or could actually hate women who are successful, beautiful and/or have other laudable attributes. They believe That make them unattainable, and their defense to bring you down is by lashing out. I'm not into psychoanalysis, but that's my read as a layman. You're rightly bothered, and many in your position would hold a grudge.....how you handle it will speak volumes. As for fake breast VS au naturel...I've sampled'em both and the real-thing wins hands-down.....or should I say "hands-on." Edited on Jun 17, 2010, 03:46pm

Or how about the parent or parents who pay for a daughter's implants on her sixteenth birthday or as a graduation gift (hopefully no earlier than high school graduation)? Holy shit! What kind of a mindset do you have to have as a parent to go to your daughter and say something like "You know honey, you have a beautiful face and great skin and you keep yourself skinny for the boys but frankly your tits suck, so here's the number to my plastic surgeon--go nuts 'cause he's quite good with a scalpel. Happy graduation!" And what about all the girls who accept?! "Thanks, mom! I know our family's boob genetics are a little weak but our bank account sure isn't! I love you!" And then America, collectively as a nation, gets a little stupider every time something like this occurs. "It's incredibly obvious, isn't it? Concerning Yariana's male friend. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, regardless of intelligence. That said, in her place, I would hesitate to call such an insensitive boor a friend. Any generalisation is just that. There are obviously degrees & exceptions to all of them. To answer the OP. I do have a soft spot for impressive breasts & I do tend to prefer them large. Impressive need not be large though, there are other equally important aspects. Enhancements can be OK if subtle, and as most synthetic boobs are engineered to be viewed clothed, they can look less than impressive when exposed. So 'Yes' too much is just as much of an issue as not enough, so far as I am concerned. Cap'n. I think banning breast augmentation is a step too far. Whilst I am certainly no fan of implants, what about the women out there who have to have one or both breasts removed due to medical issues and then have implants so they look normal again. I'm assuming you are being humorous, rearadmiral, when you say that breast implants are immoral? Webmaster of StripGameCentral and A Measure of Curiosity.

Oh, no doubt. Even the most vociferous opponent of enhanced breasts would have no problem with a woman's desire to have implants for medical reasons. Most of us think of the super inflated porn stars when we suggest (in jest) that implants should be banned!

Large or small, the nipples should be reasonably prominent on all breasts and on augmented ones (especially the super-sized ones) they are flattened out in a most unnatural way. They also don't have that cute little sag to them.

We are usually directing our criticism towards the ones who just get them for looks, which we find pretty superficial. Plastic surgery started for legitimate, medically-necessary reasons but now we are in a world of numerous elective cosmetic procedures for those who have the money, but not the medical need. Frankly I find it pretty insulting to benefit from the efforts and advances originally intended to ease the suffering of others (those who with real medical needs) to sooth your own personal issues with how you look/age/whatever. But then again beauty is in the eye of the beholder (of the fat bank account), right? The current hot new medical technology seems to be prosthetic limbs (thanks largely in part to the ongoing but unmentioned wars in Iraq and Afghanistan). I dread the day--and I know it's coming--when some rich asshole decides his or her leg or arm is getting too weak or too old and goes in for a vanity prosthetic 'upgrade'. For all I know it's already happening, but if not it eventually will. Don't call me crazy because it's only a matter of time. "It's incredibly obvious, isn't it? Good God, yes! I just used that as a way to express my love of smaller breasts while poking fun at right-wing religious nuts too.
