Epoch problem I can say I've not had hardly any problems with any billing processors over the years, until now. Went to join Reality Kings, signed up, put in my payment info and chose to signup through Epoch instead of SBW. I hit submit and received an "Invalid cvv2 code" message. I re-entered the code and tried again, invalid message again. Done it a third time since for whatever reason, Epoch now puts dots instead of your numbers on the cvv2 part. So I accepted that maybe I put the wrong numbers in. No membership. And was charged three times. So the code was not wrong or obviously they couldn't have charged it. Just a warning if you see the invalid code, don't try it a second time or in my case or a third time. I've sent Epoch an email and am waiting on their response. *Edit* Just tried their live chat and the damn server is down. My first time I jacked off, I thought I'd invented it. I looked down at my sloppy handful of junk and thought, This is going to make me rich. - Chuck Palahniuk Edited on Aug 02, 2011, 02:16am

Updating this. Epoch of course blamed Reality Kings or my card company. Had to love this answer, "Maybe the site is not accepting new members?" They said the charges should go off my card that they are only being listed as pending charges. Now it's off to call the card company. My first time I jacked off, I thought I'd invented it. Bummer. You join a site to spend a few hours of uncomplicated fun, which you have worked hard for, then end up with a boatload of hassle. Since it's Epoch I would have guessed that it's some sort of minor accidental glitch. Very annoying though. I'm surprised at the Epoch "not accepting new members" theory. Good luck in your endavours not to get charged for something you haven't received.

Got it solved. The card company said the problem was with Epoch. Which I expected them to say. They removed the charges. I also was shocked by the Epoch comment about not accepting new members. It makes you wonder if Epoch's customer service knows who they're billing for. My first time I jacked off, I thought I'd invented it. Strange - and then again not... I remember Epoch as one of my favorite billing co. (IF there is such a thing, LOL)...along with CCBill. Always reliable. But like the local butcher or baker - they may run a fine store for a while...then things seem to slip - and you go looking for alternatives.....Hope it's not that way with Epoch - but the weird comment to exotics kind of speak for itself.. Great you got things solved - I remember that nuisance when finding/joining a site and it's just problems, problems and no way of getting what you paid for.. And a in hunting down the solution "I don't drink anymore - I freeze it, and eat it like a popcicle" Edited on Aug 03, 2011, 09:09am
