Where on earth do they find these girls? Okay, maybe this is a stupid question. But, I really would like to know... Where do all of these porn sites manage to find so many hot girls? Especially the teen sites, where the girls really do look 18, in some cases younger... Classifieds? Forums? Convensions?... All of the above?... Some answer ads. I read that that's how Crissy Moran got started. Some know someone who knows someone. And I suppose that some are "discovered." For that, working at strip clubs probably helps. I wanted something new, so I left England for New England. | |

Most if not all porn girls need a agent to get bookings. They most likely answer an add in a magazine, newspaper or online. Quite a few start their carrers as strippers and migrate to porn. They are sometimes refered by another performer. Long live the Brown Coats. | |

Not sure how it is in the US - but probably the same: The vast majority of eastern euro-models does it two ways (that's what I'm told - do not know how reliable, though) - But: They have an agency where those folks have connections to a lot of photographers - photo and video - and in other way. And agencies answers to adds from established and newcommer photographers. From what I hear Budapest in Hungary is still the hottest connection. And then again some debutant models go directly after the adds - and sure, a lot does both stripclubs and escorts. In Scandinavia there's a couple of well known pruducers in the field - and they pratically do all the swedish and danish stuff - again quite a few of these models you can find at some escort-companies. No offense, but basically any civilization that has a basic understanding of the concept of money is going to have plenty of women who are more than willing to have sex for cash -- hence the "world's oldest profession." There are still even more who will do it in front of a camera and a bunch of crew members (mostly men) and even love it, but again as long as a they are getting paid. I have yet to hear of a company or site that has serious trouble finding attractive models, unless their standards are extremely high and demanding (which unfortunately would only include a handful of sites). It seems that almost every site has a "Models Wanted" link or something similar. This probably attracts amateurs and those just experimenting more than seasoned girls, but I still think it is cool to see a model do one shoot with a single site and never appear anywhere else -- the most exclusive of exclusive.
