Nice to know I'm not the only cynical or suspicious one around. Are we being unfair? It does look rather suspicious doesn't it? If the new reviewers would just read some guidelines on doing reviews, or just look at some other reviews, at least they could put a better review together that doesn't look so suspicious. Is it the same shill hired by about 50 different sites to promote their site, because those sort of reviews always look the same. | |

I'll give Miss Hybrid the benefit of the doubt and say that she was unaware that any of her members were going to make what amounts to useless reviews. If your going to give a site such a high score than make sure you have more than the fact that you think she is super hot. Clearly these people have no idea what PU is all about. These type of reviews are the kind that give a site a bad name. A good example is the fact that we don't believe the review and by default may not join this site simply because of them. I am one of the 2 reviewers sited above. My review was my impression of the site. I have never reviewed any other site, but felt so strongly that this one needed a review that I wrote one. Most people only ever write how they feel about something when it is either very bad or very good. In this case, I can say the Miss Hybrid is very good at being very bad, and I felt compelled to share my views. Even if you are sceptical, then at least visit the site for the previews and public blog - it will give you a good impression of the content available as a member. | |

What about my review is useless? I could give facts and figures about how many picture sets and videos, but that is easily gleaned elsewhere. I would have thought that you would want to know the impressions of the content, which is what I have tried to get across - my impressions of the site content. | |

If you dont like someones website or reveiw fine but why go and attack a person and make them upset Miss Hybrid is a wonderful women with a very kind heart. I think sometimes people judge them for what they do and not for who they are. Fans of their favorite adult stars are going to promote any site that features them on it. There is nothing fishy at all about it. I am a fan of Miss Hybrid because of the wonderful messages she has sent me through Freeones, so yes I will plug her site and give it high ranks. Disagreement on a paticular website or model is fine. No one is saying you have to like Miss Hybrid's site, but to say that the reviews posted are a con or nothing but shameless promotions is little childish in my opinion. Sites like this is just a place to post your own opinion that is it. No one posting reviews here are professionals. They are just posting their opinions on their favorite star. My recommendation is that those who wrote reviews for the site rewrite them. Show some balance and some details if you want PUers to respect your opinions. Also, we have a polite group here at Pu and personal attacks are not acceptable. I assure you that if you give respect you will get some in return. | |

I can't really see anything in my review that I would want to rewrite. I see no point in going over size of videos or photos, as this has already been done, as has the number of sets on the site - what else is there to say? If you don't respect my opinions, then that is fine, they are, after all, only opinions, and others may disagree with them. I stand by my review. I like the site, I like the lady. | |

Hi larss. You stated that you've never reviewed a site before so Mbaya was trying to give you some advice so that we could take your review seriously. Instead of thanking him you instead choose to find nothing that could use rewriting. I was once in your place so let me give you a piece of advice. Look at other reviews and see what they have and try to emulate those. The score given to review is not as important as the content. Yes, we want to know how many videos are available? How often they update? What kind of videos are they? How many photosets? What is the resolution? Can they be downloaded whole or in parts? Remember that you are one of the first person to offer a review of this site. People may use your review to decide if it's worth the money to join. Sadly I for one will never join this site simply by what has occured here. Long live the Brown Coats. | |

OK, so I seem to have dived in a bit quickly, not only with my review (should have looked around a bit more first), and with my response to what I should have taken as advise. I have added a bit to the review, and will look at how to revise it more fully. Don't take what has happened here a reason not to join the site though. Miss Hybrid has been posting very regularly on the Freeones forums for a couple of months now, and she has become very well known over there, which is why a number of people, when they heard that she was being "attacked" on this board sprang to her defence (myself included). We know her (as much as you can by board postings) and respect her as a very witty, intelligent as well as sexy lady. Not sure if she will be back again after the welcome that she got here, but lets hope so, so that you guys can see what she is like. Oh, and by the way, I do appreciate the advice and criticism given on my initial review, even if, at first, I had trouble accepting it. | |

Is it possible it's saying "threads" per month (not posts)? If you were limited to 15 posts, I think you'd already be blocked. Perhaps the wording is unclear in our system, I'll ask Kevin (our tech guy) to take a look. I think we have a limit (for webmasters) that they can only create 2 threads per day. As it mentions in the forum FAQ": Webmaster post limit. There may be a limit to the number of new threads and posts that can be made by webmasters. This is built to automatically keep control of the forum to the users. The limits should be reasonable. What is the limit and it is on the number of posts or threads? Is the limit per 30 day / month or rolling? Is there a countdown counter so that I can pace myself. I emailed Khan and asked if I could go back and not be registered as a webmaster but it looks like that's a no no. I saw a post somewhere that you wanted more participation from webmasters? I'm LOLing over the stir that this site has caused. Miss Hybrid's site and its members have recieved some group vitriol just over a couple of reviews. Do you think Larss wants to come back after his fantastic warm welcome. I wonder why pornusers has not many active members. Could it be because new reviewers get lambasted for either high or low scoring. Score too high, they are a shill. Need more info... Score too low, its too negative. Need more info... They are not likely to stick around to improve themselves anyway, when their first review gets a pompous response from a group. When regular members get exited over certain sites, score 95-100, or 50-60, or have an average score of about 90 nobody bats an eyelid or slightly questions their judgement. It's not so much the high or low scores that set off the alarm - it's the lack of supporting details. When a review reads like "She's hot and I love her", we don't know anything about the site to support the claim. If it looks like an advertisement, why not call it what it looks like? The same goes for someone who's bashed a site. "It sucks" doesn't cut it. When a reg scores a site high or extremely low, we know why. We get feedback on things like video/picture quality, customer service, quantity of material, navigation/site design, etc. While I'm here, on this cursed topic again, and maybe so people won't think I'm Mr. Heartless - I never give out negative trust ratings for someone's first review. I know there's a bit of a learning curve to putting up a decent review. But I do wish people would take the time to read through the FAQ's before they post. And, unlike people who've been here since the early days of this site, new users have the benefit of looking at thousands of reviews to get a general idea of what's accepted and what's not. I get your point, but new reviews are short because it takes a few before people start to get used to what details to include. I'm sure many would not want to bother to compile a comprehensive review immediately even after a promt to include more info or view other reviews. It's in the FAQ's - one of the first things anyone joining any forum should read and familiarize themselves with.
