A model quest - Penny Flame

"Penny Lane is in my heart........."
Sorry: Penny Flame
One of my favorite US models, sweet, sexy and petite.
Got tons of material (in smaller solution), but nothing newer. Guess the latest I got/found is from 2008/2009. And nothing in some fine HD vid solution - would love some 1920x1080, but...?
No help at Google or her so called official site which seems useless.
Is she still in business?
Anybody???

She retired. Apparently she was really not in a good place psychologically, working in porn, so she got out and worked on getting more comfortable in her head.

She did tons of stuff before she left - from Penthouse to Fucking Machines, so there might still be lots for you to stumble across. There's a not-to-be-named forum that I was just looking at that has over 60 pages of links to her stuff. She was a busy and popular babe.

THANKS, PP...when you mentioned the word "retired" - I put it to her name in the google.. and found this:
http://www.xcritic.com/blogs/blog.php?blogID=1490

When one reads that (AND her blog), one understands, that she was not a "bimbo" - she sure has some style and a lot of intelligence........sad for us PUs, but good for her..

I think I first saw Penny Flame at Digital Dreamgirls, as it was then called (Digital Desire now). She was an instant hit with Ze Droolah. Well, it was before the PU days. I've got stuff of her from defunct sites like Lust Circus and Matrix Nudes, as well as several others. Whenever I came across new Penny I went for it.

I didn't know she'd gotten into hardcore until I'd stumbled across a site called Upper Class Videos. She mentions her "intensity" in the blog you linked. Yes, that's for sure!

However she may feel about it now (no regrets but no more), I think she was one of the hottest performers there was. She seemed rather upset in that blog entry, though.

Denner, your tag line is "Even cowgirls get the blues." I guess even "Reverse Cowgirls" get them, too. I wanted something new, so I left England for New England.

Oh, yes - reverse is not so bad either, LOL - and btw, my first material with Penny Flame was of the more softcore/solo style, too - that's where I completely fell for her - some of her later hc was/is good, some not so good - wish she'd controlled more of the material herself, but.....anyway I keep my stash with Penny secure... Penny has made my list of women that I would love to see make a comeback but that I know never will. She has been pretty vocal about her state of mind when she was in porn that a comeback would be a 180° change for her.

It's too bad for me and other fans but a good thing for her that she got out before something terrible happened to her. Porn is really not for everyone. Long live the Brown Coats.

If anyone wants to see what she's been up to post-porn:

http://www.becomingjennie.com/

It's occasionally depressing, occasionally funny, and overall a good read.

Of all the "cowgirls" who went into "reverse," Evelyn Lory is probably the one that I miss the most. Sanja Matice is another. And I never even saw either of them do the reverse cowgirl! I wanted something new, so I left England for New England.

Read a little bit about her on the blog--both the old and new her--kinda interesting, kinda depressing (sorry, I just can't support someone going on "The View"), but pretty insightful overall, and at least she's not been brainwashed into finger-pointing religious proselytizing.

I'm still skeptical about the whole "sex addiction" label, though she clearly states the porn industry is not to blame for it, but I think addiction is a very serious word to attach to things. At least she's drug free, though I prefer women who are sober but still horny.

Here's a short YouTube video
about her blog from "Last Call with Carson Daly" if anyone's curious. "It's incredibly obvious, isn't it? I agree 100%. The 'addiction' label seems to be grossly overused these days.

But sneaking into a facility where Penny Flame is being treated for a sex addiction might become a new fantasy of mine. Yes, I know I shouldn't make fun of people's problems but I've just been replying in another thread about Max Hardcore, Khan Tusion and the Turds who do Facial Abuse so I have some pent up agression.

I had a look at her blob, and maybe I just don't get blobs, but that's some dull stuff...

It's not meant to be exciting or titillating. It's just a look into the mind of a woman who's trying to get her shit together.

It may be an age thing, but people writing random thoughts expecting others to be interested in that seems pretty presumptuous. I'm not sure what it says about people who actually are interested in it too.

It must be, because I don't know a single person that would call having a blog presumptuous.

It's definetely an age thing because I tend to think like rearadmiral that it's presumptuous for someone to think that what they have to say is of any importance to the rest of us. I don't mind if people do it but frankly who gives a rats ass what you have to say on that subject. It's not like she's exchanging ideas with other people on a forum. She's just blabing about what''s going through her mind in a medium is read by complete strangers who don't know her.

Mind you Twitter is one of those things that makes no sense to me. Long live the Brown Coats.

Maybe the word 'presumptuous' wasn't the right word, but I suspect it was. How many blogs are on the web? Probably millions. How many get read. Probably less than 10%. maybe less than 5%. The reason for that is that most of us don't really have anything to say that anyone else would be really interested in. Me included. The presumptuousness comes when an average person thinks that their stream-of-conscious writing will be of any interest to anyone else.

If someone with particular knowledge or experience in an area has a comment to make on something important, I'd read that. If an experienced diplomat weighed in on the issues in the Middle East today, that might be of interest. Otherwise, I'd pass.

Young Male Blogger: I keep an online diary of my thoughts and actions all day. Would you like to read it?

Me: No. You're a mouth-breathing troglodyte who could drown in a puddle. Go away.

Young Female Blogger: I keep an online diary of my thoughts and actions all day. Would you like to read it?

Me: Do you stick big things up your ass?

As for the age thing, I don't think I'm wrong there. Blogging, Facebook, Twitter, etc. are all populated by younger people. Probably under 40. Sure, there are exceptions, but most of us over 40 don't use social media not because we can't but because we don't understand why anyone would want to. Some months ago I was on a course with an early-30s lad who kept going at his BlackBerry. I asked what he was up to and it was some app that would broadcast his whereabouts so others with the app could track him down. So if he was in coffee shop X and a friend was walking by that friend could stop in. He suggested that I might like such an app. I suggested that I'm probably at the coffee shop to get away from my friends.

And please don't take any of this personally, it certainly isn't meant that way. I just don't see the value in blogs, etc and I suspect that most people my age or older don't. It isn't a lack of understanding about the technology, it is a lack of understanding for the underlying purpose.

pat, is it possible that we were separated at birth? We seem to have a lot in common.

We are both 44 yrs old so from the same generation. We have seen the world change with time and that has to have a strong influence as well. We are from the generation that the first thing you usually did when you got home from school was go out and play until dinner time or your Mom called you. We still played cowboy and indian using a branch if you were desperate and your own made rifle and gun if you were good.

I still don't own a cellphone. I think it's a great piece of technology but my view on technology is that it's suppose to make my life a little easier and above all else it serves me not the other way around. Now people are tied to their cellphone to the point where they can't be parted from it for a second. They even take it to the can. God forbid they miss a call because that was the most important call they were ever going to receive. The reality is that it was a wrong number or someone with acellphone who just wanted to chat about nothing for an hour.

What's Twitter except a place to talk about absolutely nothing. The fact that you are limited to 200 characters should be a dead giveaway that you can't express anything of substance. Following someone on Twitter seems even worse because all you are doing is looking at the day to day life of people you don't know, probably will never meet, who don't care about you because you are a complete stranger except for some back and forth banter.

Sorry I'm in rant mode. Long live the Brown Coats.

And it's a rant I could have written word for word. I thought I was the last person on the planet without a cell phone! It's good to know I have company. I'm not exactly cellphone-free in that I have to carry one for work, but when I'm not on duty, it isn't on.

I'm amazed at the similarities in thinking, but like you say, it may be a generational thing.

These days an increasing number of people feel that they don't exist unless they're diarizing their every thought. I liked Penny's blog. I doubt that I'll be going back to it, but she comes across as a cool, thoughtful person.

I've got to say that I was talked into getting onto Facebook within the last week by 2 old friends and I'm enjoying the hell out of it. Within 1 day, I was in contact with a huge number of old friends - really cool people - that I hadn't been in touch with in years, sharing music, stories, jokes, etc.

And people have been been creating diaries and journals since people started learning how to write. The only difference is that now instead of putting it on a notebook and hiding it under your bed, you write it online so that anyone can read it if they want to. The thing that's changed is the idea of "privacy", and whether or not you want it. Edited on Jul 06, 2011, 10:28pm

But it's not all about privacy, but more about being able to share something with as many people as possible, and in a way that the latest tell-all memoir cannot.

One, a blog is more accessible than a book, especially if it addresses a controversial person and/or topic, such as a former drug addicted porn star. Sure, porn stars aplenty having been publishing autobiographies in the last few decades, that doesn't mean it will be in print for all that long, or your local library will agree to carry it. (Many libraries are strongly in favor of the 1st Amendment, but I have never seen much in the way of porn star authors at my local libraries.)

Two, blogs are much more open and free-form. Whether for better of for worse, they are largely the product of their authors, not a publisher or editor, and thus are free from a lot of the typical censorship, whether for moral or political reasons, though something taken to the extremes of a Wikileaks-like openness would likely get taken over by the government.

This is good for something like Ms. Flame/Ketcham is doing where you can track her progress and read about her "new" life, and more easily select what you want to read, instead having to deal with a whole book.

Ultimately Flame's blog may be more about telling her story and trying to warn young people about drug addiction and those just curious about the porn industry (who, me? ) than just a bunch of gossipy digital bullshit.

I'm not sure she's trying to push anyone away from porn or sex though, as she claims sex addiction, not sexual abuse or coercion, and isn't moralizing like other "formers" out there. That, and being the indefensible pervert that I am, I still want to fuck her, even with her post-porn look. Sorry. "It's incredibly obvious, isn't it? Here's a question for you about Penny's blog. Would you have read anything she wrote if she wasn't an ex-pornstar?

I know that facebook can be a pretty good way to keep in touch with old friends or family members when they live far from you. The question is how much time do you spend doing that? Long live the Brown Coats.

Probably not but just because you've found it doesn't mean that you have to read it. I knew about her blog but I've never read anything from it nor do I plan on reading it. Long live the Brown Coats.

Would I have read anything she wrote if she wasn't an ex-porn star? I dunno - I checked out her blog because I was aware of her in her former public role. Had she been an artist or musician I was aware of, I would have checked it out similarly. It's not like it was some deep commitment on my part or anything.

How much time do I spend on Facebook? It doesn't require some protracted amount of time. It's there. If I'm checking out music I want to share, I post links. If friends comment, I read their comments and respond. It's a a fun thing to have open when I'm home and I can see if there's anything new to engage with. I'm sure I could spend hours looking through my friend's pages, which would all be pretty new to me, but I haven't felt the urge to do so.

This doesn't answer your inquiry, but since you're so infatuated with this porn ledgion, I dug out about a dozen clips of her to see what I've been missing.
Many of the vids were products of Brazzers; all were hardcore and they clearly appeared she enjoyed her work.
The clips followed her from her supposed introduction into porn at the age of eighteen (I believe that was eighteen.com)
She lacked the beauty one usually sees in popular porn stars, but those big (basset-hound)eyes and giddy personality -- not to mention million-dollar gams and hooters that would backslide even the staunchest Bible-thumpers, and probaly disrobe any "men-of-the-cloth" who ventures into her territory.

Anyway, she's now joined some of my other favorites, and occupies a coveted spot in my vid-vault.
