I listened to the song that you posted, Denner. There's a bit of good ol' country-style wry humor in that one. Just a tad. The guy had the right voice and good phrasing, too. Those are always important. I remember seeing a documentary that he was in. Can't remember what it was supposed to be about, but they showed him driving around town on a riding mower. So he was resourceful and rather bold. But what's a feller to do when they take your driver's license away? I wanted something new, so I left England for New England. | |

We are probably very lucky that he made this far because if there is one poster child for dangerous behavior in country music that George is perfect for it. He will be miss and we at least still have his music to soothe the pain. Long live the Brown Coats. | |
