Diabolic.com just screwed me! (localbilling) I tried for a one day trial for Diabolic.com. After which I mean I thought that it wasn't for me yah know! After got I what I wanted, of course I went go ahead and cancel it. It forwarded to the localbilling which was its payment service handler. It required me to enter my email and username and a few digits of my credit card no. (Not the entire one). The odd part was as soon as you enter two of the form in whatever order the 3rd area turns greys out and you can't cancel it. I'm extremely concern that when they charge me with another bill I won't be able to cancel it. Worst part is that you can't email the site. You can't call the no.s being given. Should I block my credit card now? | |

You normally only have to enter 2 of the 3 pieces of information. Did you try to go ahead and click next or cancel with the 2 pieces of info? | |

I tried pressing next and it would always return from where it started! Some error I suppose! I tried entering my current pass right now and I can't access and they didn't bill me yet surprisingly! I will try to check tomorrow if they plan to bill me! All I can say is localbilling gave me a panic attack! Stay away from it! | |

I'm a bit confused (sorry) as to what exactly is going on. I went to the fact page and site, and the billing appears to be epoch. If it is and you are having trouble, I'm sure a email to their support is best at this moment. However, if it isn't epoch, I would still try emailing support and saving the message so you can at least have evidence that you had problems attempting to cancel and wanted to cancel before rebill if they do charge you. The part that I am confused about is the greyed out area, what info are they trying to obtain that is greyed out? This sounds like maybe it is some info that they don't need because you are in a trial membership? Let us know any more info and I'm sure someone may be able to help you out a bit more.
