Will it be good if we won't charge additional cost for custom requested video or photo session but it will be in limited amount ( i.e. member can request 1 custom photo set and 1 custom video per month ) or it's better charge custom shots but make no limits per month ? 3. does 24$ monthly membership fee is fair ? 4. To me, webcams are pretty much useless and I wouldn't pay anything additional for it. The quality for the webcams are always horrible and not up to todays video standards. So, I never even look at webcams at sites I join. 2. I think you should atleast give every member 1 or more free video requests. That way people can actually see what they can request and how it's done. To me, $24 is on the high end for a new site, however for a site thats been around a long time, $24 is a good price. I think it'd be good to maybe offer a discount at the beginnign to try and get customers. 4. Are there need for selling used model underwear for fetish ? I honestly haven't been a member of a site before that does that, so I can't really comment. 5. What features or functions you are missing in other individual model sites ? I think the biggest thing in my mind for a solo model site is to make sure that both photo and video is good quality and that it's updated on a decent schedule. | |

I'm not a huge web cam fan, but I think it is an important feature for solo sites that have a personal touch and establish a connection between the model and the fans. Some people are willing to pay extra to web cam with a model, but I think at least 2 or 3 shows a month inside the members area is fairest way to do it. If a user wants a private cam show then it should cost extra.
I think that any site should listen to its subscribers suggestions and adjust its content accordingly. If people want to see more feet or see the girl doing housework, then do it. Having a member formally write a script and all the specifics and then have the model film just for them it should probably be an extra pay thing. And the video should be private, because it might not appeal to everybody.
$24 dollars is fair when the site is established and full of content. I'd recommend a cheaper price for the people that subscribe early, and then lock them in at that price as long as they are still recurring.
Auctioning or selling items worn in shoots is usually a good idea, but not necessary. I've never bought any but when you get a lot of dedicated fans they'll be willing to pay a good amount for this type of thing.
