Video photoshoots - girl sites Why, oh why do more and more sites - girl sites- get back to a bad habit - a habit, I thought was gone: Making mainly videos of photoshoots. When I want/look for photos, I choose photos - when looking for videos of especially solo-material, I look for solo-material - not scenes where the photografer and the model is focused on stills....... Couldn't agree with you more, Herr Denner. I can get as much, if not more excitement watching grass grow. I'm convinced the studios must have to "sneak" these "still shoots" into their content for it to be seen at all. But why? Glad to see that you stopped in. Brings up memories when all the yesterday regulars had this place humming. Drop around more often.  | |

Maybe like so many other places on that internet things start to decline....and move on to some things different, I don't know. But porn will always be here. I guessing that the main reason is simply cost. Videoing a photoshoot produces twice as much content for the same cost and makes their stats look more impressive. I tried it once but I think the still camera flashes being visible on video just looks bad. The two mediums require different skills and performance styles. You can't effectively shoot them together. Maybe as a very occasional "behind the scenes" vid? Webmaster of StripGameCentral and A Measure of Curiosity. | |

It would be nice if there were a video editing program that you could just start and it would just edit out all of the camera flashes by detecting that brief moment of extra light whenever it occurs. I don't know if the human eye would be able to detect any jerkiness in the result, though. Trouble is, the video editors would then probably snippet and shuffle the thing down anyway until it had its own whiplash-inducing cuts, zooms, and pans and such. I wanted something new, so I left England for New England. | |

I have not run into that. I mainly stick to DDf and 21stSextuary. They have the best photography I've come across. I expect they won't tamper with their exceptional work. I do visit Reality Kings, but not nearly as often. I hope they haven't changed. Warning Will Robinson | |

We shoot stills and videos separately, sometimes on different days. The audio/lighting requirements sort of insist on it. The negative side to doing it this way is that people will sometimes assume the video and the stills are of the same thing, then get annoyed if something is different, or one set is missing something that happened in the other. | |

It's a problem with many of the "softer" sites like Met Art, ALS Scan and so on. Not so much with the hardest of hard core sites. | |

It's not only the flashbulb distractions ..... The action of parading around going through the agonizing posing routines is in itself mind-blowingly dull. Like somebody else said ......If I want "stills" and picture-taking .....I'd simply buy into that kind of dog-turd. | |
