Forwarding your e-mail/spam Maybe a lot of sites should live up to their socalled privacy policy when taking on members. Lately I'v been drowned in mails to - again - socalled "former" member. Sites I've never heard of, but they claim to know me well. It's tiresome and annoying, so f... them. Take a look at this one: "Dear Former Member In these tough economical times, it's more important than ever to get some quality entertainment at a bargain price. That's why we'd like to offer you access to our sites for 15 days, for free. To activate your password, visit our page and read the short & simple instructions. The site we are featuring this week is the best we've ever come across: BigTitsInSports. This site's quality will blow you mind... and your load! To find out just how amazing & easy all of this is, use the link :)" Then I get a link of a site I've never joined, sweet - is it not? "I don't drink anymore - I freeze it, and eat it like a popcicle"

Yeah, I get those every so often, basically it's from other sites that share your e-mail and this random site will send you the email and your first thought is "Oh I must have forgot about that site" And you click it and MAYBE you like it and join, or maybe not. Regardless the whole point is to get you to join, or at least click a few of their ads.

Ah, the spam turkeys, those who guarantee that "You've Got Mail!" no matter what. Check mail, click first spam message, hold down shift, click last spam message, deselect non-spam ... hit DELETE. My daily ritual. Without all of the review sites out there, to say nothing of our beloved PU, I might be paying a little more attention to the spam offers. But probably not for long ... I wanted something new, so I left England for New England.

Once, only once, I got the best spam email of all: An offer of 4 hours free on nubiles.net. I hadn't joined in a while, so I cleared a space on my calendar, fired up DownThemAll, joined, and in 4 hours downloaded all of the new content since when I last joined. I cancelled just under the 4 hour mark. That was fun. But I've never seen that offer again, can't say that I blame them. I'm sure everyone else that got that offer did the same thing as me! Some days, you just can't get rid of a bomb. - Batman

I have one dedicated email for adult sites and it probably gets 50 to 60 pieces of crap every day. I never look at it unless I need to verify my signup confirmation or cancellation confirmation. Once in a while there are discounts that come through from past memberships but most of the time they aren't terribly great. My guess is that your email is another way for websites (though not all do this) to make money by selling valid email addresses to spammers.

Yeah, no surprise this happens. That it's no surprise, doesn't make it any less disgusting. There are so many laws that favour rich and big companies. It would be nice to see one that makes it illegal for any company that has your address, or email address to sell those details to others. The old saying goes "where there's muck there's brass." (For the young and non British this basically means there's a lot of money in shit!)

I used to get spammed a lot, but noticed a steep decline in those kind of former member emails in the last 6 months. Way to many sites sell the emails or maybe its even a rogue employee at a billing company doing it, but it sure is annoying.

Just mark it as spam and don't open or click any links. That's the best way to deal with them.

I easilly get 20 or more spam per day, but at least I will always know where to get cheap quality meds, incredible deals on websites that I've never heard of, and tons of women in my region who want to chat with me because I'm such a swell guy....NOT. It could be worse because I used to receive 40+ each day. Long live the Brown Coats.
