I think my take has always been, balance. Meaning a little not allot is good. I mean I love, opiates and Alcohol, so much so that I have now clean and sober nearly 7 years. Was too much of a good thing and now I can not stand either. They nearly killed me with liver damage! Porn is my outlet, and I am still very intimate in my home life. I keep a health balance is all. My own experience is for me if I do not balance I will self destruct ! Hence me coming back after personal time and some serious evaluations of my adult material. Since 2007 | |

Once again let me say that I am sure glad you're back, CT! And I agree that balance (in just about everything) is indeed the answer. This is where I was lacking ... I've always been a homebody, even before nature insisted on it, and had built all my entertainment and keeping myself busy around books, TV and my computer, figuring I'd be good for the rest of my life .. but I think in the case of Porn it eventually took up too much of my time once I discovered pay sites and I got just a touch jaded. I've had my ups and downs but nothing like what happened this time when, all of a sudden, I was totally indifferent to Porn. It was the suddenness that floored me. Was this it: would I spend the rest of my life not knowing how to spend one half of my day? Filling the gap with outside activities was out, as I mentioned already, so this was SERIOUS! I am very happy to report that after approx. two weeks things have returned to normal even though I am still looking for that one exciting (to me) site I could subscribe to on a regular basis. With most, I get that initial rush ... Eureka .. I've found it and then a couple of days later it is blah time because one update looks the same as the other .. but that's another story and I'll stop now!!  | |
