Mostly for euro-/outside US PornUsers I think my "raid" or crusade - if you like - against the unfair price-differencies in US-dollars and Euro has come to something. Until now I received something like ten mails from webmasters/siteowners who offers a membership in the same final amount as US-users - no matter if CCBill or others try to charge us for exampel Euro 29.99 ($ 41) insteand of $ 29.99 which is the price charged in the US. So my tip to other Euro-PUs or maybe others too: Do not accept the much higher price in euro-currency, but mail the webmaster. Exampel: See latest comment for Met-Art.... In all fairness though, businesses outside the US have to try to make up for the losses caused by the low Dollar in one way or another, and since we Europeans would actually be saving money compared to say two years ago if we were also still charged the typical $29.95, I guess charging us a higher price is the only semi-"fair" way of making up for some of those losses. I'm not denying that $41 can seem like a fairly steep price compared to what we were used to - but personally I still usually think it's well worth the money for access to a good paysite. I've been buying a few porn DVDs recently (as collector's item), and for the price of two of those - with perhaps a total of 8-10 scenes - I could get several hundred scenes in HD resolution on some of those "overpriced" paysites. In fact I usually take an objective stance in terms of pricing, and when it comes to paysites I frankly consider even the highest prices a bargain compared to the amount of content you usually get even on mediocre sites (and obviously there's no reason to settle for mediocre in the first place). I'm certain many would vehemently disagree though :p.

CCBILL is back on the track!!! Just tried to join several sites (could not afford tham all) - but still: NOW CCBill has changed its policy. NOW the amount charged in US dollars is adding up to the amout in EUROS - that means: Same charge no matter where you live! Great improvement - and thank to CCBill for reading the threads here at PU....I think that might be some of the reason they finally got it right!!! Sweet! 3 Cheers for CCBill! That is the only fair way to do the billing in my opinion. "I'm not a number, I'm a free man!" Second Grand Order Poobah in the Loyal Order of the Water Buffalo

Hello: I've joined a few sites last month and when signing up, the price was denominated in euros. They weren't pulling this crap nine months ago. I don't get this, i've purchased many cd's and books (from many sites) all throught last year and they all charged me in dollars. In fact, their low prices was the reason for me buying such an amount of records and books. The idea that somehow we, europeans, have to make it up to websites for the dollar's lack of purchasing power is outrageous. And since this seems to be happening accross the board there is nowhere to go. Puritanism: The haunting fear that someone, somewhere, may be happy. H.L. Mencken. Edited on Jan 12, 2009, 06:16am

Well, nostromo Do NOT accept those differencies in currency. So again: Mail the webmaster and get another way to pay. I've succeeded in this 99% of the times I've joined sites sinced that shit occured. And BTW: I've seen a LOT of changes even at CCBill, because they're aware of the problem, but wheter you like Epoch or not (I'm NOT their greatest fan - bad costumer service in general) they still do it better - with this currency-stuff. Oh, another BTW, The last 1%: That is Teenrotica - they just seem money-hungry - and let them - the site is below average, anyway. (TBP states: $29.95 - but no matter how you try to join from Europe, you'll face an amount equal to $38.60) So skip them... Thanks for your reply Denner: Recently i joined Bangbros -for the fourth time, and this is how they pay you back- and they charged me 18.66 euros when the prize is 17.95 $, WTF! I emailed customer service to no avail. Epoch is bangbros' billing processor. This is the replay i got from ccbill when i asked them, today, about these issues: "Dear Customer, The websites that we bill for automatically bill your account based on the region you are in. It is the websites discretion on how they chose to process the amounts for the subscriptions. Since you are in Europe, the sites generally will bill you in euros rather than in dollars. Again, it is the websites choice on how they send the charge through."[/i] Puritanism: The haunting fear that someone, somewhere, may be happy. H.L. Mencken.

Keep up the good work Denner. This is like dealing with a DRM situation in my opinion. A number of members here say the best way to get rid of DRM is not to subscribe to sites that have it. I agree. I think the best way to get rid of regional discrmination is not to join sites that have it. If they have it and you want to join, then email them and request the correct price. If they don't give it, don't join.

hm...got no luck with ALLINTERNAL ! Well, I wrote to the support team on ALLINTERNAL several times (3-4 times), because i would like to know the reason(s) why european members have to pay much more as US-members have to. I asked friendly for a solution / statement (IF there is a really comprehensive reason, i would even pay the extra amount), but I got NO reply at all. Nothing!! This is a simple proof to me that there IS NO reason but unashamed rip-off! I`am truly dissapointed. NEVER EVER would I waste my money to a company with such a bad attitude. It is just annoying! But o.k....if they don`t want my money, i`ll go for another site. There are more than enough fair trading sites with very nice content out there. Who need`s allinternal? just my 5 cent`s BEN Edited on May 19, 2009, 07:01am

Why don't you leave a comment at the allinternal page here? At the very least it would serve as a visible warning.
