Problems with reality kings and their lack of support

A couple months ago I cancelled my membership, which means that at the end of the paid term you can no longer access the premium content.

Despite the fact my membership was cancelled, RK are still charging me for each month that passes! Yet I can not access any of the premium content.

I have sent several emails to both of the support email addresses provided. Almost a week has passed and I have still not had a response.

Anyone else been in a similar situation? Can anyone offer me some advice?

We'll allow this as a first post even though it's virtually a word-for-word copy of a post you made elsewhere.

First thing to do is cancel your credit/debit card and inform them you have been fraudulently charged.

Reality Kings looks to be No.1 in the charts for complaints recently.

Not an excuse but I wonder if maybe part of the problem is the change of management. I assume that Manwin would want to save money by joining this sites tech support with tech support for their other sites and therefore response time is way down. Of course 1 week is unforgivable.

The first thing to know is which CC processor did you use?
Is it Epoch or RK's own? If Epoch then you must contact Epoch directly. That is super easy and I've never been disapointed with their service. Long live the Brown Coats.

I wasn't immediately aware that there was a difference but having checked the registration email that contained my login details to RK, I can confirm it was sent by Epoch. I've sent them an e-mail so hopefully they can get this mess sorted. Thanks for the pointer. Edited on Sep 30, 2012, 09:52pm

Did you cancel your membership through Epoch? Epoch is one of the bestt CC processor so you should have gotten a confirmation email when you first joined and also gotten an email when you cancelled. I know that whenever i have joined a site whose handled by Epoch then I can't actually cancel from the porn site but musr cancel on Epoch's site. Long live the Brown Coats.

Might want to call the CC company and dispute the charges ? Since 2007

I quite agree with you. Of course this will greatly depend on where he cancelled the membership. If he did it on the RK site then I would say to contact RK since they are the ones who never advised Epoch of the cancellation.

I'm curious to see how this turns out because I'm thinking of joining RK in the near futur but a clusterf..ks like this will make me reconsider. Long live the Brown Coats.
