best customer service Which websites or networks should be singled out for extraordinary customer service? Great attitude counts, but the site's content should be irrelevent. My nomination goes to Adult Doorway. They have links to customer service on every page and send a welcome email to every customer, not just the one that comes from the billing company. They welcome customer comments, complaints, etc. and answer them promptly. Why I was particularly impressed is that as a former customer they had a link to a special price, something crazy like $7.95 and I lost it by waiting too long to answer. About a week after it expired, I requested the price. Not only did they honor it, they set up a link to that price just for me in less than a half hour. They did not have to care about this, but they impressed me by doing so. Any nomimations for other sites? | |

I would say that CatalinaCruz.com was the best experiance. 1. She actually responds to the forum 2. she has live shows she directs and you can ask her stuff before she does her thing. 3. She often will answer the emails. Tech support took awhile though, butgetting a response didnt if that makes cense ? I love this site because she is the director behind the scenes. So if there is any talking its her soft voice telling the model what to do very sexxy. ooops of topic slightly. Thats my best experiance. My kudos for excellent customer service currently go out to the following sites/companies. 1. All Over 30 - Always prompt and quick via email or their forum. Thanks always guys. 2. Karups Network of sites - I never have issues getting a quick response from their customer support or even the webmaster Jeff when needed. Awesome always. 3. Twistys - Again usually get a very prompt response. I would usually add ATK to this list but lately I feel they lag a bit more than usual. Also the direct dialogue with the webmaster Kim has started to be sparse which I miss. Merry Christmas everyone. | |

Twistys - Very easy to use member forum in which the webmaster responds pretty quickly. Teen Dreams - Another very easy to use member forum in which the webmaster answers quickly. Any of the Playboy sites - Mainly love how easy it is to add, remove or cancel the sites. | |

Don't have a lot of customer service experiences, but I will say that rigin-studio and hegre-art have been responsive and helpful. And they're not native speakers of English, either, though they do quite well considering that. Rigin recently stopped posting zips and I asked about it and got a response within less than 24 hours. (Too much piracy to deal with.) I'd better post a comment about that. I wanted something new, so I left England for New England. | |

I've had great customer service from Video Box. It seems that Alison there is very in tuned with the massive membership they have. That's a big reason why they are Number One in most reviewers posts. I've also had good CS from ZTOD. They helped me employ my DL manager. Other than that, I've not used Customer Service very much until I cancelled. | |

We cannot overlook nubiles. The owner, and his technical support, are both very active in his forums. They help out as required, discuss suggestions, and just hang out and have a good time. | |
