Trust ratings reminder Just putting this up to remind people to do what I've been pretty lax in doing myself - show your appreciation for the work people put into writing all these reviews. To the people who aren't getting the votes they think they should... You might want to check out the people with high marks and see what their reviews have that yours don't. Getting more detailed reviews up and having them appreciated can only make this site even better than it already is. I've gotten enough information from this site to have avoided joining sites that I would've wound up regretting. I've also found great sites that I might've otherwise missed. All in all? Good job, people! Thanks and keep up the good work! Sarcasm is a body's natural defense against stupidity. | |

Yeah gotta second that! This is the place to go for finding out the right and wrong sites to join. Some of the guys here put in better and more detailed reviews than TBP. | |

Thanks, Khan Yeah - guess I kinda begged for it ::chuckles:: But it did strike me as something people easily overlooked. Writing a good review isn't something that just falls out into print. I'm a former English major, so writing's always come easy for me - but I still have to put a lot of time into making sure everything's in order before it hits the pages here. I've decided that I'm going to look through the latest ratings at least once a week and see who all might've been overlooked in getting the thumbs up for their efforts. You're certainly not the first to bring it up when you were just shy of your badge. I recall at least two other users who did the same thing. Personally, I think it's a good idea for you guys to post a reminder from time-to-time about the Trust ratings. Any guy wearing a suit, hat, beard (possibly fake), boots, and gloves sneaking in through your chimney with a bag of surprises should be considered suspicious and very creepy. About time time RB got this latest badge....!!!!! And quite agree - to newer users: Take a look at the trust thing - it's NOT only for the benefit of getting badges - BUT this deal helps all PUs along the way to consinder reviews/comments ect. Trust here is/used to be a main thing, almost - I can't find the sentence in english, damn - but but generally something like: who here seems to do an honest job and who does not... BTW: It's long time ago I put in a no-trust - Think those fakes - some with webmaster-friends - have been scared away...PUs won't be fooled!!!
