The porn stash... In the past I'd usually throw my box of VHS tapes or DVDs in the back of the closet when I met a new girlfriend. They'd get a little less use and I'd buy fewer of them but I'd never get rid of them. I never felt the need to show them to my girlfriend either. In the last few years I've discovered and become a fan of Internet porn. Not only do I enjoy the porn but I enjoy organizing my video files, searching the review sites for new stuff and being a member of the PU community. So, it's become more of a hobby these days than just a means to an end. Right now I'm single but I sometimes consider how I'd handle my porn hobby with the next woman who enters my life. How do all you attached/married guys (or gals) handle the porn hobby with your significant others? | |

That is a good question. I can remember watching pornos from high school through college, but when I first met my wife, I completely stopped. Then, about 5 years ago, or about 5 years after first meeting her, I had talked to her a lot about her insecurities. She came from a very conservative family, and was for the most part repressed. Having said that, I met her at a gym where she was in an advertisement for the gym and she had done some bikini modeling. But hard to believe, those things started bothering her after we had been together for 5 years. My way of working with her on her repression was by using porn to bring out her sexual emotions. The funny thing for me is that most women I work with all say they are sexually repressed in their relationships and most men I work with say their women are too timid. I ended up using porn as a bridge with my wife. Now, she doesn't like most hardcore porn, but she does like almost all softcore. You could always try that one.
