I would like to know too, how our mobile/pad sites stack up these days and any comments you have on those. You can respond here, or maybe I can also start another thread on that...

thanks for the reply. I just want to point out that we very recently added a forum section and are getting the word out now to members. Rewards points a turn off...can you give me more detail there as to why? Shitty prizes/incentives? Also I know alot of folks are 21sextury fans and I saw someone post that they offer lifetime membership even if you cancel? Not sure I ever saw that on their sites...

I do want to engage people here and this kind of feedback is valuable and important. It's important to not lose the consumer perspective, especially if you want to provide a great user experience. Sometimes you can get bottled up in your own likes/dislikes/worldview/business and miss what others deem important, relevant or useful.

So my hope is to get a fresh perspective from the users here, and then utilize that feedback to work both on addressing our shortcomings and improving the areas in which we already do a good job or in which our members are satisfied. Between those two things, the hope is to transform our sites and our brand into something better.

I did read those comments regarding the PC site btw.. and I'm not only inquiring about PC but mobile sites as well...since there is now a proliferation of mobile porn.

So, just really interested in hearing about those added extras or important "gotta haves" that would not only keep users coming back, but get them to really become brand loyal and push porn great out to their friends

I belong to a few pay sites and seems like many sites have similar features/benefits etc. People sign up and cancel all the time, and some sites give you cancellation discounts etc. to try to get you to retain.

So what I want to know is, what keeps you all interested/sticking to a site month after month? Contents, updates, downloading stuff is obviously important..but what are the other intangibles? Live shows? interacting with pornstars? rewards points? And what are some sites with good retention strategies?

so help do me a solid and discuss....
