In November I signed up for a yearly subscription on DDFBusty to find out that I only have access to this site and not to PornBox. All the other ex DDFNetwork sites like HandsonHardcare, Hot Legs and Feet, etc.,... will indeed lead you to PornBox. I had to sign up to PornBox to get access to the other former DDF videos. I contacted their support to find out that DDFBusty is apparently using another payment company. On their forum I've read that the older DDF content is added step by step next to new content. Apparently the transfer of DDFBusty content is still in progress. What I also have read is that not all the niches will be continued. It is possible for instance that Hot Legs and Feet will not be continued as PornBox rather is focused on hardcore porn. Also bear in mind that names of DDFNetwork videos and models featuring on DDFnetwork might have different names on Pornbox. Last but not least Pornbox has limited downloads in their monthly subscription up to 500 vids. You can buy extra 500 downloads if you want to. Also take into account that in my subscription only DDFNetwork related content and the new content named Pornworld was free to download with the subscription other studios are indeed based a pay per view kind of method. | |

Just my two cents... As IT'er, over the years, I used a number of brands and their series for internal drives (Seagate, WD, Samsung, IBM). TBH I had the least issues with WD drives. For external USB drives I always used and still use WD Elements or WD MyBook for the moment. My current desktop PC has two SSD's on the motherboard. The lowest capacity only contains Windows 10 Pro and drivers. The SSD with the biggest capacity contains all my software. All my data I save on several external 3.5" USB drives. From my experience I can tell you in all honesty that the average external hard drive lifespan is about 3 to 5 years, provided that no physical damage occurs. Some of my drives lived longer but it isn't a bad idea to replace drives after a few years and copy the data from the old to the new drives. I'm currently saving money to buy myself in time a NAS from Synology and I will insert WD Red HDD's as they are the best WD drives for NAS. | |

Dear PU Members and staff, I consider myself rather a porn collector so yes when I subscribe myself to a porn website it is with the intent of downloading the content no matter if it is limited or unlimited download. I have every respect for people who only subscribe for streaming purposes but lately, I'm aware that a lot of people will laugh in my face, but I feel discriminated because I rather like to download content and if I want to I need to pay extra without prior notification often. it seems that more and more porn websites are charging extra for downloads. There was a time that I exactly knew these sites and I avoided them but more and more sites are doing this and mostly after initial signup without any notice. Take for instance Brazzers. I've been many times a subscriber of this site and never had to pay extra for downloads. Last month I took a yearly subscription to find out that downloads are charged extra and not a little bit too??? If this is becoming the general guideline of porn websites I won't subscribe anymore. I'm glad that a number of sites are not doing this (yet) but all this can change in time. Why not indicate this, as some websites do, a make either a price for streaming only and one for streaming and downloading like for instance AdultTime does??? I can't be that hard and that way people can decide to either signup or not. Last but not least mentioning this would be more customer friendly rather then saying nothing and finding out the surprise once you signed up. | |

I like to thank you all for your contributions to this thread. I'm aware that this wasn't an easy question due to the fact that we are talking about very old content. @Pat I do understand that this isn't your cup of tea but at least you tried to help me which I really appreciate. Please know that next to BDSM related content I aslo watch other porn related stuff.  @exotics4me. Dear All, It's been a while since I've visited the forum and even longer since I have been active on it due to personal and family issues. I'll hope everyone is doing well though? Being a big fan of BDSM and Fetish related content I'm looking for information and I'll hope to count on a member that is a connaisseur on behalf of this kind of content. I also got this access after I subscribed to 21Naturals. I wonder two things though? Does everyone get access to the same content no matter to what Gammae website you subscribe to? Will other Gammae sites also become a part of AdultTime? Gammae offers about 20 official websites and approx. 40 niche sites. It would be a hell of an offer if they would all be a part of AdultTime but I guess that would be wishful thinking. Anyway I'm thankful for this access because it offer way more then I expected. | |

Being a porn collector I frequently did this in the past and sometimes I still do it. For the moment I have an active monthly subscription to Stiffia, Evil Angel and Adult Time. I took one on Reality Kings too but cancelled it a few minutes later because the porn deal only included streaming and I needed to pay the same amount as I did for the deal to get the download option. For a porn collector streaming is unfortunately not an option for me. As many members do I also look for porn deals and sometimes there are more then one site with discounts I'm interested in hence the fact that more then once I subscribed to several porn websites at the same time. Other occasions I did this is when I was looking for the works of a specific female model or female porn star. Some models or porn stars appear on tons of websites. Is or was this a good idea? TBH as Ik2fireone correctly stated, it is often a waste of money subscribing to many porn websites at once. ISP's can enforce download limits, some porn websites have a daily download limit, hard disk space will always be a problem, etc.;... Frankly you will never get the time to check, stream or download all the videos or movies from each porn website you signed up to. Another consideration I took into my mind is the fact that some porn websites are hard to cancel their subscription. Maybe I will stick to network porn websites like Brazzers, DDF, Adult Time, etc.,.. certainly when there is a deal going on but I probably won't sign up to several of these porn websites at once anymore. | |

I Handbrake every video I download. This can be a very time consuming action but it saves me valuable disk space and so far I haven't noticed any significant loss of quality. | |

The reason why I use a download manager is because of my ISP. My ISP's FUP (Fair Use Policy) imposes a download limit between noon and midnight. From midnight to noon I can surf and download without any limits. During the week I need to work and I can't afford myself to manually download content till let's say 4 AM when I need to wake up for work at 6 AM. On Friday and Saturday night this is not an issue. I usually add the downloads to the download manager in the evening and program them to download from midnight till noon. If my monthly download limit is used up they turn my download and upload speed down from noon till midnight. I will still be able to surf and download at full speed than but only from midnight till noon. The 6th of every month they put the downloads and uploads back to zero. | |

Apparently the developer of DownThemAll is working on a new lite (web) version of his product that would be compatible with the latest FireFox brower. Dear PU Members, As a porn collector I usually download a lot of content during each membership. I use Mozilla Firefox as default browser. For a long time I added a Mozilla Firefox add on called DownThemAll. On some exceptions this download manager worked great. However since the latest updates of Firefox this add on is no longer compatible with Firefox. Hopefully DownThemAll will release a newer version which will again be compatible. Because of this issue I tried the free version of Download Accelerator Plus or in short DAP. Unfortunately under Windows 10 Pro 64 bit this version crashes more than I want or hope for (maybe because it is the free version ).I found this article today. http://www.techradar.com/news/software/applications/the-best-free-download-manager-1328199 I haven't tested one of them but I surely will. Hi rearadmiral, I have a desktop PC, a laptop, a tablet and a smartphone and still I prefer to work on my desktop PC. I work in ICT since mid 90's and I'm frequently asked for buying and upgrading advice by family, friends and acquaintances. The first two questions I usually ask is : "What is your budget and for which purposes do you need a PC"? I guess you are using your desktop PC primarily for general internet use (surfing, E-Mail, downloads,..) and doing some administration (Word, Excel,...)? Your current HP PC is 6 years old which is of course in ICT terms old and outdated. Now "outdated" is actually a bad choice of words. Hardware these days is released so quickly that when you buy something a few months later a newer version or model is available for less money and with more bells and whistles. The crucial hardware that determines the performance of a PC are : the CPU (Processor), the RAM (internal memory), the hard disk and what most people maybe don't know the video card. A brands like HP, Dell, Lenovo, etc.,.. are often limited in what you can upgrade regarding hardware. Besides in a lot of cases you need to buy their hardware or it might not be compatible. The question you'll need to ask yourself is what can I upgrade on my current system and is it worth the money? Considering a new desktop PC there are a few options. Buying again an A brand PC. They are usually sold as a complete system. They usually sell a number of preconfigured systems which can be changed to a certain extent (hard drive, memory, monitor, etc.,...). Most PC shops also offer a number of configurations usually categorized as budget, mainstream, gaming and high end configs. I guess that you can alter configs for an additional price. Build to order. In this case you can assemble your own PC based on components of your own choice. This requires of course some knowledge of PC hardware and brands. This is what I usually do. I have no clue which storage you are using? Do you save your downloads on one or more local HDD's? Do you have an internal RAID system? Do you use one or more external HDD's? Do you have a NAS or SAN system? I use an SSD as primary HDD. SSD's are much faster than conventional HDD's. On this SSD I only install the operating system, drivers, tools (7 zip, Ccleaner, etc.,..) and my anti-virus application. Other applications I use and data is saved on additional conventional internal or external HDD's. Be careful for overkill. Sales reps are trained to sell you something with a lot of bells and whistles but often a lot of things you don't need and which only blows the price tag up. 32, 64 and 128 GB of RAM sound very nice and useful but the price tag is also nice and do you really need it? If you are not using super RAM eating applications than I would recommend you not to buy more than 16 GB or RAM. You don't play high end games but a decent video card and a good monitor is not an unnecessary luxury. I'm European which means that I'm not an expert on USA or Canadian based IT webshops. I had a Visa card in the past but cancelled it. Now I use a prepaid MasterCard from our national Post company. I always take one month memberships and cancel them a few days before the access expires. When I plan to signup for a membership on a porn websites I go to the post office and just put enough money on my prepaid MasterCard to pay for the access of one month. So far I really didn't have any major issues cancelling a membership. I had a few signups via CentroBill as payment processor but actually everything was neatly cancelled. | |

Hi Onyx, Thanks for your advice. I'm an ICT sys admin for many years now and I did try a number of well known commands including the flushdns command among others. None of these commands resolved the issue. FemmeFataleFilms.com is the only website that is giving me this issue. I can visit any other website without any problem. However I have very good news to tell you. FFF Support found the issue in cooperation with their server company. For some reason, yet to be determined, my IP address got blocked on their server. They unlocked my IP address and everything works like a charm for the moment. | |

Hi Merc77, I downloaded the latest free version of CCleaner 64-bit and installed it on my PC. I installed the application with the default settings and let the software analyze my system. After this step I removed whatever this program found. Unfortunately it didn't solve the issue. When I want to access femmefatalefilms.com I still get the time out error just as before. Never had this phenomena before with any website. Usually when cookies, history or whatever would be the problem it is noticeable on several websites which isn't the case. Only FemmeFataleFilms.com can't be accessed. Besides I used two other devices (a tablet and a laptop). Both devices never visited this site and they have the same problem. I could contact my ISP and ask them to check why this is happening but it is a bit of a delicate matter. In the worst case scenario I could also contact CCBill again and ask them for a refund if they are willing to do that. | |

@Ik2fireone. The problem occurred on Sunday. I waited 48 hrs before doing anything. Because I couldn't access the website I tried a number of standard E-Mail addresses like : info@, webmaster@ and support@ hoping that my message describing my problem would reach them. After sending the first two addresses seemed to be none existing. Not being sure that my message, describing the issue, would go through I also contacted CCBill via live Chat. The agent told me that the only thing they could do was to send a message to them regarding my issue. The same day FFF support E-Mailed me. First of all CCBill informed FFF that I had an account problem which isn't correct. They also informed me that the servers were up and running, that they access the site daily more than once for updates and in case that the server would be down that they get a message from their provider. I clearly informed FFF regarding my problem and even sent a print screen of the blank page and error message that I receive when I try to access their site. So far they were very understanding but indeed the problem isn't resolved yet. @merc77. Thanks for your advice. I used the free version of CCleaner in the past but haven't installed it on this PC yet. I was a bit tired of all the popups regarding new versions and the fact that CCleaner recommended me to clean my system. I will install it later on and try your solution. Dear PU Members, I subscribed to a porn website, FemmeFataleFilms.com, on January the 6th. I could access the website without any problem, browse, stream and download the content, etc.,... Since Sunday a little before noon the downloads were no longer working. If I want to visit the website I notice a blank page with a time out error. I tried to contact the website as well as CCBILL. The website claims that their website is up and running and that they daily access the website to add new content, etc.,... However I can't access the website anymore since Sunday. It is a very strange phenomena. Besides it is the only website giving me problems. Except ABP (an add blocker for Firefox) I don't use any other blocking software. The problem is not limited to Mozilla but also to MS Edge and Google Chrome. I tried to visit the website over the same connection but from two other devices (tablet and laptop) and it isn't working either. I don't think that my ISP is deliberately blocking this website. Congrats with your brief introduction and personal contribution regarding CFNM mabaya. Keep up the good work please. Being active in the BDSM scene the CFNM niche is one of my favorite BDSM niches. Unfortunately, like mbaya stated correctly, the number of CFNM sites in general has dropped greatly over the years. For instance Brazzers discontinued their CFNM site within their network of sites after publishing only 13 galleries. I also noticed that many other great CFNM websites closed their doors in the meanwhile. Maybe this particular niche wasn't so popular as many websites thought it would be? Like Ik2fireone stated the international economical crisis could be one of the reasons. Maybe Tube sites contributed to the effect although there are many Tube sites which operate within the legal boundaries of the different webmaster programs to signed up to. The fierce competition between the bigger and smaller websites could be another reason. Operating a porn website requires a huge investment and it does give you any guarantee that the site will be popular. Let's not forget that the many ages of illegal uploading, distribution and downloading of copyrighted materials, which is unfortunately still ongoing, financially damaged many industries. | |

Where is the great era of the analogue modems at 28,8 or 33,6 kbps?  If you wanted to view a picture it just took ages and the pictures seemed like coming in line per line. A video just took ages to download ha ha ha.I have cable connection and I can download up to 23 Mbps. The only site that frustrated me so far was kink.com. Their download speed is very variable and often very slow. I never had this problem with other websites. | |

The Porn industry has always been an industry that likes to stick labels on sexual preferences and activities which we tend to use in our daily lives. Take for instance the TS/TG niche is often described as shemales, trannies, ladyboys, sheboys, etc.,... to name a few. What's in a name right? It is often very hard to correctly define and outline sexual behavior. There is often a very thin line and boundaries can easily be crossed. IMHO B/G, Lesbian and Gay porn will remain the top main categories with the biggest offer, biggest popularity and the highest number of fans. TS/TG content however seems to be pretty popular too and the offer, like PinkPanther mentioned correctly, isn't little. Grooby is probably the oldest and biggest TS/TG content production company. Although there is a lot of competition in this niche too. Let's think about DevilsFilm.com, EvilAngel.com, Transangels.com, kink.com and many more. Bi sexual content is certainly not a new niche and has its own fan base. However I don't believe that this niche will gain the same popularity and fan base as the above mentioned niches. The fact that bi sexual content is often mixed with other niches like BDSM, Fetish, Cuckolding, TS/TG, etc.,... might be a necessity to add some extra attention and popularity to this niche. | |

Hi Pat362 and PinkPanther, I kindly thank you both for your useful contribution and reply on my forum post. Thank you for posting thebestporn listing Pat. I'm still checking this listing out. I know the Kink websites long before they actually formed a network of sites known as Kink. In the past they were all single websites each requiring a membership (men in pain, wired pussy, water bondage, etc.,..). @pat362. Thanks for your advice which I really appreciated. I'm still pretty new around here and I guess I overlooked or misinterpreted things. First of all I have never been a fan of so called casting websites. I guess I based myself on a reply of a member who said that if you want to have the full picture you need to have have a membership to private.com, privateclassics.com and privatecastings.com. I've seen a few casting videos and it is usually a mix and match of interviews, some porn and now and then some behind the scene stuff. What I actually am after and collect the most is Vintage porn (the golden age of porn), Euro porn and Glam porn. @Pyrenees. I want to thank you also for your advice which is much appreciated. I've been a member for a month of DorcelClub. At some point I decided to end the membership and buy the movies via DorcelVision. After payment I download the movies then in the highest available resolution which is 4k for the newest movies, 1080p for the majority of Dorcel vision and lower resolutions for the older movies. Dear Porn Users Members, For next month I'm considering taking a membership on Private.com and Private Classics. I already visited the website and tried to look for reviews and comments on PU regarding both websites. Unfortunately all reviews seem to be outdated and in time things can either greatly improve (if the site is willing to listen to their customers) or getting worse. For Private Classics I even couldn't find anything. Sites always promise a lot till you buy a membership and either you are lucky or in the worst case scenario you have been fooled. I also want to try Private Classics because of my preference for vintage porn. Just as Pyrenees expressed it so well I also quit watching and even collecting porn more than once and for a number of reasons. I even deleted my entire porn collection on several occasions and started after a while back from scratch. IMHO I started off the wrong foot. At first when I subscribed to a website I tried to download as much as possible content as I could because I thought : "I paid for it so I'll download as much as I could" In other words quantity went above quality. The result is that you often collect so much content and for which reason? Now I'm much more careful and selective in what I will download during a membership of a porn website also in the number of websites I join during a month. If I get tired of it I just take some rest and distance of it, I don't join any website till again I want to watch or collect some porn. The tube site script I used, Nubiles Tube Script, was a legal part of the Nubiles Webmaster affiliation program. All content I added to my tube website was part of webmaster affiliation programs. Not one video on my website was placed illegally, without permission or outside the rules of the different webmaster affiliation programs I was approved to. Next to that I didn't allow users to add content. I was the only one who had this ability. Although I posted daily updates, which I also promoted via Twitter, in the two years I ran this tube website I wasn't able to sell one membership even not a trial one to the many websites I promoted. The whole porn tube website business is dominated by a number of big players. Believe me they aren't little ones. Besides their biggest income isn't so much the content but rather raised by advertising and traffic exchange. Piracy is still active via torrents websites, etc,... I guess it is an endless battle. I'm happy and proud that I always paid for the porn I either downloaded via memberships, movies I paid for and downloaded, and what I still bought on DVD, Blu-Ray, etc.,.. | |

IK2fireone. I'm European and please let me tell you this. Before the Euro was officially introduced as the new currency every European country had its own specific currency. In the mid 80's I was stationed in Germany and I could choose to pay in my own local currency or in German Marks. In the German garrisons I served the majority of pubs, cafés , restaurants, shops, etc.,.. accepted our currency. However they always charged a little more just to make sure they wouldn't make any loss when they went to the bank to exchange the foreign currency back to German Marks... IMHO and I might be wrong the reason why us Europeans have to pay more to join a website outside of Europe might have something to do with charging international taxes to customers outside the USA, Canada, or any other none European Country ... I once bought a software bundle (electronic download) from an American company via their website. I noticed the price on their website (€ 56) but once I clicked on checkout € 11,76 was charged as Tax. So in the end I paid € 67,76 instead of € 56. Depending with which currency you have paid during your European trip I'm a bit surprised that they would charge you more then the locals??? Certainly if you paid your bill cash in local currency?? First of all thanks for all the comments so far on this topic. Please know that I really appreciate the feedback regarding this topic. Indeed one should check reviews, the T&C of the content provider and in case of doubt contact the website. I've read the review comments on PU before joining and honestly I found them a bit confusing. The only way of contacting DP seems via their billing companies. I haven't found a direct link to contact DP directly rather than to go via their billing companies. With all due respect to porn lovers who prefer the system of streaming over downloading. I always joined websites which offer download. I want to download the content that I like because IMHO after all I pay for it. What I download is for my personal collection. I don't share my collection, I don't upload my collection, I don't burn my collection to media. I do respect the fact that the porn, music and movie industry lost tremendous amounts of money due to illegal downloads, distribution of illegal content, etc,... However as a honest person I feel punished now for those who are involved in illegal download and distribution of copyrighted materials. I was however convinced by paying € 55,99 for three months of membership that it would allow me to download content. I honestly didn't see any warning that it only would allow me to stream the content. If we make a little calculation : € 55,99 for three months basic membership + 3x € 29,99 to allow three months of download makes a total of € 149,96. For this price I probably have a full year of membership at many other porn websites download included. Take Brazzers one year membership : € 119,88, Evil Angel one year : € 139,95, Private : € 149,95 to give a few examples and all these websites offer full download of their content. I'm sorry but where is this leading to? If this will be the future way of doing business in the porn industry I will never ever join a website again. Dear Porn Users Members, Today I signed up for Digital Playground. I signed up for a three month subscription at € 59,99. I assumed this was a full membership to this website. After I logged in I could only download picture galleries. The movies are streaming only. I contacted support and was informed that for the price I signed up I only had a basic account. If I want to download movies I have to pay an additional monthly fee of 29,99 €. What a rip off is this??? Never ever did I have this problem. Paying for a full membership at any website I ever subscribed to was streaming as well as full download. I will cancel my account immediately and never ever will I signup to this malicious website again. At signup it was never mentioned that the price I paid was for streaming only. My main concern is not to stitch the scene together as one movie rather the opposite. If I have to buy the movie as one movie I rather feel like splitting it up into scenes. I like this method because then I don't have to scroll through the movie to find the scene I want. Thanks for the tip about the VPN solution. I was aware of such software or service but never used it before. I'm aware that older movies or scenes probably will never be released or re released in HD, Full HD or even Ultra HD. I guess I will focus myself on movies or scenes that are indeed originally released in at least Full HD resolution and forget about the rest. Dear Forum Members, I'm a bit puzzled and I'll hope that the more experienced porn collectors hopefully can help me out? I've been a member on and off of a number of soft- and hardcore websites. Because I pretty much a fan of full porn movies I started to buy DVDs. At a certain moment I stopped buying DVDs and I started to rip this collection to my NAS. All these DVDs are either NTSC or PAL and even with the best ripping tools the result isn't always what I hoped to expect in terms of resolution and quality. I'm actually confused which option should suit me the best. My PC is equipped with a Blu-Ray drive but long not every studio is releasing their content on Blu-Ray. I browsed many online shops and apparently Digital Playground is by far the only studio with the biggest collection of Blu-Ray discs. Buying Blu-Ray discs is one but then again I need to rip them I have want to have them digitally on my NAS. I browsed the web and already found a few alternatives but... DorcelVision.com has a pretty nice collection of their own studio as well as other studios. After payment their movies are downloadable in a number of formats (depending on the release date of the movie) and come in one piece while I would rather have them scene by scene. IMHO their movies are a tad pricy. Next to that you never know in advance which download resolutions are available till you buy the movie. Because of my location I can't for instance buy movies from blacked.com or tushy.com. A number of online stores have downloadable options but I haven't tried any of them so far nor am I sure about the quality and resolution. I was recently a member of EvilAngel.com and I think they have pretty much their entire collection online. I have no clue if there are other porn studios which have their entire collection available online for download? For video ripping and conversion I'm using Handbrake (free), MakeMKV (free) or WinXDVD (commercial). For editing I either use Avidemux and MKVToolNix (both are also free). VLC Player, which is also free, is also able to rip DVD's and Blu Ray discs. | |

I also use VLC player to view files I downloaded. VLC player is a very versatile player capable of viewing and listening to tons of different kind of video- and audio files. Although I have the latest version installed it seem buggy when it comes to 4K Ultra HD files. I recently ripped a scene from a porn DVD with the new H265 codec. The rip was successful with Handbrake but VLC doesn't seem to like that codec at all. When I initially was typing this thread, although I was logged in at that time, once I wanted to post this thread the system logged me out and I lost what I typed. The second time again the same scene. The third time I opened an MS Word document, typed my text, logged in a copied and pasted the text into the thread. This method worked however this should not be necessary. | |

I'm also a client of an ISP with download limits. The FUP of my ISP, according to the package I have, permits me a data traffic of maximum of 750 GB per month during peak hours (noon till midnight). Between midnight and noon it states that I have unlimited traffic but still that's a bit vague. Sometimes unlimited can be limited too. I contacted my ISP just to make sure that I won't get myself into trouble. If my ISP detects you as a super user (< 750 GB per month during peak hours) you will surf at lower speed during peak hours till the end of your monthly data period. During off-peak hours you can surf at full speed. Based on your reply and experiences I did the test myself and downloaded a file in Full HD 1080p and the same file in Full HD 720p. I noticed a difference in file size of approximately 100 MB between both files. Once I started to watch both movies indeed with my old eyes and glasses I couldn't tell the difference between both movies. I still hope to do the test with a 720p SD file and check the difference in size and quality. I guess sometimes we let us lead by commercials from manufacturers hoping that we would buy overkill and overpriced equipment which is in a majority of cases not necessary and cost a lot of money that one could invest in other things. | |

Dear Forum Members, Whenever I buy a subscription on a porn website I always tend to download the picture and video content with the highest available resolution. In the majority of cases, these days, for videos files this is the Full HD 1080p resolution. Lately more and more websites are adding 4k Ultra HD content. I recently downloaded a video file with a length of approximately 13 minutes in 4k Ultra HD format. I have the fastest available cable connection that is available so I can’t complain about the download speed for a file that was nearly 4 GB in size. To view my downloaded video files I use VLC player. Not so much because this player is available for free but rather for its simplicity and for the versatility of audio and video file formats this player is capable of playing. So far this player always did a fine job. I was pretty curious what the output of this 4k Ultra HD file would be compared with a Full HD 1080p movie therefor I couldn’t wait to play it. The file took awfully long to load in VLC player. The video playback was even slower than a snail and the output was totally cluttered. I didn’t even bother to check the sound. I immediately closed the file because this wasn’t what I was expecting and it hurt my eyes so much. I admit that I have a pretty old desktop PC that lived its best days and I know that one day I will have to replace my old box by a new rig. I searched the internet hoping to find solutions because at first I thought it would be an issue with VLC player. I tried every proposed solution offered on tons of websites but to no avail. One website advised to use one of the following players: DivX player, PowerDVD player or Windows classic Media Player with the K-Lite Codec pack. Another website claims that you need at least an Intel i7 or its AMD equivalent and at least 8 GB of memory even preferably more if you want to smoothly watch 4k Ultra HD movies. That left me with the choice of either buying a new PC or rather sticking with Full HD 1080p movies. A though decision to make. Please feel free to share your experiences and thoughts. After all the meaning of a review should be that it turns out to be an added value to the community. Nobody learns anything from an ill prepared hasty or bad written review.
