Yes... I am now also sitting at the losers table with zero points. About 17 years of points gone in a flash... awesome demolition work! Eventually I think someone will fix a new system but it might be a different site and I hate moving to a new neighborhood. Sad to see the nice house get so rundown. I will miss you guys! Jay G

Interesting question. For legal reasons it's always best to say you can suspend an account for ANY reason. Then you don't have to dispute if the account actually met that test. Jay G

You are right, of course, and the newest censors, ironically, are the puritans without religion who also find most sexual thoughts offensive. Nevertheless, despite the puritans, I cannot imagine that several gaming artists haven't found creative ways to make sex games. Jay G

I wanted to join the thread because I would love to find an interesting game also. So far it's all disappointments. So many great possibilities, but nothing real to this point. Most are very fishy and seem to be more about fishing for your information than actually showing you any possibilities.

Most lure you in with a "sign-in" process that goes on and on and never seems to lead to a real game.

I would think gaming folk would realize a "capture the ass" game would be a wonderful alternative to shoot-em-ups. Jay G

Interesting thoughts, blueron. I find my porn habits like those of a hunter. I have more porn collected than I could ever watch but I still enjoy the hunt for the elusive new "buzz." I have a regular routine of checking the free sites of pornusers, xvideos, xhampster, and motherless to see if anything exciting or new pops up. The quality of photography and video on these sites is mediocre, however, but it sometimes gives me the name of a particular site, actor, or actress to check up on.

If I were young I sure think I would be tempted to create sites with more interesting themes (I would love games and contests that end up with awesome sex acts instead of the more prosaic settings). Japanese porn is often weird and interesting, but too often is censored for me to join them. Jay G

Cab drivers in London are probably very different than those in America. In the USA the payoffs to the government are huge and expensive for the driver.

This, in turn, allows them to have a monopoly business where they can be routinely rude and unpleasant to customers. Not all drivers are rude, of course, but I have had so many bad experiences that I have walked two or three miles rather than gotten a cab in Chicago. Jay G

Governments love governing and that usually means making rules, and then rules on top of rules. Those who jump through hoops or pay off politicians benefit and the public suffers.

Freedom is something government by nature detests and it seems here that this is what the battle is all about. Taxis are a great source of money for government especially if they can keep supply low and demand high by organizing monopolies. Those who are owning taxis and paying off the politicians rightfully hate the competition of a free market with fewer restrictions.

Reminds me of how the English government used to declare the land all owned by the government and those who dared hunt and fish for a livelihood were "poachers" who would be hanged. Only the wealthy were allowed such activities. "The more things change the more they stay the same." Jay G

I'm not a big city guy, but my daughter who lives in Chicago orders Uber for me when I am there and it is luxurious and easy without the awkwardness of a cab ride and the cash tip. Definitely 100% better than a cab.

I hate cabs so much I've walked 3 or 4 miles in big cities rather than get one. Uber is like having a chauffeured limo pick you up and deposit you without the awkwardness of a cab. My experiences with Uber have been excellent. My experiences with cabs NOT SO MUCH. Jay G

Went to Woodman Casting X from Porn Users and was enchanted by The "Wake Up and Fuck" section which had beautiful natural women asleep at the hotel who were woken up and romanced by Pierre Woodman & a friend or two.

However, as I pointed out in my "bate & switch" comment, these videos are NOT available on the Woodman Casting X web site despite being on the introduction page. It is a separate subscription that is paid separately from Woodman Casting X.

Despite this, I gave into temptation and joined the site & could review it if it is listed as a separate site. This would also help those who like the videos but don't realize that it is a separate site with a separate payment despite what Best Porn & Porn Users would lead one to believe. I understand the confusion because it took awhile for me to finally figure this out myself.

Also, Congratulations to Amanda on her new position. Hope you will have great success in continuing the tradition of Porn Users.

When I download something I usually make a backup right away on another external HD...just a habit...but it's been useful when I accidentally lost something.

With externals so cheap, having 2 separate copies of everything has become automatic for me.

To me, it's easiest to make the copy immediately, because when I used to try backing up weekly it seemed more like a chore I put off and seldom got around to because of the time involved. This way I can watch my first copy while I'm making the 2nd copy and don't have to put off the backup. Jay G

Interesting...I have yet to hear anything good about Windows 8. I was happy Windows 7 did solve some of the incompatibility issues I had with programs that wouldn't run on Vista and now will stay with Windows 7 until I hear some purpose to Windows 8.

Just joined a site called "PulpToon" which is somewhat in the tradition of the old "Women in Peril" comic books and magazines.

I still remember the excitement of seeing those old men's magazine covers. On this site I enjoy the playful comics, "pulp" stories, and even a video game. Would love to write a review if it becomes an eligible site. Jay G

Someday good interactive games with hot sex will be available, I'm sure......fantasies acted out are missing a lot when violence is the only choice, but American society which still dominates gaming believes showing a human being being "blown away" by bullets is acceptable, but a human being being blown by a sex partner is obscene........so it will be awhile. The more I explore this site, the more I realize what a great business model this is and that there's tons of untapped potential out there.

Setting up a site that allows random entrepreneur cam girls or guys to set up their booth on your virtual carnival lot for 50% of the take is genius.

Throw out extra bonuses rewards for camscores, etc., do a little organization, a lot of over-site to not run afoul of the law, & keep good books, and you have a business model that would seem to be superior. Like having a huge strip club where you don't have to pay the girls but get to keep 50% of their tips.

From all my private experience, I would say at this point that ALMOST ALL cam sites shut out most potential customers by their outrageously high upfront prices (around $300 to $360 an hour) while this site lures huge numbers of customers in with free stuff and seduces numbers of them to spend even more in the end as they form attachments, try to be big shots and try to please the girls with huge tips (I've seen 1000 token, $100 tips). remember, the cam site gets HALF of that tip merely because she's working in their tent!

The brilliant business model here is:

Lure huge numbers of customers into the store with free stuff (free views of 1000 independent contractor models whom you don't have to pay), get many customers to begin ponying up small amounts of money for small rewards (premium membership benefits for life are only $19.95), and then get a smaller fraction of eager men to spend huge amounts willingly pursuing pretty girls and spending very large sums of money. The girls who lure a guy into a "private session" charges that $6 a minute $360 an hour fee still, and the cam site gets half!

As a businessman I learned that you don't lose money having customers come into your store, even if they don't buy anything the first time. Get them in with a sale or special promotion and some of them will spend a lot of money on other items. If I weren't old and long retired I'd be very tempted to get into this business since the costs seem relatively low compared to the potential profits. I'd say the potential is porn-Facebook potential. Anyone want to be a billionaire? Jay G Edited on Jul 10, 2012, 08:51am

All you said & more, Panther. Sleeping beauty is not that uncommon. Some of the chatting cam girls whom I like seem even more addicted than I am and stay on 10, 12 hours or more. I've seen them fall asleep in the middle of a chat with us, just nodding off on the couch.

I cannot imagine a job more boring than being a cam girl, though. There are a few threesomes where the girls seem to repeat the same acts over and over again for hours at a time. It is not a looped video, either, because they react with thanks each time I tip them. I, however, tip them and move on, seeing dozens of rooms during my visits.

It is the feeling of being a kid at a naughty carnival for me, running from tent to tent seeing the sights, while the girls are limited to staying in the same tent hour after hour while gawkers like me come and go. Jay G

Talking about browsing: the site needs more filter options.
The second thing I noticed is that the connection - for me (sitting in EU) - was generally rather slow, although my connection is usually pretty decent. I had lots of lag, regardless of the location of the model.
My third observation, after reading some profiles, is that some the models are more than just a little cheeky. Posting "rules" such as "don't just hang out in my room" and "say a word when you enter the room, otherwise you'll be kicked" seems to be quite counterproductive to their business. I mean, they want MY money and I'm sure they would gladly accept it even if I didn't say "hello".
On the plus side, I've seen some very familiar and popular names on there. The quality of the stream (minus the lag) was quite good.

Interesting reading about your experiences because they are so different from mine. Of course we are literally coming from two different places. MFC could be greatly improved in so many ways including the much better filtering system you suggested. The reason I still spend so much time there is that all the other cam sites I've seen are so much worse.

I've actually also spent a lot of time looking for a cam site besides MFC because there are such great possibilities of something like MFC, but more interesting, since MFC doesn't allow men or trannies or couples. A heterosexual site that allows more than just masturbation and girl/girl would be what I'm looking for.

I actually find the ease of navigation where I can jump from room to room looking into what's actually going on seeing dozens of rooms per minute very attractive. I choose the setting "cam previews small" and see a snapshot of what happened a minute or two ago in that room.

The fact that there are usually about 1000 cams on at a time and that every cam is a separate entrepreneur is fascinating to me. It is like going through a red light district where there are dozens of different approaches by hundreds of different girls.

While one girl is enthusiastically shoving dildos in and out of all holes for free, another is asking for 200 tokens to see her tits, and another is fully clothed and bitching at customers for not tipping enough. To me this is entertainment better than any reality TV show.

Because of my attention deficit disorder, I really do spend lots of time looking at hundreds of rooms, only once in a while settling down for several minutes in one room, usually because there is an actual chat going on with beautiful girls and a few other friendly customers. It feels like friendly bar conversation and I feel the need to periodically tip the pretty female bartender.

For sexual stimulation there is plenty of porn out there that beats anything you will see on cams. For entertainment and a feeling of human interaction, cams are full of entertainment, unpredictable, and horribly interesting. Porn's version of Nascar, fast, interesting, and with unpredictable wrecks. Jay G Edited on Jul 09, 2012, 03:47pm

Thanks, Panther for the info. Of course, the problem for me is that watching a cam girl with an audience of 100 is not what I really enjoy. Interaction where the girl knows YOU are there and teases and flirts with you is my real weakness. This of course is how girls in both the cam world and the real world have always been able to help me part with my money. Jay G

Sorry, Heather, but I like strong independent women who don't fall into the victim trap. It is NOT a nice place to be. It is better to kick a man's ass than be his victim.

My own girls grew up to be strong enough women to realize that bad boys are mentally sad little boys who never grew up and still have emotional fits when they don't get their way. Mistaking anger and a nasty attitude for strength could be the problem with unhappy women who like "bad boys". Abusive relationships should end with the first push, but sadly too often go on and on.

Then, there are the "nice" guys who desperately try to please so much that it is annoying, and then get mad when their "love" is not reciprocated. Not a good relationship model, either.

I've often warned my male friends that being "super nice" means not having any really valuable independent personality to offer anyone. Just an unwritten contract of expectations that no self-respecting woman would want to be saddled with. Nice guys are not really so nice, after all.

Fortunately all men don't fall into those two extremes. Men who are strong and confident can be fun to be with without being "bad boys." They may even have "issues with women" but have enough character not to wear it on their sleeves............. except, of course, in forum threads like this one. Jay G Edited on Jul 06, 2012, 07:52pm

Pat, I'm sure you are right. the problem is that part of me really enjoys being a fantasy "big shot," throwing money around and being important to several beautiful women, even if for only a few moments.

The problem, of course, is that, like a gateway drug, the few dollars pleasure of this particular "hit" wants another and another day after day. The thrill is far less sexual and much more the pleasure of momentarily feeling important to a real person who actually appreciates your generosity. Jay G

"Engaging the consumer" hits the nail on the head. While the fantasy of walking through a harem with about 1000 women at a time is a great starter, these are REAL people who chat or don't chat, smile or sit sullen, and sometimes are even tragic in the failure of their hopes for big bucks promised and small change received.

A few of the women I chat with and get to enjoy their company, pretty woman from across the world with no sexuality at all in our chat. I want to generously tip them as they are so appreciate for the ten or twenty dollars that to me is not a lot of money.

Of course, "not a lot of money" repeated too often becomes "an awful lot of money." Jay G Edited on Jul 06, 2012, 07:09pm

Today's Topic (To use an MFC Phrase): Why was MFC able to suck me in when I wasn't really interested in cams, and why (more importantly) it is able to suck so much money out of my wallet? And why do I still go there daily despite this?

I visited MFC (My Free Cams) out of curiosity. I had visited Live Jasmin and a few other cam sites before and had run away like a little boy when I realized how expensive they were and how unappealing the set-up seemed to be. Paying $5 or $6 a minute ($300 to $360 an hour) to see a girl do something I could see for FREE at thousands of porn sites? Didn't even seem attractive.

But, curiosity and the promise of FREE led me down the path and I went to check out the site.

In my previous work I learned that small rewards are actually stronger at changing behavior than big rewards, because big rewards make us confront the fact that we are actually changing our behavior and for most of us real change is scary.

So, small rewards tempt us and we grab at the apple just like Eve.

MFC does this brilliantly by giving you the free Guest membership and then quickly letting you know that for only $19.95 you can become a "Premium" member for LIFE and with it actually have a little status on the site. Also you get 200 tokens that you can give the models as tips. Since by then you've seen models give big smiles and loud "Thank you"s to Premium members who had only given a mere 10 tokens (less than a dollar) to the model as a tip. Wow! An incredibly pretty girl will notice me and give me a big smile for less than a dollar!

Now I can act out the fantasy of being the big shot at the strip bar for a mere dollar here and there.

Of course mere dollars here and there add up and I quickly spent over $400 dollars in just a few weeks, almost more money than I had spent on porn in a couple of years. Jay G Edited on Jul 06, 2012, 07:12pm

Went and checked the link on 10 Reasons Why Women Love Bad Boys and loved it, but had to add this:

The most important reason to love bad boys: When your life gets really fucked up you can blame them for everything! You are the victim and cannot be blamed no matter what. They are BAD.

And those "nice" guys will still offer you everything no matter how much you treat them like shit! Win-win, right?

Oh, except for the fucked up life, I guess. Jay G

Actually I do have advice on "Get Rich Schemes:" Schemes don't work.

"Who you know, not what you know" is closer to a formula for getting rich, but networking and investing time making people feel important is the real formula. Dale Carnegie's 70 year old book "How to Win Friends and Influence People" was definitely a first step toward happiness and success both for me and all those people I've recommended it to over the years.

In the past, when I wasted lots of time and money chasing women I actually knew a lot of strippers/porn "stars", but the easy sex comes with an awful lot of psychological baggage. One good partner and porn for your fantasies is a much better (and far less expensive) formula for sexual happiness.

"Women are attracted to power and confidence without arrogance" would be a general statement I'd make. Mix in humor and a sense of "happy go lucky" and a guy will always attract women no matter what he looks like.

Sorry for the soap box, but I've thought on this for decades and feel I've really am happy now and would like to share. Jay G

You sum it up well for beginners. Many stars I've followed end up (pun intended) doing anal if they stay in the business long enough. Those who come and go (pun intended) from the industry often do porn, find a rich guy and retire without ever doing anal on camera.

I love the many beauties who do anal (Bobbi Starr, Sasha Grey, Madison, Tara Lynn Foxx, Skin Diamond, and so many more). No one with good vision would call them ugly. Jay G

The one I use is for my porn US Bank.

I started paying my bills on-line and looking around their web-site found I had these security options I didn't even know about. I clicked on the "text and e-mail me when my account is used without my card being present" buttons and that was it.

Now every time I make an INTERNET purchase my blackberry rings and I see the text message about the purchase in about ten seconds. When I check my e-mail, I also have the same message repeated there.

It really takes a lot of the worry about false charges away for me since I know I can challenge a false charge within moments of its being made. Jay G

As someone who does a lot of on-line purchasing (including porn, of course), I have always carefully reviewed my credit card bills to avoid false or erroneous charges.

Well now my credit card has extended a wonderful new security feature that helps me feel a lot more secure.

Every time I make an on-line purchase now, within a few seconds (less than one minute), my credit card sends me a text AND e-mail that a purchase has been made without my physical credit card being present. If anyone tries to make a charge on my card that I have not authorized, I can quickly contact the card company and reject the charge.

Sounds like a real "niche" site to me. The advantage is there will not be a lot of competition. Jay G

Have you noticed movies that warn of "Extreme Violence AND Adult Content?" I laugh because in the US we don't see extreme violence AS adult content, only sex. Let the kids watch slasher films but don't show any tits in them. Jay G

Absolutely on point again, Messmer. Those who scream the loudest against sexuality are the sickest bastards of all. Tell them they belong in the Taliban, putting burkha blankets over all women so we won't have any sexual thoughts.

Ever notice how they hate sex but love gory cruel violence and torture? Show me a defender of torture and I'll show you a very sick soul. Jay G

As usual, I agree with the Rear Admiral.

It's a slippery slope when you start jailing "sick" people. The Taliban is much more efficient and stones women who don't where blankets over their face. Christian Religious Conservatives hate the Taliban because they envy them and really would like to get back to burning witches themselves.

The terrible thing about freedom is that people start to think that everyone deserves it, not just the privileged classes. Jay G

There are good legal reasons why someone should refuse to do business with unethical people without making specific accusations. Specific accusations can result in lawsuits that, even without merit, are expensive to defend. Jay G

Khan, reading your note reminded me how much I appreciate you and Porn Users for banning sites that have horrible misleading signup terms. You are my "Consumer Reports" for porn. Thanks! Jay G

If I were single I'd be there in a heartbeat. Would love to buy a few beers and talk about our favorite subject. My wife, however, would be too embarrassed to be OK with that. If any of you were in my area (Wisconsin, USA), I'd be happy to buy a round or two for you. Jay G

My comments were just comments. I am always trying to find good methods of organizing my collection and still am never satisfied with the way I categorize things. Doesn't stop the eternal quest I have to put everything in neatly organized boxes, though. Jay G

Human beings seem to love to categorize and re-categorize everything.

The problem with porn is that there's a moving target of human arousal. What was porn for me at puberty now wouldn't get a second glance from me. I still remember the outrageous arousal I experienced decades ago seeing a billboard with a woman lying on her stomach so one could see the fully clothed (yet incredibly arousing) curve of her buttocks.

"In olden times a glimpse of stocking was looked on as something shocking....." (from "Anything Goes")

In extreme Islamic culture a bare woman's face not covered by a veil is outrageously pornographic. The Burka would seem to make a glimpse of ANYTHING pornographic.

While it's certainly fun to group sexually arousing material, I feel we'll always be moving the goal posts as time goes by. Jay G

The great thing about lots of porn is VARIETY. I really like men and women who are good-looking mixing it up with wide varieties of partners, including the downright ugly sometimes. I like beauty, but it only shines when surrounded by the not so beautiful. Ron Jeremy is beautiful even when he's with young actresses. Jay G Edited on Aug 29, 2010, 07:07pm

The frustration of content providers with those who steal their product is understandable, but reminds me of the supreme court case "Disney Vs. Betamax" in the 1970's. Disney and other movie companies were convinced that video recorders would END the movie business because everyone would STEAL movies rather than pay for them. They lost their case and have made billions of dollars since then with people buying videos the moment the price came down from the original $300 or more per movie for a film rental back before videotape. Pricepoint and quantity is everything for profits.

At first many people did copy movies, but then the price of video rental or buying got to be a few dollars and it wasn't worth the time or trouble to copy. Soon people like myself were buying more movies than they ever actually even viewed (my shelves are full of impulse buys that I haven't seen yet, because I can't resist buying "video collections" and seasons of TV shows I love). My porn collection is far worse and I've probably viewed less than 20% of it, but keep joining new sites and collecting more every month anyway.

If intellectual property fanatics had their way the actual market would dry up as prices went through the roof and public libraries would be shut down for allowing non-purchasers to read books they haven't bought.

Fans of quality content will always pay for quality product if they are treated with respect and not lumped together with cheap thieves who would never BUY any material anyhow. We would like to have a quality market relationship with producers of quality material and support them.

Finally the problem with DRM for me has always been that it doesn't work well, it is not a quality product. Like a Mercedes with big scratches on the body, the scratches are distracting and ruin the experience of an otherwise great automobile. Jay G Edited on Aug 29, 2010, 04:53am

Sometimes in the past I've sent emails to webmasters/techsupport BEFORE I joined a site to check for this very problem "Do you answer emails?".

Many don't reply and I simply don't join. Jay G

I'd like to share a bad experience I've had recently surfing porn galleries that I've been surfing for years. You know, the kind that often bring you to various websites or more random porn galleries as you click them.

Suddenly a window pops up pretending to be "Windows Defender" and claiming you've just hit the motherload of viruses and that, somehow, your firewall is off and you need to click its buttons to solve the problem. The "Defender" quickly seems to take over your computer, demanding that you go to a site where it will ask for credit card or other financial information.

Don't go there! From my decades of experience with computers, I've learned to never trust any messages, emails, or popups. It's a "Ukranian" ruse, designed to steal you information, then your identity.

Talking with the computer experts I work with, the easiest method to deal with this threat is to shut of or logout of the user where this happened, open up a new user or restart in safe mode and then initiate a "System Restore." Problem goes away. Your firewall was never compromised...they just want you to panic and go to their website and give your information. NEVER TRUST THREATS THAT APPEAR ON YOUR COMPUTER SCREEN OR EMAILS, they are designed to get you to panic. Jay G
