I just recently decided to purchase a subscription to reality kings, but am having a couple technical issues.
I have been charged the 90 dollars for the year long subscription, but have been unable to log into my account. I am brought to the log in page, but am redirected to http://members.rk.com/?a=user.login
I attempt to enter my username and password but the page just refreshes itself. I have gone through all of the normal technical support options, and after 3 days of trying to contact them with no return email, I am starting to become concerned I was charged 90 dollars for nothing. The 800 number on their "customer support" webpage doesn't work either.
Has anyone else had similar problems, or have a solution I haven't thought of? It doesn't quite seem fair that I was charged almost 100 bucks and can't view the material I bought. |
