AVN updated it's story on the alleged death of Anastasia Knight to report that it was a hoax. Both the original story and the update are based on "sources." The AVN update is this: UPDATE 6:20 p.m.: Sources close to performer Anastasia Knight, who earlier confirmed that she had tragically passed away, have now retracted the statement and said it was all a hoax. I read a Mike Adriano tweet that was posted a couple of hours ago that said that Anastasia Knight has died. She was just 20 years old. This is sad news. I really enjoyed her work. RIP. Honestly, I can’t remember a time in the past 20 years plus that I haven’t had at least one porn active membership. But circumstances have conspired against me. I have to also admit some relief in that I know I can go without having active memberships all the time. Then again, I do have the solace of my prodigious porn collection. Two things have lined up to bring me to this point. First is the pandemic. Many of my favourite sites are small and had to stop shooting during the pandemic so there haven’t been updates in months. Examples of this are Amateur Allure, Swallow Salon, Hookup Hotshot and all of the Mike Adriano sites. There’s no sense joining a site that isn’t updating. The second reason is that we’re moving and I don’t want to get caught being unable to cancel a membership that I no longer want and end up with a recurring charge. Unfortunately the move isn’t simple either. We’re ceasing to be homeowners and are moving into an apartment but the building is still under construction due to delays. So we’re moving somewhere temporarily and that spot includes an internet connection but it might be slow. So the choice I’ve made is to go cold turkey on memberships at least until we get settled into the new apartment and I’m paying for a fast internet connection. Anyone else have a similar experience in going cold turkey on memberships? Has the pandemic effected how you subscribe to sites? | |

Since most of us here are porn collectors and regularly subscribe to sites I’m just curious how the pandemic is affecting your buying habits. The good news for me is that there do seem to be some deals being offered and I’m taking advantage of some of those. But, I’m also having to be more careful in thinking about the value of those memberships before I take the plunge. I had a monthly subscription to two Mike Adriano sites, Swallowed and Nympho that both were set to expire last week. I currently have a membership to a third Mike site, True Anal. The pandemic and self-isolation began midway through my subscriptions and exclusive updates stopped. It seems that these sites have no reserve of scenes. Mike has four sites (the three I mentioned and All Anal) and the sites I had/have memberships at were substituting scenes from the other sites as their regular updates. For someone new to one of these sites that would be a good deal and I certainly don’t begrudge the sites for doing that, but for me, as a regular subscriber to all four of those sites, the scenes from the sister sites are ones I already had. The other site where I’m a member that is affected is Hookup Hotshot. For those who don’t know the site, it’s pretty much a one-man operation. HUHS usually updates weekly but for the past three weeks the updates have been BTS shoots of the model getting ready and interacting with the male talent/site owner. Once again, I don’t begrudge HUHS for doing this. For one, I like the HUHS BTS stuff and for another, I accept that this is also a site that wouldn’t have a large backlog of scenes that could be uploaded. I did do something stupid a couple of weeks ago though. I opened my email and saw a great deal for a three month membership to two of my favourite sites – Amateur Allure and Swallow Salon. Those sites are related for those not familiar with them. It was a deal that was too good to pass up. But… in my haste to join I didn’t consider that these are sites that will likely run out of updates soon too. Sure enough, the weekly Swallow Salon update on Friday was a scene that was uploaded at Amateur Allure back in January. Uh oh… this great deal may not be so great now. Oh well, at least I can take some comfort in knowing that I’m helping them out. But there is also good news. As one of our fellow PU members noted earlier this week, Nubiles Films was offering a decent deal. I checked my subscription list and noted that I haven’t been a member there in three years so even if they stop updating it’s a great value. Sold! I also have a current membership to Jules Jordan but they seem to be maintaining a normal upload schedule. Even if they run out of new stuff I’d be perfectly happy (VERY happy, in fact) if JJV opened up more of their back catalogue. I’ll likely rejoin Evil Angel soon because I suspect that they’ll be able to sustain a reasonable upload schedule for a while yet. So the bottom line for me is that I appreciate the deals being offered by sites and I’m happy to support them, but on a go-forward basis I’m going to be more strategic and careful. My subscribing history over the past few years has changed a bit in that I have a group of sites that I cycle through so this will be a chance to rejoin some sites I don’t join often like Pierre Woodman’s sites and FTV Girls. How about you? Any good or bad experiences with porn memberships in the pandemic so far? | |

What are your thoughts on how the adult industry will be affected by the pandemic? Obviously most production is shut down now so we'll start to see updates dry up at some point. I've heard that the Mike Adriano sites, for example, have already stopped updating. It seems to me that small sites that update weekly will run out of updates at some point with their shooting schedules thrown off. Sites like Hookup Hotshot and Amateur Allure will likely be hit harder than Evil Angel, for example. But... on the other hand, will we, as porn buyers, see some better deals? I'll be less inclined to join a site knowing that there won't be updates for a while so will sites start offering us better deals to entice us to open our wallets? Any thoughts? | |

I've been postponing asking this question because I don't want to pry, but has anyone heard from lk2fireone recently? He was a prolific reviewer and posted but hasn't posted anything in more than six months. He didn't appear to be disgruntled in any way. His age is listed at 69 which could indicate some health issues, but 69 is still pretty young. Especially if your hobby is watching videos with young lasses in them. Did any sites, scenes, stars or trends – positive or negative – stand out for you in 2019? A few scenes that stood out for me were Alexis Tae’s scene at Hookup Hotshot (HUHS). It was my first time seeing a scene with her (I think it was her first mainstream scene too) and I was impressed. The rimming session in this is among the best I have ever seen. It’s a pretty safe assumption that many of us here are porn collectors rather than just porn viewers. I don’t want to define the term collector in this context but I think a porn viewer is someone who is happy going to a Tube site and finding a scene and masturbating. That viewer may not be able to identify any favourite models, directors or sites. The casual viewer might not have ever subscribed to a site. But a collector is someone who has specific interests, has favourite models, directors and sites. The collector is someone who has porn stored in files and probably has some mechanism by which he or she keeps track of it all. As anyone who has read any of my reviews, replies and comments over the past 12 years here it’s obvious that a big interest of mine is anal play including anal sex. A good example of how this plays out is that I really don’t have any interest in girl/girl stuff – unless it’s got an anal theme. Subscribing to an all-girl site is simply something I wouldn’t do. But, as an example, I have a lot of Jay Sin stuff because even though he has a lot of girl/girl stuff it’s always ass oriented. Likewise with Lesbian X. I’d normally have no interest in this site but a lot of what they do involves anal play so I download that. A couple of days ago I got to wondering how much of the porn I have is anal-themed. It became quickly apparent that given the size of my collection there was no reasonable way for me to figure out how many anal scenes I have. So I came up with a bit of an alternative: I could at least count how many titles I have in my collection that have some indication of anal sex in them. Terms such as “anal,” “ass,” “asshole” and “booty” could give some indication of an anal theme. The problems with this were obvious. For one, I have many titles where the name of the movie or site gives no indication of any anal scenes in them. For example, Bang Bus has occasional anal scenes but those wouldn’t be counted by my method. The other problem is in how I structure my collection. I use a MS Word table that lists the title (movie or site name) in the first column, the stars in the second column and then a column with the drive number where I have it stored. One title may be a movie where I only downloaded one scene. In Lord of Asses 4, for example, I only downloaded one scene. But contrast that with another title, Tushy.com, where I have 300+ scenes. Obviously searching by title wasn’t going to give any good indication of how many anal scenes I have. But at least it would give me some idea of anal in my collection. I currently have 4319 titles in my collection. These are movies from sites like Evil Angel and Jules Jordan and sites like Tushy Raw and Legal Porno. Of these it turns out that 1228 of these have a name that gives a good indication that the movie or site is anal-themed. That’s just over 28%. If I had to guess, and knowing my collection, I’d say that the percentage of anal scenes is likely much higher and may even be near 50%. (On a related note, I’m always on the lookout for first anal scenes and I tag them as such. I currently have 71 first anal scenes tagged though there are likely a few more buried in there.) So what about the rest of you? I know many of you have certain interests too. Does your collection skew heavily to one niche? How do you keep track of what you have? Inquiring minds want to know! | |

I’ve had some issues with the proprietary biller that most of the Lansky sites use now, VXNBILL. Those sites are Vixen, Tushy, Tushy Raw, Blacked, Blacked Raw and Deeper.) On multiple occasions I’ve subscribed for a month and cancelled successfully only to have an annual membership applied to my card months later. If only there was a way to lock my card against unwanted charges… This morning I was the intended victim of a phone scam involving my card. A phone call came in from a blocked number and the guy said that he was calling from RBC (Royal Bank of Canada) Visa. Apparently my card had been hacked and there were some suspicious charges appearing. This seemed plausible because this is my porn card and it’s been hacked in the past. The caller wanted some detailed information about that card and about my debit card. The fact that the caller ID was blocked sent up a red flag. Also, since I only use this card for online porn subscriptions I have the limit set at $1000 CDN (that’s as low as they’d go; I’d prefer lower) and the charges they were saying occurred were approximately that amount. But if those charges were in USD then the limit would have been exceeded and the charges denied. I told the guy that I thought he was full of crap and he put me through to his supervisor who was equally full of crap. I ended the call and told them that if they really were RBC I’d call them using their listed number which I promptly did. As I suspected, the call was a scam. I didn’t give any information and my card wasn’t hacked. But… while on hold the recording mentioned that I could ‘lock’ my cards using the website or app and unlock them whenever I needed to use them. Say what?? So I got information on how to do that and it turns out that it’s really easy. So now my porn card is locked and I feel a lot more confident that I can prevent hacking. I’m not going too far out on a limb to say that RBC can’t be the only bank on the planet that allows this. For those who are like me and use a credit card for online porn subscriptions this may be something you want to look into. For those of you who are younger than 50 and reading this, please stop rolling your eyes at me… Technology is hard! (As an aside, I recently rejoined Tushy and VXNBILL rejected my card. That may be because they got tired of me calling them to reverse the unwanted charges. The good news was that I got kicked to Epoch which is a biller I trust and cancelling through them is easy.) | |

I’m not posting this as a humble-brag, I’m interested to know if anyone has ever made this mistake. Over Christmas I took advantage of several of the great deals that TBP offered and it turned out that for the first time in my porn-collecting life I got burned out and it seemed more like work. I joined Reality Kings which has around 20 sites that are active. I joined Nubiles Porn with around eight active site. I joined Team Skeet with around 20 active sites. I joined Mofos with a dozen active sites. I joined Naughty America with a bunch of active sites and I joined Kink with around 20 active sites plus a bunch of affiliates. I joined Tushy, Tushy Raw and Blacked Raw. On top of that I joined Amateur Allure and Black Payback without TBP discounts. I’m not exaggerating when I say that I got burned out. I had to force myself to go online at Kink and see what I wanted to download. My memberships are all drawing to a close and I’m glad for it. I think I might take a month off. Has this ever happened to you? (And I see that TBP is offering discounts to mark the AVN awards. Christ… can’t a guy get a break?!? | |

I had been keeping a running list of scenes and sites that were my favourites in 2018 but I somehow managed to delete in in the past few weeks. Oh well… I can remember some of it. I’m hoping this thread gets more posts. I appreciate reading what people have found good (and bad) in the past year in the business because it might allow me to ‘discover’ a new star I hadn’t noticed before or hear about and then source a scene that sounds interesting. So please add your thoughts to this thread! And I’m not proposing any structure even though my post will be structured. This can be a free-form thread. Favourite scenes (this would have been longer had I not accidentally deleted my list): I think this was an early 2018 scene – it’s on Daughter Swap and stars Samantha Hayes and Sophia Grace. One thing I really like about this site is it frequently has interesting scene set-ups and this is one of the better ones. Samantha and Sophia are being pimped by their fathers to make some money. One girl is encroaching on the territory of the other and a shoving match ensues. The pimps/fathers intervene and it turns out they’re long-lost friends so the four of them head back to home of one of them to work this out. They decide to go into business together and each father gets to ‘test drive’ the other daughter. Samantha has always been on the periphery for me but I really like her performance (acting and sexual) in this scene. That she looks amazing doesn’t hurt either! There’s a model who only has two scenes that I know of and both of them are amazing. The model is Baby Goth and the site that has both of her scenes is Hookup Hotshot. In May they released her first scene and in October she her first anal was added. I like this site a lot and there are certain parts of the ‘formula’ that make it work for me. These are two great scenes! Last week I downloaded a 2017 scene at the Reality Kings site RK Prime. It features Kelsi Monroe. Yeah, I know this is really specific but while f-on-m rimming had been in some of the earlier scenes it really has become part of the main event for almost all the scenes now. I like this niche and this is some of the best I’ve ever seen. I don’t know what effect this will have on the business but 2018 saw the continuation of models moving away from the traditional agent and studio business model and onto online platforms that allow them to cut out the middlemen. Sites like Clips4Sale and OnlyFans are examples of this. The problem for us porn buyers is that this can be very expensive. Another trend similar to the one above is that there are some studios that are now offering uncut versions of some of their scenes at Clips4Sale. Perv City is doing a lot of this. Admittedly what they’re releasing isn’t for everyone since what they’re selling there are unedited scenes when Mike Adriano worked with them and where the model barfs during oral. In some cases though it is entirely intentional as in a scene with Cali Carter and Tiffani Taylor where they each drink a banana smoothie before getting facefucked. In another related trend, and this may just be where I’m headed personally, though it does seem this is becoming more popular, is the trend to harder-edged porn. Models barfing from facefucking was rare even a couple of years ago and now it is more common. Hard anal with lots of gaping seems big now too. I remember 10 years ago when gaping was rare and now it seems common. As an anal fan, I’m not complaining though! A personal downside: Due to several factors the Canadian dollar has slipped to some of its lowest levels in a generation. It was only 10 or 12 years ago that the Canadian dollar was stronger than the American but those days are over for now. For me it makes porn buying more expensive. I checked my credit card statement today and saw that I had a charge from something called "Hard Drive Productions AZ." I looked to see if I had forgotten to cancel something and I did have a membership that was set to expire on the 5th but I checked and that membership was cancelled. I also confirmed that the membership was cancelled. A Google search of the name indicates that this is a scam site and I'm guessing that's probably correct. Has anyone ever had any success tracking down what this biller is and getting the charges stopped? I'm thinking that my only recourse may be to cancel the card and get a new one. Help!! | |

I plugged in an external drive on Friday and an issue occurred. I was downloading a scene and it seems like something went wrong. I don’t know if it was the software or the hardware. I tried ejecting the drive and that didn’t work and I couldn’t even reboot the computer so I had to do a hard shutdown. Once I rebooted the computer the drive won’t work at all. When I plug the drive in it doesn’t read at all even though the sound that Windows makes when a drive gets plugged in says that it knows something was plugged in. I’ve used Device Manager and the tool for partitioning a disk and the drive isn’t visible at all. I’ve searched a few things on the internet and none of them work. Does anyone have any idea how I can fix this? I should add that the most important thing is that I have not lost any data. I back up my entire collection and data loss isn’t an issue. The external drive isn’t all that old and I assume that if I could reformat it it should work again but I can’t even do that. I’ve tried different USB ports and even tried it on different computers and nothing works. Any advice? Is the drive shot or could it be salvaged? Thanks! | |

I’m asking this question in all seriousness because I want to stop hoarding. About four years ago I did a major cleanup of my collection and dumped tons of stuff. I did that 18 months ago as well and just did another one last week. Deleting porn that I never watched, wasn’t interested in or stuff that did nothing for me meant I cleaned out probably 6TB from my collection just last week. One big advantage is that I haven’t had to buy an external drive in a long time. (As an aside, while hoarding is just part of who I am, I think my age plays a role. When I was a high school kid in the early 1980s and had a collection of a dozen Penthouse magazines there was no way I’d ever get rid of any one of them. Porn wasn’t easy to come by so I needed to guard it. Then, I discovered a used book store that sold porn cheap and the cigar smoking guy who ran it didn’t care if I was underage. He took my money and slipped my choices into a brown paper bag. But I still couldn’t get rid of anything. Same thing when VHS movies came along. Same with DVDs. But I’d like to think that things should be different in 2018 with the availability of internet porn.) My approach when I join a site is to download a lot even knowing that I may never watch all of it. My list of models I like is long so I’ll download just about anything of theirs that I can find. Then I catalogue it, back it up and it becomes part of my collection even if I have no idea if it’s any good. The way I see it there are two approaches I could take to end my hoarding. The first is to be far more selective in what I download. To be honest, I think this would be too difficult for me to do and I’d quickly slip back into my old habits. The second approach may be to ‘quarantine’ what I download and sift through it more carefully and delete what I don’t like or have no interest in before I catalogue it and back it up. Maybe the quarantine would be a few months or even six. This has a better likelihood of success, but honestly it’s still just 50/50. So if you aren't a hoarder (and if you are generally inclined to be one) how do you manage your collection? Any tips? Now that I think about it a third option is to just say ‘fuck it’ and keep on hoarding and follow that with a major cull every 18 months or so. Advice, as always, will be appreciated. | |

I currently have an HP desktop that I use daily. While I also have a Surface and an iPad I really do prefer the desktop for most things. It’s also the computer I use to download and organize my porn collection. I’m not really having a problem with it, but it is getting pretty old and slow. When it was relatively new I had a problem with it that would have required boxing it up and sending it away for a repair. I opted to take it to a local shop and while they couldn’t explain why, one stick of RAM was causing a problem so they just removed it. The downside to that is that I went from 8GB of RAM to just 6. The computer originally shipped with Windows 8 but I’ve since upgraded to 10. The problem with that is that when the computer is running updates or Windows Defender is running a scan the PC becomes pretty much unusable for anything else. Also, I use Internet Download Manager which seems to be a big drain on the computer. When the downloaded file is being transferred to an external drive that can sometimes take longer than the download itself and the computer is pretty much unusable while the transfer is going on. Since the computer is probably at least six years old I’m wondering if I should spend the money on some upgrades (more RAM maybe?) or just buy a new desktop. Can anyone offer any advice on this? If I do go the route of buying a new desktop (I’ll stick with a desktop) does anyone have any advice on what I should look for? I don’t need a gaming powerhouse since all I use the computer for, besides downloading and watching porn, is surfing the ‘net, reading online newspapers and watching YouTube videos. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. I should also add that you can’t teach an old dog new tricks so Apple is out. I’ll stick with what I know. Thanks! | |

I’ve looked at Videobox and Videosz and they aren't available there. So I’m hoping that some of us will weigh in with our thoughts on the past year in this shared hobby we have. Do you have any favourite sites (new in 2017 or new to you or just a site that has remained as a favourite for years)? Any new models who exploded into your collecting? In the interests of starting a conversation, I’ll start… Sites: My favourite new site in 2017 was Daughter Swap. I can’t say for certain that it went live in 2017 but if it didn’t it was in late 2016. I first joined in early 2017. Not only do they feature two models of the variety I like per scene, but most of the scenes spend some time setting up a premise and building some sexual tension. Honourable mention goes to Slave Mouth, the oral-themed site affiliated with Assylum. If you like this kind of porn, this site is a must. More established sites that continued to win my porn dollars are: Hookup Hotshot – Bryan Gozzling’s site features his exclusive scenes with some of the hottest talent in the business. While it isn't for everyone, he continues to produce some high-energy scenes. Amateur Allure – I can’t really say why, because it is obviously subjective, but Amateur Allure has been my favourite porn site for going on four years now. Yes the scenes are formulaic, but I find that formula works well. Every week I eagerly await the latest scene. Legal Porno – I have a love/hate relationship with Legal Porno. I love them for the incredible porn they make, and the volume they make it in, but I hate them for taking such a big chunk of my monthly porn budget. If it ever happens I’ll definitely join, but I suspect it’s more of a porn unicorn now. The raffle isn't the main reason I write and post reviews, but it is a nice perk. I was looking at the rules for winning but I wonder if some of those rules no longer apply since the raffle was brought back. 2016 was a pretty good year for porn. We had some new sites come online that were excellent. Holed, Vixen and Swallowed are definitely on the list of great new sites. 2016 was also a great year for models doing anal on camera for the first time. I'm not sure where to post this, so if it isn't a good fit for the forum please feel free to suggest moving it. I recently joined a site that billed through psnbilling. That's a proprietary biller that is affiliated with Pornstar Network and other sites, including Elegant Angel. Within an hour of joining the site I had over $4,000 of charges on my credit card for a motorcycle shop and a cosmetic store in California. Now I like to wear lipstick and ride a Hog as much as any other guy, but the fact that these were 3000+ miles away made me suspicious. I can't say for certain that my card got hacked through psnbilling but I hadn't used that card in close to a week and then within an hour of joining the site my card had fraudulent activity on it. That's a bit too coincidental to not have a link. I'm not saying that you'll have the same issue, but exercise caution. | |

I wouldn’t even dare to post this question on any other adult forum knowing that it would soon denigrate into name calling, but I’m asking this question out of genuine curiosity and as an outsider. My first thought was that it will actually be good for porn. President-elect Trump likely doesn’t have porn on his agenda anywhere and in light of some of his comments he might even personally like it. But then when I factored in that the Republicans control both houses and many of those in the House and Senate are hard-right and Evangelical then it occurred to me that these could be dark days for the industry. I’m not trying to trivialize the magnitude of what happened in the U.S. last night and I’m not picking a fight. I don’t for a second think that how porn will fare even bears a consideration when upwards of 30 million people will likely lose their healthcare in just a few months, women will likely lose much of the ground they had held on the abortion issue within a year or so and minorities must be terrified. But since this is a porn forum I figured the question was good fit here. Thoughts? Two questions about billers that someone may have the answer to: When there is a primary and a secondary biller is it possible to select the one you want? Sometimes the primary is a company that I’d prefer not to do business with as they make cancelling difficult. (I’m looking at you Centrobill and Customercare.co.) Is there a way to join a site through the biller itself? I normally join sites through TBP to support them with any referral fees but I found a site I’d like to join and the join page is screwed up and the link to join just cycles back through to the same page. The site says it bills through CCBill. I’ve emailed the site owner to see about getting it fixed but I’m wondering if there is a way I can go to CCBill, find the site and join through there. Some of you may recall that several sites were de-listed here a while back because the biller bordered on fraudulent. The main site was German Goo Girls and the biller was Centrobill. The complaint was that the cancellation process was just a bot that sent automated messages and the phone number was connected to an answering machine that only allowed a message of less than two seconds. There was an automated way to cancel online but it required an agent to respond, and none ever would. I joined the GGG sister site recently, 666 Bukkake, and it also billed through Centrobill. Yes, I am an idiot. I went to the cancellation page on the second day of my membership and started the process. My membership status went from active to awaiting an agent to cancel it and then back to active again. I kept getting bot replies to emails. I called the toll-free number. It doesn’t work. Even though the GGG sites have been de-listed here they did come up on a Google search and one member here had discovered an alternate email address that worked for him. I tried that and a day later I got a reply saying my membership was cancelled. Other members reported a new charge that would eventually get refunded. So if you’re ever tempted to join a site that bills through Centrobill (German Goo Girls, 666 Bukkake, Stiffia and others) DON’T DO IT. Doing so would be like having sex with a partner you know has an STD. It might seem like it’s worth the risk at the time but then you have to deal with the consequences later. I’m going to presume two things: 1) that Adult DVD Talk isn't really a competitor to TBP/PU and therefore mentioning it isn't prohibited here, and 2) that there is some overlap in membership between TBP/PU and ADT. For those who haven’t been on ADT recently they are in some trouble. They’ve been targeted by a slimy copyright troll over eight pictures that were posted by a user in a forum a while back. The troll figures wrongly that ADT has deep pockets and has acquired the rights to those images and is suing ADT for over two million dollars. ADT is in some serious jeopardy because of this and has started a fundraising campaign to help them pay for their legal fees. The alternative is shutting the site down. ADT serves an entirely different porn niche and I find that TBP/PU and ADT complement each other for those of us who are serious porn collectors. I'm getting old, technology confuses me and I'm not afraid to admit both of those things. It'd be great to be able to add photos or URL links but I can't find any way to do that. I just replied to the thread on short-haired models and it would have been great if I could have included a photo to show what I meant. I also realize that this may be an issue as the site would need to have rules and police them. As an aside, maybe PU could give a few regulars moderator status to police the forum if photos and links were allowed. I wouldn't object to any of the regulars telling me that I was out-of-bounds. There’s a joke about reaching the end of the internet but lately I’ve been wondering if something similar exists for porn. Sure, I realize that there are new sites coming online all the time but lately it seems like two things have been conspiring to keep me from joining them. First is that I’ve been a burned a few times with new memberships recently. You know the whole ‘once bitten, twice shy’ saying? That applies. First off, I have to confess to a mortal sin for a porn collector: I occasionally use tube sites to find porn I like so I can then buy a better copy of it. But there’s one scene that has me stumped. The scene I’m looking for is a threeway with Tom Byron as the male talent. Given Tom’s age in the scene it must be relatively recent, likely from the past few years. The scene also has Sophie Dee. At least I’m pretty sure this is Sophie Dee. Let me know if I’m wrong. If I am, that might solve my problem.  The other woman in the scene is someone I don’t recognize. Can anyone identify her? I’ve rejoined Tushy.com recently and the last time I joined I had both MS Explorer and Google Chrome on my computer. When I tried to use Google Chrome a new page popped up with a box in the middle that listed the available resolutions. With Google Chrome both right and left clicking the resolution I wanted caused the download to occur within the browser rather than through Internet Download Manager. If I used MS Explorer I could right click on a file and a dialogue box would pop up allowing me to tell it to download through IDM. With my current subscription I still have Google Chrome but MS Edge has replaced Explorer. With both of these browsers I’ve lost the option to use IDM and the only option is a sloooooow download through the browser. Can anyone offer some advice on if and/or how this is fixed? Is it just possible that Tushy blocks download managers but Explorer was so old and infrequently used that they let that one slip through the crack? (And I didn’t plan that last line as being a pun given the site but I’ll take credit for it anyway.) The slow download speed is a problem but I don’t even have the option of downloading the file where I want it. I have to copy and paste it there later which only adds to the frustration. | |

I know some of you will be interested in this and will not have already heard the news, but Riley Reid’s first anal scene (scenes?) is due to be released at Tushy.com soon. The site doesn’t give a release date but on another forum some posters who seem to know what they’re talking about say that it will be available on Monday, August 17. The trailer is up at Tushy.com now and it is amazing! It appears that there are several scenes within the scene, including two anal scenes and a DP. I don’t know if it will all be released at the same time or whether it will be released slowly over the next while. It does appear that the whole update may include all the scenes though. Think of it as a DVD-length scene. I’m a big fan of first anals and for me this is the biggest news since Lexi Belle did anal. And for me, that was a big deal. I think the fact that Riley chose Tushy.com for this debut will likely mean this is a great scene with high production values and softer feel to it. Tushy doesn’t shoot scenes where the model is put through an endurance test. The only bad news for me is that I’m away all next week and won’t be able to subscribe and download the scene until a week later. That may be for the best though because I’m sure Tushy.com’s servers will be overheated with all the downloads early next week. I’m not sure when Kink.com redesigned all their sites, but I joined one of them about a month ago and probably wouldn’t have if it had the new site design, so I assume either I inadvertently logged into the ‘classic’ version of the site or they rolled out the new look in the past few weeks. I’m not opposed to a site being redesigned to make it more usable, but the Kink redesign looks like a redesign just to make it look new. In my opinion it doesn’t add anything and I think it really detracts from their sites because it is less user-friendly and less intuitive. If you’re familiar with how Kink sites looked, you had an option to display either a ‘brief’ or ‘full’ view of the scenes. If you chose full you got six scenes listed per page and for each scene you started with the upload date, the scene title and the stars. Below that you got two large screencaps and eight smaller ones underneath. Then below that you got a written description of the scene. Kink provided you with a lot of information – visual and written. The new look offers 20 thumbnails per page. Each of these thumbnails is about the size of one of the eight smaller ones you could get before. That’s the only visual clue you get as to what’s in the scene. The only written description you get is by holding your mouse over the scene to get a pop-up. And I find getting rid of the pop-up to be a pain in the ass. Mouse over to the upper-left scene thumbnail and the pop-up will obscure the next scene thumbnail to the right. And it doesn’t necessarily go away when you move the mouse. On many occasions I’ve had to mouse over to the third scene over, wait for the pop-up for that scene to appear and then move my mouse back to the left to the second scene thumbnail to get that description to pop up. I know I’m not doing a great job of describing this, but trust me; the old setup was much easier to use. There are two other important things to note: 1. I accidentally stumbled on a way to get the ‘classic view back but I don’t know if it will work unless you have a membership there. If you go to the pulldown menu (which is hidden under your username in the upper right of the screen) and select ‘manage subscriptions’ you are given an option to do so using the ‘classic’ site. Clicking that seems to bring you completely back into the classic site, including accessing any specific site you’ve joined. I have no idea if this loophole will be closed. 2. One advantage to having a membership to a Kink site is it then gave you a discount price to any other Kink site. But that discount is only available if you manage to get into the classic site. I tried joining another Kink site through the new site and there was no discount offered, but joining through the classic site gave me a discount. (On a related note, it took me a long time to even figure out how I could subscribe to the new site. There is a “Buy” button under a large screenshot / streaming trailer for the latest scene. But if I click that am I buying that scene, which is an option with Kink? I took a risk and it turned out to be a pull-down menu where buying a subscription – at full price – was an option. I probably shouldn’t complain about this one issue though, since trying to find a way to give Kink my money revealed a way to get to the classic version. One huge caveat here: I might be way off base. It is possible that hidden somewhere is a way to expand and improve things. I’m currently a member to two sites and apart from the way I mentioned above, if such a fix exists I haven’t found it. I emailed them to tell them that I didn’t like the new look. On cancelling a membership I said the same thing. Maybe enough people will dislike it and complain to convince Kink that change just for the sake of changing isn't a good idea. Anyone else have any experience with the new Kink look? | |

How do you react when you see signs of self-harm on a model? Do you stop watching her stuff, do you ignore it and continue to enjoy her work? I’m not sure there’s really a right or wrong answer. (Actually, I take that back. I think someone saying that they find signs of self-harm to be a turn-on would definitely be a wrong answer.) Three specific cases got me thinking about this. I think there was a thread here a while back on how you react when a model dies, but I think this is a bit different. The first case is Tanner Mayes. For a while I proclaimed myself the biggest Tanner Mayes fan on the planet but towards the end of her career her drug use really started to affect her. Her performances were lackluster and her skin looked terrible. And her perfect skin was always a draw for me. And as much as I love anal scenes, hers seemed to more out of desperation to get the last few dollars out of the industry before she was used up and cast off. That isn't a turn on. The second case is Belle Knox. I find her to be absolutely stunning and while I don’t normally collect photos I made it a point to download everything of hers I could buy. But then I noticed on some high-resolution photos that there are scars from cut marks on her thighs. I realize that cutting is common in teenage girls and it may have occurred some years earlier, but she lost some of her lustre. The third case is a more obscure model who posed solo on Nubiles as Eden Thomas. I saw her more recently as Brooklyn when she started doing hardcore at Glory Hole Secrets and their sister site POV Wars. In the POV scene she has a fresh cut scar on her wrist. Maybe it was just cutting, but maybe it was more than that. In the glory hole scene she’s wearing bandages on her wrists. I’m not naïve: I don’t think that when a young woman ponders what to do with her life that the choices are as stark as law school or porn. Many women who do porn probably do so because it’s one of the few options they have apart from a minimum wage job. I’m also aware that porn is an industry that exploits some of the models. To many producers they’re a commodity to be used until the next new starlet steps off the bus looking for her big break. So is this an issue for you? I don’t watch many Tanner scenes now because even if I’m watching an earlier scene where she brings freshness and exuberance I can still see how porn almost ruined her. With Belle I have difficulties because I’m always looking to see if the scars are there because I hope to find a scene where her body is as flawless as I once thought it was and I can fantasize that she’s well-adjusted and just having some youthful fun. With Eden / Brooklyn the thoughts of a recent suicide attempt kill the mood for me. Any thoughts? | |

As many of you know, the lovely and energetic Dakota Skye has had to change her name to Kota Skye due to the fact that a stripper somewhere in the U.S. also goes by Dakota Skye and had it trademarked. This also happened several years ago when Violet Blue had to change her name to Noname Jane because an online sex writer trademarked the name. It seems odd that the law allows this. I assume that it has to do with it being a stage name and that trademarking a proper name wouldn’t be allowed. If so, is anyone interested in crowd funding to trademark “Donald Trump”? I’m used to joining new sites regularly and then writing and posting reviews here but I’ve hit a dry spell. Lately nothing new has interested me so any memberships I have are just rejoins of sites I know and like. And if there is nothing new to report on there’s no sense in rewriting a review.
