I was looking for an old Krysti Myst scene that was in an Extreme Associates movie. IAFD linked me to two VOD sites and neither of them had the title. So I figured I'd pop in here and link to the studio's website. But it seems that EA is gone. I realize that they had some legal trouble, but does anyone know if their titles are still available anywhere on the internet? (I'm asking about pay sites, of course, not tube sites.) Thanks!

I’m in the process of writing a review and noted that the site I’m reviewing does something that I’ve complained about a lot in recent reviews. I’m referring to the practice of a scene streaming automatically when you go to the scene’s page. I’m not suggesting that even a majority of sites do this now, but I don’t remember it happening as much in the past. As I see it, there are two obvious problems: one minor and one more serious. The minor one is that if you’re not expecting the scene to load automatically you might be in for a nasty surprise when your speakers blare the sounds of sex. You’re wife is in the next room and suddenly she hears a woman scream “Come on my face you manly studmuffin!” To which she wonders what the hell that is and you try to convince her that it was just a segment on the Colbert Report from last night. The solution is simply to just turn your speakers off. But the bigger problem is that automatically starting the stream hogs bandwidth and processing power for something I don’t want. Sure, I can pause the stream but as I click through the buttons to download the scene is still buffering. In my case I open multiple scenes in tabs to set them up for download and have to deal with a hit on bandwidth and processing power until I can select the download and close the window. So here’s what I’m wondering: am I a dinosaur in downloading? Is streaming becoming more popular than downloading? If streaming is more popular than downloading then this would make sense since the site can stream at a lower resolution than the user might otherwise select. But I have to admit that I’m stumped here. Does anyone have any idea why a webmaster would think that starting a stream automatically is a good idea? It seems to me that this would add up to a lot of wasted bandwidth for the site too. Thoughts?

For all of you who, like me, enjoy seeing a shaved lass, this article makes for some interesting reading. It's titled "The New Full-Frontal: Has Pubic Hair in America Gone Extinct?" The short answer is 'yes' if she's under 30, 'not necessarily' if she's over 30. My question is 'how can I make myself young again?' One word of warning: the magazine's website is very busy. Even with a high-speed connection it took time for the ads on the page to load. But that's a small price to pay for a legitimate journal piece about shaved vaginas. Hat tip to a porn buddy and registered lurker here at PU. http://www.theatlantic.com/health/archiv...gone-extinct/249798/

I’ve got a bunch of older titles that I downloaded as full movies (the only way they were available). In most of these there are only a scene or two that I really want. Does anyone have any experience with good splitting software? I’ve tried several and had bad luck. Here’s what I’ve tried: Alok Video Splitter – this encoded at a much lower resolution than in the original file and knocked the audio track off kilter. ASFbinwin – this seemed promising but had a really counter-intuitive interface. I would have stuck with it but when I was splitting up my third movie something in the process caused the folder to crash. The only fix was a reboot, delete the folder without opening it, and then another reboot before I could delete the folder from my Recycle Bin. Opening the folder caused immediate problems. (I should point out that the first two movies I split seemed to work fine, but this problem is a deal-breaker. If anyone has any insight as to what this problem is I’d appreciate some advice.) Easy Video Splitter – this little gem appears to have been written by someone in an insane asylum. It’s a free download but then it needs to be registered. The problem is that to access the registration you need a pass code which they email you but there is no place to enter an email address. If the writers screw this up I can’t imagine that the software itself is any better. Boilsoft – seems to work, but it isn’t freeware and it is VERY expensive. 5Star Video Splitter – the user interface on this appears to have been designed in the middle of a fire drill. UVSplitter – another ‘gem’ with a user interface that is counter-intuitive. I couldn’t even get the trial version to work because clicking the ‘output’ button kicked me back to the beginning of the process. Seriously, is software design done in insane asylums these days? 4Leaf Media – I have no reason to think that the paid version will work better than the trial version, and the trial version causes a lot of pixilation. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks for the help!

Recently a program on CBC TV ran an episode called “Sext Up Kids” where they explored the worries that kids are being hyper-sexualized due to widely-available porn and mobile devices. I didn’t see the show because, in my opinion, this program seems to sensationalize stories and I wouldn’t expect any better treatment for this topic. I did, however, listen to a lengthy CBC radio segment on the same topic with the documentary’s director. What struck me was how much the panic over the sexting issue sounded a lot like the times a moral panic set in over sex bracelets and rainbow parties. Both of which proved to be entirely false. I’m aware that some sexting does go on, but I highly doubt that it goes on to the extent that the media and soccer moms think it does. I’m convinced that when it comes to how we as adults view kids from 12 to 18 we throw reason and critical thinking out the door and become irrational. (A good article at Cracked implies that maybe we’re just jealous of all the fun these kids are supposedly having. http://www.cracked.com/blog/a-letter-to-...ke-teen-crazes-news/ ) One line of thinking in the radio segment did seem to make sense though, and that’s the possible effects of so much hardcore porn on how young people view sexuality. The comments were made about the things you’d expect to hear about: rough oral sex, DPs, anal sex, gangbangs and group sex. The view was that since all this hardcore porn is so easily available that young people come to see this as normal sex. And maybe this is me being irrational and acting like a soccer mom, but this argument seems to make sense. A lot of PU members are firmly into middle age or older. Think back to the porn you could access, if you could, when you were 15. For me it was soft stuff like Playboy and the times I could get something “harder” like Penthouse were exciting times, indeed. But I was 18 before I saw anything really hardcore, and even then it would be tame by the standards of a lot of current porn. Another thing that struck me was the thought that if this is what young people see as normal sex, how does that impact them? The biggest impact is obviously for girls who may not understand that sex is about their pleasure too, but the prevalence of hardcore porn might make a young girl think that sex has to be a performance and her ‘job’ is to please the boy she’s with. This is in stark contrast to my early sexual experiences in that when the opportunity presented itself I was focused on making things pleasurable for the girl, not out of altruistic goals, but figuring that if it was good for her she’d invite me to do it again and again. Let’s face it, when you’re a teen, regular sex isn’t a goal, it is THE prime directive! I’m not really sure what my point is here, but does anyone else think that so much access to free (stolen) hardcore porn might be warping young minds? And am I just being smug when I think that since I refuse to view pirated porn that I’m not contributing to the problem?

I'm not asking this as a hypothetical question because this debate is going on in Canada. The "Miss Universe Canada" pageant has kicked out a Vancouver woman named Jenna Talackova who started hormone therapy at 14 and had surgery at 19. She's now 23. The smart-ass in me says she should be excluded from the pageant and sent to my place. The non-smart-ass in me says that she should be allowed to compete. She says she knew from an early age that she was a girl, and at 19 her physical traits caught up to her true gender. I say let her in. One commenter on the CBC website speculated that the pageant organizers want to get rid of her because the audience of knuckle-dragging males would get confused. Google her name only if you're comfortable with your reactions to these kinds of stories because she is stunningly beautiful. Here's a link to the CBC story that has a few pics: http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/british-co...r-miss-universe.html

Let’s say that a long-time friend of yours ‘comes out of the closet’ porn-wise and says he’s a fan and would like to try some pay memberships. For argument sake, let’s say this friend has tastes very similar to your own. Besides telling him to sign up for a Porn Users Account, what sites would you recommend to someone just starting a collection? For me, it’d be these (while reserving the right to add more as I think of them…) • The first would have to be Videobox. I know there are some downsides to VB and I’ve written about a few of my pet peeves too, but when porn buddies look for a place to start this is a must-have. If a person doesn’t have any specific niches of interest that are well outside of the mainstream then someone can build a decent collection with VB. • Up next, considering that this person share my tastes, would have to be Evil Angel. There are two separate sites that don’t seem to share a lot of material and both are available with a TBP discount so for $20 you can get both of them for a month. EA is probably the best studio site out there in that it’s an incredible value and they post their newest stuff quickly. It’s also an amazing site for someone who likes porn with a bit of and edge and especially likes anal. • ALS Scan would have to be on this list. I like their mix of beautiful women, beautiful locations and photo and video shoots that seem like everyone is having fun. Add to that that the site is very good on the technical stuff and the photos and videos are excellent quality. • If I’m recommending ALS Scan I’d also have to mention FTV Girls. Considering my new porn buddy has similar tastes he’ll love the beautiful women and technical perfection, but he’ll really love the great public nudity scenes. • Since my porn buddy clearly likes public nudity I’d recommend Public Flash and Teasers VOD too. I’m not sure if PF is still updating, but the collection is large enough to merit at least a month there. • Other than those, I’d recommend rounding out the niche collection by joining as many Kink.com sites as fits his interests. I’ve been a member of many of their sites multiple times and wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend any of them. This is true BDSM and not the male-centred stuff where the guys degrade the woman for their own pleasure. I’ve never found BDSM-themed sites that are in the same league as anything by Kink. So what would be on your list?

Yes, I realize that I’m probably the PU member most obsessed with this, but I’m sure that there are many others who have an interest in this: Evil Angel has posted the recently-shot Tanner Mayes scene for Mike Adriano’s Nasty Anal Tryouts 2. I realize that there have been other Tanner Mayes anal scenes, but those seem more like Sasquatch sightings than actual scenes. Reality Kings boasted of a Tanner anal scene, but it was just a quick head insertion, and Porno Dan has done one, but apparently it isn’t well shot so it isn’t worth the effort trying to source it. But Mike Adriano is among the best anal-themed directors in the business and he brings out the best in Tanner. Her look here is different as she has dyed her hair blonde. She still looks great! The scene is better than I expected with Tanner seeming pretty comfortable for a relative anal newcomer. Full marks to Mike Adriano for casting her in a b/g scene since most of the other scenes in the movie are b/g/g. Tanner deserves the spotlight. Full marks too to Evil Angel for posting new releases on their website. So many other studios would wait until this title was bargain-bin material before letting it out on the web. With the $9.95 TBP/PU discount, Evil Angel is an excellent value and if all you wanted was the Tanner scene that’s still not a bad deal. But if you have an anal interest, Evil Angel is a must-have membership. So many thanks to Tanner Mayes, Mike Adriano and Evil Angel for making this scene, making it good, and making it available. You’ve made me a very happy fan.

I don’t, because the only cell phone I have is owned by work, and they frown on that sort of thing. But I have a porn buddy who watches porn exclusively on Samsung’s equivalent to the iPhone. I’ve never used my iPad for porn because the late Steve Jobs won’t let me, but also because I prefer the bigger screen of a PC or laptop. I rarely recall anyone ever talking about porn on a mobile phone. It might be our demographic. Do you ever use your phone for accessing a pay site?

On the thread here that discusses download limits and streaming several mentions were made of “site ripping.” I’m familiar with the concept, and I generally aware that many people consider it a bad thing, but I don’t really understand what it means. I do a lot of research here and on TBP before I join a site. I know that I’m not going to get scammed, I have a good idea of the material and the technical bits are understood before I join. What this means, however, is that most sites I join I know I have an interest in and will want a lot of the material that is available. Two examples: I love many Kink sites. Say I join Everything Butt again for the first time in a few months and there are 30 new scenes since the last time I was there. I know the theme, I know the stars and I know I will thoroughly enjoy every single one of them so I spend some time and download them all. It might take me a few days, but I’ll download them. Is that “site ripping”? Second, a real-time example is Fucked Hard 18. I joined that recently based on some tips from members here, the reviews here and the review at TBP. I figured I’d like the site, but what I didn’t count on was how much I like the site. There are over 100 scenes on the site and all but maybe three or four feature girls that I think are incredibly sexy (actually, the few scenes that I didn’t download feature incredibly sexy girls but with large breasts, which isn’t an interest of mine). Further, I have a thing for massage scenarios, and I have a HUGE thing for seeing girls get oiled up. So, with about 100 scenes of stunningly beautiful, petite, young girls getting covered with oil and massaged this site is just about perfect. And the result is that I’m downloading most of the scenes here. I’m not using software that crawls the site downloading the whole thing. I’m downloading them one at a time. But I’m still going to end up with most of the site’s material. Am I “site ripping”? I’m asking this question in good faith, folks. I really don’t know the answer. I sometimes feel guilty about downloading so much from a site, but since I know I’ll like it I download it. I watch all of it and I never delete a scene. The fact is that my last two sites that I may have ‘ripped’, Sinnistar and Fucked Hard 18 will be in my top 10 sites for a loooong time. So am I a “ripper”? (No fart jokes, please… )

I joined Sinnistar last week and had no problems accessing it until today. When I went to sign in today I noticed that the area for the password was blank even though I had selected the option to remember me on this computer and it worked before. So I entered my password and it was rejected. I checked the password and re-entered it and it was rejected again. Then on the third try I got kicked to a page telling me that I was trying to access the site from a different I.P. address from the one used when I joined. I’m using the same PC and same internet connection as before, and I NEVER, NEVER, NEVER share passwords with anyone. Does anyone have an idea of what might have happened? If my ISP uses proxy servers (and I have little understanding of those or if my ISP uses them) would that cause a problem? In my years of downloading porn I’ve never had this issue before. It also appears that the good folks at Sinnistar cancelled my account because of this. I emailed the site and asked for assistance. Since this seems to be an owner-operated site I have some expectation that I might actually get a response. One possible theory based on Trashman’s review is that the site imposes ‘penalties’ for what it considers to be excessive downloading. Maybe I ran afoul of that because I downloaded a lot in the first few days of the membership. Maybe I pissed the owner off by not taking several months to download 50 scenes. Maybe the penalty is termination of the membership. Any thoughts?

I was cataloguing and backing up the porn I downloaded in the past month (a task that would be much better if done by a hot, young librarian…). I’ve been trying to download more scenes with newer stars in the hopes of finding some starlet that I like since I’ve spent a lot of time finding material with old favourites. One technique I used is to download a lot of teen-themed material where I don’t recognize the star’s name. So today as I was cataloguing the scenes I skimmed through them all and a few of the models caught my eye so I searched for them on IAFD. Given my interests one of the things I was looking for was to find any anal scenes that some of these newer stars might have done. What surprised me was that very few of them have done any anal at all. Models like Kirsten Price, Christine Alexis, Gigi Rivera, April O’Neil, Stephanie Cane and Tristan Kingsley have done no anal (according to IAFD which doesn't list website-only scenes), and several of them have done a lot of work. Then you have some big-name A-listers like Micah Moore, Lexi Belle and Kacey Jordan who’ve been in the business for several years and still haven’t done any anal. Is anal becoming more of a European thing? I realize that I was finding these scenes in non-anal-themed movies, but it seems odd that so many of these newer girls don’t do anal. Should I start to worry?

Just a question, and no disrespect meant, so don’t take any… please don't... November 11 in Canada is called Remembrance Day. The purpose is exactly the same as Veteran’s Day. I’ll admit that it’s an occupational hazard that I tend to live in communities that are pro-military by the fact that there is a base next to them, but based on some observations I’m wondering a bit about the American observation of Veteran’s Day. I’m not saying what I’m saying to be boastful. I mean that. But my wife works for an American company and she has to work on November 11. In the community we live (a small city) probably 40% of the population will attend a parade in memory of deceased veterans. I’ll be on parade with the unit I’m serving with now, shoes and everything else shining. After the parade the entire community will be welcomed at local Messes and Legion Halls and it’ll be a great time. It always is. So my question is this. I’m a military officer in a small city where an enormous percentage of the population will show up for a poignant and special ceremony. It’s also a big event for national media as they cover events across the country but mostly in Ottawa at the National War Memorial. (Where I once asked a young couple to stop their children playing on the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier...) In the community where I live, any business that opened tomorrow morning would be shut down by citizen uprising. For those interested in the Canadian take on this search "Pittance of Time" on Youtube. So I guess what I’m asking is whether this is the same in the U.S.? My experiences in Canada are obviously in communities that support bases so that taints my opinion. Halifax, Oromocto, Edmonton and Winnipeg are all big military towns. Maybe someone from a non-military town in Canada will tell me that I’m full of crap because Toronto and Montreal don’t have anything. But the U.S.? I figured that you guys would shut the country down. Why not? Am I waaaaay off the mark here? Sorry for the non-porn question guys, but this is the only forum I belong to.

In responding to a recent poll I made a comment about Tanner Mayes doing anal and pat362 was kind enough to mention that Ms. Mayes has done a bit of it. One of the movies I’ve discovered is titled “Wheel of Debauchery 5” by someone or a studio called “Porno Dan.” Porno Dan isn’t listed as a website here, and a google search of it brings me to www.pornodan.com” This website appears to be more geared to adult DVD distributors (do those still exist???) as it lists some titles and offers U.S. and Canadian distribution rights. But nothing on the site indicates that any of the titles are available for download or streaming anywhere. There is a mention of “Immoral Productions” but a search for that brings you back to Porno Dan. I searched the DVD title at IAFD and the only sources they list are DVD sales and rentals. So… to the great members of PU, can anyone give me a tip or two on how to locate the title “Wheel of Debauchery 5” as a download or stream. Legally, of course. I’m sure I could find something on a torrent but I’m not going to do that. Surely the Porno Dan fellow wants some of my money. And remember, all tips might bring me closer to realizing a dream: seeing a Tanner Mayes anal scene.

I'm in the process of writing a review of a site and I've written that the photo resoultion is low by today's standards. The photos are mostly 968x1300. They look okay, but they aren't great. I've just had memberships in several sites (ALS Scan is a good example) where many of the photos are excellent quality - miles above what I'm seeing on the site I'm reviewing now. Am I asking for too much? Keep in mind the site is primarily a picture site. These aren't add-ons or screencaps for a video site. Any and all thoughts will be appreciated. If I'm being a spoiled prissy-pants who is too demanding, please let me know.

Sometimes it seems that the forum can langusih for a few days with almost no comments being made or threads being added. Last night I asked if anyone knew of a site called Mary Alicia and that sunk to the bottom like a rock in a sea of posts. I'm not saying that's a bad thing because I always get worried when things seem to slow down here. With all you guys doing the same thing I feel less like a pervert... So is it winter setting in, stuck at home for Halloween waiting to deal with egg throwing bastards or what???

I stumbled on a solo site earlier today called Mary Alicia (maryalicia.com). I found it while looking for models with freckles, and she has freckles. The site isn’t listed here or at TBP so I was wondering if any of you have ever been a member there and could provide an opinion. She’s a stunning, petite model so I’m sure there would be some interest here. The site bills through CCBill so I may take a look anyway since I can always cancel easily. Anyone have anything?

With so much of porn striving for a plastic look in models, I find it refreshing to see models who are more naturally beautiful or pretty. Or models who don’t fit the porn mold. One um…. interest of mine is freckles on a model. They’re fairly rare and while I know there are several models who sported freckles, the only one I can think of now is Allison Whyte. Can anyone help me with remembering some others? Thanks!

I’m trying to reprogram my porn viewing thanks to being blind-sided by dieselman over at Young Legal Porn (Diesel Access). I say ‘blind-sided’ because I’ve never really been into Eastern European and Russian models. The only reason for that was a lack of ‘connection’ since I could never find much stuff related to one particular model. I tend to get a bit… ummm… focused on a model I like and want to collect more material and I always found that hard for Eastern European and Russian models so I didn’t bother trying. Then like2fireone recommends Young Legal Porn and my porn collection changes overnight. Jesus H. Tap-dancing Christ! Most of the models there are insanely stunning. Yes, I admit that you if you have thing for obese 50+ year old Latino women none of the Diesel sites will appeal to you, but if you like young, petite women then this site is a must see. (gratuitous advert – not shilling, this site is worth it) Anyway, I tried watching some American porn last night and it didn’t work for me. The excessive attempts at ‘glamour*’ and the hyper-sexualization of the models (yes, I know it is porn) seem over the top. But… when watching a Sasha Grey scene, the title question came to mind. I’m a big Sasha Grey fan. Probably most of us are. She was the industry’s ‘it girl’ for quite a while and I understand why. She had something. The story of how she got her start, her willingness to do anything, her youth, and the fact that she is beautiful all contributed to her success. And I don’t begrudge her her success. But was it marketing or substance? I have my thoughts, and if this thread generates any comments I’ll weigh in too, but I won’t skew any potential comments by leading the discussion any further than that. * Americans drop the u on a lot of British spellings. Favour and honour come to mind. I wonder why you guys kept the u in glamour. And I realize I’m setting you up for some really baaaaaaaad jokes.

Two caveats to start this thread: 1) I know we’ve discussed elements of it before, and 2) there may be porn studios that do the web well (and if so, please recommend them). And maybe a definition is needed too. By “porn studio” I mean a studio that makes porn movies and sells them in multiple ways, like Hustler, Third Movies or Devil’s Film. I’m not including studios like Kink.com and ALS Scan who make material primarily for web distribution. This might just be my interpretation, but it seems the studio sites I’ve joined in the past have all had one thing in common: it’s as if they don’t take the web seriously. Some aren’t terrible at it, while others really don’t seem to think that the web can be a place to make money. Am I dreaming this up? I realize that I’m probably asking this question in the wrong place since we’re a group of people who actually pay for porn, and we pay for it on the internet. We might be in the minority as a lot of people prefer to steal their porn, and when they pay for it maybe they buy it at a porn shop in DVD format. It seems to me that fear of piracy might be the biggest reason why a big porn studio would avoid the web, but if someone has the desire to add to the volume of stolen porn on the web then they could rip a DVD and post it too. While piracy must be very frustrating for all porn producers, it seems to be a fact of life, and life must go on. Another possibility that occurred to me recently is that a porn studio might be fine with the internet but prefer a different way to make money with their material. VOD sites would be the likely alternative. Some studios (Jules Jordan, for example) demand an extremely high price at VOD sites. (Jules Jordan movies at adultempire.com go for ten times the price of most other studios making them a really poor value.) The third possibility that I can think of is that maybe DVD sales are still strong and they still make a lot of money there. What I’ve observed in porn shops argues otherwise though. I used to spend maybe $500 a year buying and renting DVDs. That was up until three or four years ago. Now I spend $0 that way and all my porn buying is online. One porn shop I used to frequent is now closed, and another stopped selling and renting DVDs. The indications are that the DVD market is dead. I might be wrong – maybe porn studios do okay on the internet. It may be that I’ve been spoiled by web-based sites like Kink.com and ALS Scan, where production values exceed most larger studios and their websites are among the best in the business. So if studios like Kink and ALS Scan can develop a business model to make great porn and money, why can’t other studios? Is it possible that they just don’t want to? Any thoughts?

I did a bit of a search to see if this had been asked or discussed before but found nothing. What is the relationship between a video’s dimensions (A x B) and the bitrate (C kbps)? I’ve seen videos that have similar dimensions but look quite different. What should I look for? Also (and this is getting really obscure…) I use a Western Digital HD TV thingy on one of my TVs. My preferred file format is wmv simply because it is relatively common and as much as Windows Media Player can piss me off, it pisses me off less than a lot of other players. But… the WD thing will only play wmv codec 9. I’m currently downloading from Third Movies and the oldest videos on the site are in codec 9, but newer ones are in codec 8. Wouldn’t 9 be better than 8? If you have a process to encode the videos one way why would you change that unless there was an obvious improvement? Thanks!

I’m nearing the end of a membership to Third Movies / Zero Tolerance / Black Ice. I’ll post a review ASAP. Since my only exposure to DVD porn these days is through the internet, and since most porn studios don’t seem to put up their newest material for a year or more, I tend to be behind in information and trends. So today, much to my utter dismay, I discovered that two of my favourite porn lasses have gone and got themselves “modified.” And not just mildly pumped up either – both go from a perfect B to a monstrous D. I say monstrous because both of these ladies have petite bodies and the new breasts look all out of proportion. The models are Courtney Cummz and Rebecca Linares. I need a drink… On the plus side, however, is that I’ve been able to get some of Inari Vachs’ newest scenes. I ‘discovered’ that she had come back to the business and learned here that this ‘discovery’ was old news. Some of you told me that her scenes were worth finding. Inari is in my all-time top three porn stars so having new stuff of here is definitely a good thing. And for those of you who told me she looks amazing, you weren’t kidding. She looks great! But I still need a drink. And to add an extra kick in the balls – with combat boots, I was just on IAFD and learned that my current favourite model, Amia Moretti (aka Amia Miley) has pumped herself up to D as well. Fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck… I need a whole fucking bottle now…

On the CBC radio program called “Q” today, the host interviews an American lawyer named John Steele who has several clients in the porn industry who are suing people for illegal downloading of porn. One of his clients, Steve Lightspeed, presumably the man behind the Lightspeed Network, is also one of the leading proponents of taking action against illegal users. One of the things I found interesting was that the Steele made the comment that mainstream studios have pretty much given up on chasing down illegal users because of the bad publicity and now just factor the piracy losses into the product, but adult producers, most of whom are pretty small, can’t do that. They’ve taken the attitude of ‘fuck it, let’s get these bastards.’ One figure cited was that some sites have seen a 90% drop in revenues most of which is attributed to piracy. In the interest of fairness, the program also considers the critics of this method. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that no one was interviewed who took the position that ‘pornography is evil (as in anti-women or sinful) and therefore the porn industry shouldn’t have access to the courts to seek redress. They did play a clip from a woman representing the Electronic Frontier Foundation. Their position is that this approach is bad because it is better for the defendant to settle than fight it because of court costs involved in fighting it. But isn’t that a criticism of the justice system and not of the way these internet sites are going after thefts? The other criticism is the perception that this is a kind of extortion, as in ‘if you don’t pay us $1,500 we’ll file a public court document stating that you download porn.’ Steele’s effective retort to that was that people should be more embarrassed for stealing something than for the theft being of porn. As he puts it, car thieves would probably rather not get caught up in the legal system too. I found this interesting because I don’t download illegal porn and I suspect that almost all active PU members don’t either. Paying for porn means sites will continue making porn, and that’s something we all want. So PU members, tell your neighbours to stop downloading illegal porn, sign up for a PU account and start paying for what you get. For those who may be interested in listening to this, here is the link to the program (the story is on the front page now but will probably be moved to ‘past shows’ by next week) and it is also on iTunes as a podcast. Look for the show dated August 26, 2011. http://www.cbc.ca/q/

I’m not technically-minded when it comes to computer hardware or software so I can’t figure out if I have an issue, and if I do, how to resolve it. I use Free Download Manager (FDM) on any site that allows its use. I don’t download multiple files at once, I just use it to queue up a bunch of downloads so that I don’t have to sit at the computer all day. My internet service has download speeds of 15MB/sec but with FDM I only get speeds of 1800KB/sec. Does anyone know if the download speed is capped or regulated within FDM? Can it be changed? If so, how? I suspect that it’s a setting in FDM since this is the same speed I get with every site. I’ve been through the tools and options settings but can’t find anything. Can anyone help me out with this? Thanks!

I’m not sure if this is permitted but I couldn’t find anything in the site rules that would say it isn’t. Denner doesn’t post an email so this is the only way I can contact him. If anyone else has the answer, please feel free to weigh in. Denner – on a recent thread you mentioned a site, Strip Club Love, that is part of the Tramp Stamp network. Have you had a membership there? TBP lists it as only offering streaming and the network seems to be a mix of streaming and downloadable stuff. If you’ve had a membership can you confirm if the videos can’t be downloaded. I was about to sign up, but lack of downloads is a deal-breaker for me. Thanks!

I’m pretty sure this has been discussed a bit, but I have a new reason to dislike the way porn directors ‘tart up’ the models. I was watching some of my older stuff a couple of nights ago and I watched a scene from Ass Smoothie with Allison Pierce. I’m a fan of hers and usually download anything that she’s in. Like most porn, she’s usually got heavy makeup and some over-the-top porn-girl outfit on so you can’t really get a sense of her natural look. But most of the Ass Smoothie scene is her sitting on the floor being interviewed while wearing normal street clothes and with normal makeup on, and she’s really naturally beautiful. So I re-watched many of the scenes I have of her and was disappointed that none of them allow that natural beauty to shine through. So what’s with the need for the super-porn-slut look? I’m sure I’m not the only person who prefers the natural look. I’m excluding fake breasts because that’s a whole other area of discussion. I’m talking mostly about clothes and makeup. And while I’m on the topic, another pet peeve, especially where the model is in street clothes, is the editor cutting the girl undressing or being undressed. That’s part of the fucking fantasy!!!!! Leave it in please!!!! I can’t be alone on this either…

I was watching a Kacey Jordan scene that I downloaded from Rockstar Pornstar.com, which is a site that is part of the Fame Digital Network. It starred Kacey Jordan. The lead up to the scene was an interview and in it she said a couple of interesting things. One, she said that she wanted to be famous and would do something to make that happen. It seems she got her wish by hanging out with the self-destructing Charlie Sheen. The second interesting thing she said was that she would be doing an anal scene ‘in two weeks.’ I have no idea when this scene was filmed. A search at IAFD turns up nothing. A Google search turns up some hits but they all seem to be ‘tube’ sites. For ethical and virus reasons I tend to stay clear of those. One link seemed to indicate that there was a scene on a site called “Philly Butt Sluts.” There’s no information on that site here and a Google search brings little. Such a site does exist, but it doesn’t appear to one that would give me any confidence pulling out my credit card. Does anyone have any idea what site(s) this scene is on? As many of you know, I have a thing for finding rare anal scenes and this would be a nice addition to my collection. Thanks!

A porn buddy of mine tipped me off to a recent article in Newsweek magazine. I haven’t read Newsweek in years, but it seems that their level of journalism has slipped quite a bit. There is a story titled “The John Next Door” which talks about the pervasiveness of “buying sex.” Sounds interesting, right, but that isn’t you is it? Think again. The ‘study’ on which the article is focused declares a wide range of activities as “buying sex.” Watching porn on your computer? Then according to this anti-prostitution group you’re buying sex. Been to a strip club lately? You pervert you, buying sex like that! But it gets worse. Apparently those of us who “buy sex” are really into it for the desire to smack bitches around. And most of us would rape a woman if we had the chance. What a complete load of shit. Utter, utter shit. Most guys I know “buy sex” according to the definition of this group, but none of them has any desire to beat or rape women. I’m guessing that 99% of the members here have no such desire either. I’ve looked for information on the woman and the group who authored the study but don’t get much other than glowing praise. I suspect that they aren’t really objective about it. I suspect that if, say, the Centers for Disease Control were to do a study they’d be a bit more objective. What really, really bugs me though is to see a previously legitimate news magazine stoop to this level of journalism. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised though. As Jon Stewart recently noted, Jesus has been on the cover of Time magazine more than anything else. And I recall that one of the big U.S. big networks did an ‘exposé’ on porn a few years ago and interviewed Belladonna. I later read that she was pissed at them. She gave a positive position on porn and the network edited to make her look like she was a victim. I don’t know if this will work, having never posted a link, but here’s a link to the article: http://www.thedailybeast.com/newsweek/20...or-prostitution.html

As I mentioned in an earlier post, I am the (somewhat reluctant) owner of an IPad. I still can’t do much with it, but I’m hoping to learn. People claim that it’s more intuitive than a Windows-based product. It may be more intuitive, but it's still all new and my intuition is probably different from the younger, hipper designers. So instead of getting frustrated by the damn thing I’m going to step up and learn. And I figure who better to learn from than some (legal) teenaged girls? So thanks to the IPad, I think I’ll start hanging out with some lasses. To learn the IPad thing, of course… One thing I have learned is that the ‘auto-correct’ or whatever Apple calls it is a bit of a pain in the ass. I tries to pre-suppose what you’re writing and offers to finish the word for you. And sometimes I can’t figure out how to cancel what it wants to do. Last night I surfed and posted to PU using it and I had a hard time getting to the site. I’d go to the browser and start to enter ‘pornusers’ and EVERY time it would redirect me to something much safer and more community oriented: I’d get directed to a Google search of the term “pot users.” Good for Apple protecting the youth from boobies and steering them to soft, harmless drugs… Gotta run… I thing my pizzas are here. Damn I’ve got the munchies…

I was watching some regional news just now and following the news that Research in Motion (RIM) is cutting 2000 jobs in Ontario comes news that the office in Halifax, Nova Scotia will be losing some jobs too. The news anchor introduced the story with the line "a local legislator says RIM jobs are important to the economy". I can think of many reasons why rimjobs could be good, but none of them involve the economy. Maybe there's a lesson here for the U.S. Congress as they tackle the debt-ceiling issue. It might make elected officials a little less uptight.

I noticed when reading GCode’s review of Frank’s TGirl World that the ‘bottom line’ section seemed longer than usual. I copied the text into a Word document and discovered that it was, in fact, a lot longer than we’ve been able to submit before. So I checked the review-posting page, and sure enough the maximum number of characters is up to 5000 from 3000. I’m sure this is recent because the 3000 character cap was still in place when I wrote my last review a couple of weeks ago. I know a lot of members here are able to convey good information in a few words, but there are several others who take longer to say what we want. I write in Word and then edit, and one of the biggest problems I’ve had is editing for length. I find that I’ve had to delete information that I really would have preferred to keep in the review but it just became a trade-off against something slightly more important. So my thanks to the PU staff for increasing this limit. Not everyone will need the extra space, and not all sites will merit that much verbiage, but it will be great to have that extra room in some future reviews.

I was surfing and downloading from Fame Digital a few minuts ago and I got a pop-up screen notifying me that my credit card had just been charged $9.95 for a one-month membership to DVDBox. I didn't click anything to bring this up, and to make it worse there was no way to close it the window or even refuse the membership. They simply debited the same card and assigned me that same username and password. Anyone ever have this happen? Frankly, I'm a little concerned about going back to Fame Digital.

If so, can you answer a few questions please? I’ve been left behind in the tech world. In the days when computers had processor names that ended in “86” I had the power. Now my computer is like a VCR (remember those?) flashing “12:00” constantly. My bride bought me an IPad. She claims it’s idiot-proof. I may prove her wrong. I’m mucking about in it okay, and have downloaded some interesting apps, but I also don’t want to be afraid of using it for the same thing I use my PC for: porn. I doubt I’d actually use it to view porn, since all my porn exists on external drives and I see no way to plug one of those into an IPad. But I would like to pop on to PornUsers using it, though I’m not sure about browsing history. If I used Safari or the Google app to access PornUsers, I’m assuming that leaves a bit of a trail. Does it? I know in Google I can clear the search history, but even if I do that can my past sites be discovered? I’m assuming that since my bride will likely pick up the IPad and use it once in a while I’d be best to not sign on and have the site remember me. Does this make sense? Any advice will be appreciated.

I use Free Download Manager on any site that will let me. I don’t use it to download multiple files at once, but I use it to queue up a bunch of scenes to download and then I can just leave it to churn away. I can come back to it later to load it up again. I’ve taken a membership to Devil’s Film and I’m having some trouble with FDM. It works fine for maybe five or six files, sometimes less, sometimes more, and then it hits one that it times out on, and then it times out on all the others past it. I suspect the most I can download without a problem might be five or six, but it doesn’t appear to be consistent. Does anyone know if this is a problem with FDM, with the way I have FDM configured or the way I use it (it works better on other sites) or is it a glitch with Devil’s Film? My preferred method is loading up FDM before heading to bed and letting it download all night, but that won’t work here. Any thoughts / advice will be appreciated.

I was thinking about this question this morning when I was reading some replies to my earlier question on Missy Misfit. It seems every time someone mentions Max Hardcore it generates a lot of chatter. I was thinking that maybe the question should be “Is Max Hardcore the most polarizing person in porn?” or maybe “Is Max Hardcore the most divisive person in porn?” but I figured those questions can’t really be correct (to ask you guys at PU anyway) since the almost-universal opinion on Max is generally negative. I consider myself a bit of a Max fan and my opinion of his newer work is generally negative. I don’t think he should have been jailed for what he did, but he certainly didn’t do the porn business any favors by creating the scenes that he did. So are there any other porn-business people out there who generate the same level of discussion? Obviously what makes Max so controversial is his degradation of women, but other guys do that too and we don’t seem to notice them as much. Admittedly, no one seems to degrade women with as much glee or zeal as Max does. The only porn person I can think of who genuinely seems to take some delight in degrading women (as a director not a performer) is Jim Powers. His behind-the-scenes stuff that he presumably approves for inclusion don’t make him look like a guy who you’d let date your sister. And there are websites that are just as bad (Facial Abuse comes to mind), but none of them are as widely available or as known as Max is. And it can’t be just the fact that Max was prosecuted. Other porn people have been prosecuted and we don’t jump on them like we do Max, even if many of us (me included) think that Max was persecuted by a particular ideology. I don’t think any of us would hold a negative opinion of Adam Glasser/Seymore Butts merely because he got prosecuted for showing a fisting scene. Any thoughts on this?

There is a model I like who only did five scenes according to IAFD. Her name is Missy Misfit. Three of her scenes were with Max Hardcore, which might explain why her promising career ended after such a short stint. (As an aside, I often wonder if Courtney Simpson’s two scenes with Max might be the reason she’s never done anal since.) Does anyone here know if Missy Misfit has appeared on any websites? I’m guessing that if she has, the most likely sites would be any of the ATK sites since one of the videos listed at IAFD is from ATK. ATK Petites would be the most likely since she fits that description well, but she may have left the business before that site started. I’ve never had an ATK membership and there is no (obvious) way to search the site for models from the tour pages. The models that are listed don’t include Missy Misfit. All advice will be appreciated!

Just curious. Most times I’m gung-ho about porn. I love collecting it and watching it. I normally have a membership or two on the go and already have plans for the next sites. I even keep a list of sites I plan to join. But the past week has seen something different in me: I’ve just lost interest. I’m sure it’s temporary, but has this ever happened to you?

A porn buddy of mine showed me the “PG Porn” stuff on Spike.com. I’m pretty sure that most people have heard of this and seen the stuff. It’s all pretty funny, but the episode titled “Helpful Bus” is pants-peeingly funny. It’s a near perfect parody of the Bang Bus genre of porn. Bree Olsen has a role in it as does Marie Luv. There’s a scene where the van pulls up to three hot women walking down the street and I’m sure the darker-haired woman is in porn. She sort of looks like Randi Wright, but it isn’t her. If anyone can identify her, please let me know. If you haven’t seen it, just google “pg porn” and you should get it.

Back when I used to use Microsoft’s Flight Simulator a lot, I’d joke to friends that my computer was a $3,000 porno magazine that let me pretend I was a pilot. Now it’s pretty much just a porno magazine. If my ISP looked at my monthly usage (which I’m sure they can do) I suspect that they’d find that at least 80% of the bandwidth I use in a month is porn related. At any given time I have at least one membership on the go, and when the membership is new I tend to download like mad. So at 80% I’m surely sick and twisted by the standards of the general public (who deny porn use but still use lots of it), but am I sick and twisted by the standards of a PU member? In real terms, an average month’s download of porn would be between 200 and 250GB, though for the last couple of months (since I learned that my ‘cap’ isn’t enforced yet) I’ve been averaging maybe 400-500GB. Should I seek treatment?

Okay, so maybe Ive been living under a rock, but I somehow missed this: I watched a (presumably) recently shot scene with Aubrey Addams where I honestly wondered if the person who labeled the scene was correct. Her look is COMPLETELY* changed. Yes, she still has two legs, two arms and a bum, but beyond that shes nothing like who she was when she signed up for the job. Yes, I know she had a boob job** but this is more than a boob job. Shes like a different person now. Just like Teagan is when you compare older scenes with the newer stuff. Im renewing my call to start a support agency for youthful, small-breasted porn lasses: if youre felling compelled to pump up your look, call us. If you want in on this worthy and charitable cause, let me know. Ive already petitioned the Vatican to canonize a patron Saint of small breasts. If you have thoughts on this, please write joe.ratzinger@vatican.com.*** Thank you, and good night. *I wanted to use italics but they arent available. Ted Kaczynski didnt have access to italics and look what it did to him. Think about that. ** Yes, a small one, but she was perfect before. If you disagree, please note the above Kaczynski reference. *** obviously a parody. If you think otherwise, fuck off.

I stumbled on a bit of information that may be old news to some, but was the first time I’d heard it: Inari Vachs is back in the business. Inari was probably my favorite or second favorite girl back in her prime. Tammi Ann was her main competitor for my attention. But unbeknownst to me, Inari has been doing a little bit of work for the past few years, much of it lesbian and a lot of it ‘cougar’ or MILF themed. So far in 2011 she has 12 titles listed on IAFD, making it a banner year for her. So now I’m left with a dilemma: remember her as the fresh-faced, girl-next-door type who just happened to be a sex maniac, or check out her new scenes. Decisions, decisions…

That, my friends, is one of the promo tag-lines for a site called Fart Fantasy. I’m bored and am browsing through some sites over at TBP when I stumbled upon this gem. I’m not normally judgmental, but… WTF??? One the plus side, if this were your ideal site, you’d have one huge advantage that most other PUs can’t get with any other site. You could eat a big bowl of Chili and then watch the videos. When the young ladies cap off a big one you could unleash one of your own and pretend that she’s there with you. You could “see” her farting (though I’m not quite sure what that means), you could hear her farting in the video, and if you try my suggestion you could smell her farting. Hell, if your chili was particularly good you might even be able to taste her farting. I’d stay away from having the sensation of feeling her farting because that could end badly. Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to watch some girl-girl milk enema videos. THOSE are completely normal.

Just curious. Starting last evening on Saturday, May 22, I noticed a long lag time for TBP/PU pages to load. This morning it seems worse. So much that my internet connection sometimes times out waiting. I'm not experiencing it on any other site. Anyone else having the same problem? I sure hope it isn't serious... Without my daily TBP/PU fix I might get cranky.

I like music. Not commercial crap, but people who have real talent. How people like John Hiatt, John Prine and Fred Eaglesmith struggle while Miley Cyrus becomes a superstar is always a question for me. One group I watch is a wee bit of a novelty act from the American Northwest. Theyre called Young at Heart and theyre a group of senior citizens who have a band who play covers of the most odd songs. From jazz to rap, they cover it and add a twist that makes it their own. One song, Fix You, is originally by Coldplay. Yes, Im not part of that bands demographic, but the song is shit. Until Fred Knittle and Young at Heart cover it. I understand the songs original meaning, but when sung by Fred and Young at Heart the meaning become completely different. Even an old soldier like me can fight tears. So my point is this I wanted to see this song again and had two choices. 1) walk over to my bookshelf where I have a bunch of DVDs, including the Young at Heart DVD with Fred singing this song, or 2) google it and just watch it, The laws of inertia argued for the latter. I found a link pretty quick, the Young at Heart website (where they announce Freds death a couple of years ago). There is a link to the song that made Fred, and arguably the Young at Heart, famous but it is a dead link. FOX claims ownership and wont even let Young at Heart link it on their website in tribute to the man who sang it. I am a reasonable man. I am an educated man. I understand copyright. In the spirit of the above, I offer the following prayer* Dear Lord, having taken a talented man from us, please protect his memory. Send anal worms** to the FOX people who wont let this one song be shared. Make those worms bore into the part oftheir brains that make them perfect cunts. Amen. * Im an atheist, so dont get mad. Or fuck off. ** If there is a god, she can create them, so fuck off. Edited on May 21, 2011, 09:44pm

My computer, that is... I don't normally go to the 'Tube' sites, but I went looking for a certain file and got burned. I doubt it's serious, but it sure is annoying. The virus wiped out my virus protection software and substituted a very convincing looking "Windows XP Anti-Virus Software." That software reported that my computer was about to melt down and that the only fix was to buy that software. I almost got sucked in, but thankfully didn't. The moral of the story isn't what you'd think it is. The real moral of the story is that we all have an ethical obligation to find some pimply cunt living is his mother's basement writing this crap and box his ears. Not too hard, just enough to make him scared and cry. I might be scarce here for a few days...

I might be the only person here who even thought of this, but probably not. This might only apply to me because I write reviews in Word and then copy-and-paste them into the PU page. This probably doesn’t apply if you just write your review in the specific page. I tend to take a few days to write a review so I have to do it in Word. So…if you’ve written a review and are ready to post it and you see that someone (especially, but not only a ‘regular’) just posted a review, do you wait to post yours to give the other review more time at the top of the list? I was just about to post a review of Jurassic Cock and I see that Drooler recently posted a review of Private Worlds. Drooler writes great reviews so I don’t want to bump him out if the front of the line just yet. So am I being courteous or just weird?

(and if it’s been asked and answered here already, my apologies to all) On my way home from work today I made a pit stop in the usual grocery store I shop at to get a couple of things. I try not to let my porn use creep into daily life, but as I waited in line at the checkout I noted that the cashier was rather cute. She was maybe 19 or 20, blonde, slim, nice complexion, nicely proportioned breasts and bum. Maybe it’s because I’ve been watching a lot of ‘youth oriented” porn lately (mostly Jurassic Cock) where old farts like Ron Jeremy get to fool around with some of the freshest faces in porn, but my mind started to wander and think of her in a porn flick. So why do some 18-20 year-olds go into porn and some work as cashiers? Sure, some girls look born for porn with the tattoos and piercings (you know the look – they’re like deep-fried food. You KNOW they’ll be bad for you but you can’t resist) but many don’t. Why did someone like Aubrey Addams go into porn and not meteorology? Adventure? Money? Danger? I’m drawing a blank here. What stops my cashier friend from following her dream to be gangbanged in a porn flick?

Most of us regulars here know the other regular’s interests. Some of mine aren’t hard to pick up on. If the model is 18-20 and does anal I’m an instant fan. Until she gets fake boobs.* One model in particular I’ve been waiting (and waiting, and waiting and waiting) to see do an anal scene is Tanner Mayes. She’s got a decent career and seems to be in it to stay for a while, so what are the odds that she’ll eventually allow a dick in the Holiest of Holies? My guess is that the odds are pretty good. The odds are somewhat less that she’ll do it soon while she still has that perky body. The other model I’d like to see do anal is Amia Miley (aka Amia Moretti). This is just a gut reaction, but I suspect the odds are a bit longer that she’ll do it. So what do you think? Does a man dare to dream? * Does not apply to any girl named Aubrey Addams.

I’m into a Videobox membership and every time a new Monica Mattos scene is posted there are a bunch of user comments that say that she once ummmm… (putting on lawyer voice) engaged in an act of equine fellatio. Coming from a guy who likes girl-girl milk enema scenes, I realize that anything I say about this will properly trigger warnings about those of us who live in glass houses and all, but seriously, ewwwww!!!! So I’m curious; has anyone seen this? I won’t judge you, but I’m just having a hard time thinking that it could be even remotely arousing. The only way I can see such a scene generating any interest would be in the shock value. (As an aside, would that area of interest actually have porn stars? “Have you seen the latest video starring Trigger and Mr. Ed? Awesome, man!” Then again, I think I might actually have a better shot at sitting through a Trigger movie than one of Shorty Mac’s self-indulgent loads of shit.) And while I’m on the topic, I might be the last person on the planet who hasn’t seen “Two Girls One Cup.” But then again, I’m probably the last person on the planet who hasn’t seen any of the Fast and Furious movies. I’d have a tough choice if forced to choose. So maybe what I’m getting at is the kind of stuff I mentioned above is what gives porn a bad name. Right-wing religious nuts see all porn as bestiality and poop when that’s just a fringe niche. Porn can lovingly and sensually portray two loving female adults who pour milk into each other rectums and then squirt it at each other. What could be more wholesome than that?

I was reading messmer’s review of ALS Scan and he mentioned that a negative of the site for him was that there were no ‘mature’ women. I suspect that he meant ‘mature’ as in age, and not ‘mature’ in that ‘these women don’t appear to be saving enough funds to sustain them in their senior years.’ Or ‘Oooo… it’s clearly after Labor Day and she’s still wearing white!’ Anyway, my question is this. Have your tastes changed in porn or women as you get older? Messmer is older than the average PU here, so I can understand his interests, but for me, nothing has changed in almost 30 years. I’ve been focused on 18-20 year olds since I was 18. I figured my tastes would change, but it didn’t happen. That’s not to say I can’t look at a beautiful 30 or 50 year old and have some sexual thoughts, but fantasies always involve the younger crowd. Even though that interest in real, non-porn ladies officially makes me a dirty or creepy old man. Thankfully I’ve been raised in a country and educated in schools where political correctness is a religion, otherwise I’d probably be pinching girl’s bottoms. With my teeth.
