Ok so I joined the Diabolic.com website 29.95 I saw pre sales at the bottom and I unchecked there were two of them.
I was billed for the original purchase and tonight while looking through my info I see another charge pending from this same company Atlas Multimedia inc.OK I just not checked and its billed through a company called netbilling. I called their customer service line and actually got some one who looked up my account and said they only see one charge and that their company is not billing me for the other amount. i wonder if their pre checked cross sales got me even though I unchecked but I did not receive any other email saying I joined a site. I went back to their site to see what was pre saled and its SO cal somthing and XXX network pass. My username and password did not work for either of these sites. I'm worried that this 29.95 will turn into a recurring charge what should my course of action be? Can my bank help and block any future charges from this company my bank is Chase. I have since receieved a new debit card i plan on activating with a new number. Will activating this new card prevent charges recurring on the old one? 30 bucks not that big of a deal but dont want to keep paying advice please Edited on Apr 07, 2010, 10:33pm |
