Why, oh why do more and more sites - girl sites- get back to a bad habit - a habit, I thought was gone: Making mainly videos of photoshoots. When I want/look for photos, I choose photos - when looking for videos of especially solo-material, I look for solo-material - not scenes where the photografer and the model is focused on stills....... Any wizards here? First - my English is getting rusty with age - so bare with me: Got this extremly annoying problem with folders/settings. I got Windows Vista Home Premium 64 bit: Her it goes: I have hundreds of folders with stash: Say Folder A - in here are other folders of each model/gender ect. I open a models-folder - and then play a video. When closing down the video, that particular folder goes back on the windows screen and gets behind the primary folder - every time - tried to mingle with folder settings - but nada. I may be loosing it...LOL. Need some help here. Lost a great clip - among a lot others - when an almost filled up 1TB external broke down. Two out of five external hard drives down, arrrgh! And both down are Iomega. The first started to make funny noises a month ago - made a fast backup on another HD - og cut that first Iomega loose..goodbye. Then a couple of days ago another 1TB Iomega made a mess on the pc - and then went dead - did not get to make backup of some great stash...... Diesel Media deserves a praise........getting some of the great plesures from a time before this - and not forgotten. Why, oh why is it so rare (still) to watch vids without a little strip or at least posing before the act/acts. Is the majority of porn-fans into just suck, fuck and close-ups? Time has come where some external are getting a bit old - and one thing (among others) I'd fear: is loosing older and precious material. So invested in more externals and started to make backups. One HD External, an Iomega 1TB are suddenly making funny noises, so there's a backup in progress - but approx. 800 GB takes a lot of time to backup on 2,0 USB - the message was at start something like 11 hours??? Yes, this is off topic for sure, but guess some older PUs along with this old PU once had a crush on Mad Magazine � Alfred E. With the massive amount of stash most PU's collect, we need more s p a c e. Both for the amount and the larger and larger files, we download. So thinking hard about locating a 3TB external, stationary. What is there to recommend? It bothers me (too), that our honorable fellow PU, lk2fireone wrote this in an earlier thread: "The only thing that bothers me is that the reviews for the latest Seagate and Western Digital drives are so poor, I wonder how long my new drive will last. I bought the 3 TB Seagate for $135 on ebay." Because, it's really a nightmare if one of your drives dies...: One of my five is an Iomega 1TB that has started making funny "clicking" noises.....If I loose that stash. arrgh...well, you know. We had this thread recently about watching porn on tv - but guess you can also watch a lot of other stuff from the net (your pc) on tv, so: Close to buying a new tv which can use USB keys to show your movie and pix, but apparently only in .mkw and .wmv format (and .jpg for pix). So looking for a good and reliable (and fast) software to convert .mov, .avi and ofter video files into .wmv. The "free software" out there looks like a hoax - and the payed for ditto seems like a jungle... Any suggestions?? Lately I've got quite a few total Windows freeze - when starting to download with IDM (only): http://www.internetdownloadmanager.com/ Total freeze - nothing else to do, but to cut the power/restart. Been using IDM for many years...and this has occured a few, very few times - in the past. But now it's a couple of times a week. Been downloading their updates/upgrades and using Driver Max to keep my drivers top. Guess it only has to do with the ol' IDM - anybody else has experienced that...? BTW: I think it's admirable that so many esteemed PUs are all the way from back in 2007 (registered that year) - generally five years ago - and still active. Can't believe it: I've been here for more than five years now.... What does that say? To me it's a fine tribute to this site/forum and to TBP in general - TBP who provide us all with PU. Hello again, honored fellow members of this fine place... Been on a vacation with the wife for almost three weeks - without any online (no laptop, no nothing).....and no porn. There has been some "turbulent" inputs about Regional Pricing, lately...and some misunderstanding. Generally most PUs outside US of A are very munch against that...btw: one of the most outstanding in that field is Capn - and thank you for that, Capn. But it's not a question where TBP is involved - TBP has no - what so ever - saying in the matter: paysites or billing companies. And regional pricing is nor influenced by what kind of deals in price TBP can get us. And I guess it's still too much to ask TBP to deal with that question regarding those deals. Of course it could be great if TBP could interfere...but, bottom line: even if they get those better deals, it seems a bit far fetched, that TBP should, yes, again: interfere. Now and then you come across a FINE model - a new/newer one.. And at Breath-takers.com (look at "Models") I saw a beautiful Mai Bailey - a somewhat/a bit like the wonderful Marisa Tomei - with a little fantasy. Jeeeez....just ended my membership of Young Legal Porn - not their fault, att all (and BTW: was content with the site, this time) - but I "fell in love" with the slim model, Stephanie - and started my search for inputs from other sites.... Now the authorities sure are acting - why now or why this way... I can never be sure. Filesharing - or like some would prefer to call it: stealing. Bottom line: maybe stealing is in a way the right word - but to some, again - not. Believers of/in the free net, that www...out there.. will say that this shot down of all those sites like Megaupload is now the first step to limited freedom: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-16642369 (That Kim Schmitz does not look like a mothers favorite son-in-law, LOL). And now Filesonic, and as PP mentions Fileserve - and then Rapidshare could be next, and then Oron ect, ect.... As a long time PU-member I consider it a priority to deal in payed-for sites: Main reason is the quality and security of my downloads. Honestly: can anyone here find a good reason to go filesharing apart from the above - AND: the fact that good, serious porn producers got to make an earning to give us PUs more of the good stuff. (AND I'm not talking about ALL the paysite-hustlers in this deal) Still.....It's not a job for any government or any so called authorities to shot down/or with their threads make any fileshare people shot down. The authorities are way out of line here... Our net has got to be as free as the whole idea of this, yes free western world - next we'll see forces of the religious conservatives trying to ban all porn on OUR net...... Regarding my primary e-mail it,s only given out - in connection to any porn - to established pornsites and of course to billing companies. But since New Year and to this date I've received almost 20 different porn related mails - with (of course) an attached file. All mails are all like this with the lead: Your registration access Your member area access: Login: vepjtvckq Password: fkton Check mailmexicanql.html attached file for full access Estella was seated at each with Sobbed dora with an angel Strong and laughed again we never take Living in order that was lost Of course I delete them with getting close to the attached file. After quite some years here, I neeeeeed change - getting a bit tired of my very old avatar (though it's someway a recognition). Been seeing some great, weird, far out, crazy ect. avatars around - but where do I find them - or find just one suiting me. Really dig a couple: British Benny Hill in a stupid cowboy hat or even Hitler wearing ear goggles and rockin' (would not choose that one, though) But some good links???? Please, do not get this wrong.....and I'm ready to be corrected/shamed/scorned by Khan or others....  But how come we still have members on top-lists ect. who is no longer active. For one: Roseman, who's still a numero 3 at "most points". He's not been active/had any inputs since the summer of 2009. Maybe our ol' friend has not checked out? Still?
