Same as Biker above I prefer to download photo sets so I don't really see any need for VR. Maybe it's an age thing but even if I watched a lot of videos the idea of sitting at home wearing some kind of contraption on my head which involves a phone screen being about 1 inch in front of my eyes just doesn't appeal to me. I already can't see a damn thing on my phone screen without my reading glasses on. I just love my desktop pc and viewing beautiful women on a large screen so I don't see VR ever tempting me away from that format.

I had a quick scan through the list but couldn't find anything worth joining. There seems to be nothing there for those of us who are bored of hardcore porn but still enjoy looking at beautiful naked women.

I see http://www.breath-takers.com/ has come back to life again, I know it used to be listed because I reviewed it back in 2011 then it went offline for some reason. Another couple of sites I came across today: http://www.eurotica.org/ and https://nakety.com/home

Blink and you've missed it. I was planning to sign up for one of the Met Art Network sites for $9.95 but the deal has already gone. When I saw Valentines specials I would have thought the offers would at least last until Valentines day.

The only other reason I know of where CCBill would decline a card is if you have ever disputed a charge or demanded a refund in the past then they would black list your card. It happened to me something like 10 or 12 years ago, the one and only time I've ever felt ripped off by a site and demanded a refund within 5 minutes of joining, next time I went to join a site through CCBill the card was declined.

I work as a cab driver here in the UK so I would be quite happy to see the back of Uber although I don't believe that will happen. They are allowed to continue operating in London while they appeal the decision to revoke their licence so I suspect they will work with TFL to address the concerns that led to the refusal to renew their licence. I don't work in London and Uber are not operating in the Town where I work so I'm not directly affected by it one way or the other.

I've recieved those promotional emails from an @purewebpower.com email address offering a membership to Teendreams for $9.95. I was tempted but I didn't like the look of the billing page so I backed out. I did join MC Nudes last year though from a purewebpower.com promotional email but on that occasion I was sent to CCBill for the payment so never had a problem.

Sorry to hear of your loss. I've just purchased another two 3 TB drives and am currently in the process of backing up my entire collection so I don't suffer the same fate and lose a lot of content that is now irreplaceable due to sites going out of business. I have 12 sets of Satin Bloom from M C Nudes titled Barchair, Brown, Gold, Inveigled, Juicy, Leopard, Lust, Open, Passion, Tanned, White Fur & White socks. The bad news is I only saved them in the 800 x 1200 resolution. If that's any good to you then drop me an email through the pm system here at PU and I'll see if I can sort something out

I'm also wondering if anything happened about my request back in early January to have Simon Scans listed or if my request was even noticed. www.simonscans.com I'm a current member and would like to write a review if possible.

I've always quite fancied joining Kate's site but the offputting thing for me was the lack of zip files mentioned in reviews. These days I think $29.95 is too much to pay for a solo model site where most of the content is probably at least 10 years old. If they did what the Phil Flash sites did recently and brought the price down to less than 10 bucks I would probably sign up without a doubt. And Pink Panther you're not the only resident tease-model fan around here

Sad news indeed, thankfully I joined about 6 months ago and downloaded pretty much their entire 12 year photo archive. I'm guessing the last 6 months of updates that I didn't get can probably be found in my Teenrotica collection anyway. The way things are going there won't be any decent sites left to join soon.

Similarly to Pink Panther above I was also wondering if there's a reason why another long standing site simonscans.com is no longer listed here as I'm sure it used to be. I don't know if they've had problems in the past but the site is certainly alive and kicking and appears to be still updating several times a month. I signed up today as they have a new lower price of $9.95 a month or $60 for the year with reputable payment processing through Epoch. I'm hoping it can be listed again so that I can write a review in due course.

I've also noticed a sharp increase in the prices here lately which I suppose is due to the fact that since we voted for Brexit the value of our currency has plummeted something like 20% against the US Dollar.

I had a membership to Hegre Art back in 2007 and have that model and those 5 photo sets you mention in my collection. I joined Hegre again about 6 months ago and noticed that quite a lot of the early content that i had downloaded back in 2007 was no longer available on the site. There is no seperate archive of the older content in the members area, the members area is basically a mirror of the tour pages as I remember. I did mention in my review of this year that some older content had disappeared from the site. Hope this helps regards...Tangub

An interesting looking site, I'm guessing that's the same Dominika C from Hegre Art. Looks like the biller is that Centro Bill that everyone seems to have problems cancelling with on that scammy German Goo Girls site so I certainly wouldn't take a chance on it.

I have had this problem when writing a comment or a reply, it seems that if you take a little too long over something your session will time out and when you click submit you are logged out. I've never had the problem with submitting a review because I write them offline in a word processor then just copy and paste the review in to PU so it only actually takes me a few seconds to post a review.

I started getting into music and buying albums around the Punk/New Wave era of the late 1970s. I'm struggling to remember specifically which was the first album I bought but I remember several of the earliest ones in my collection so it could be any of these: Siouxsie and the Banshees (The Scream), Sham 69 (Tell us the Truth), The Jam (In the City), the Clash (Give 'em Enough Rope) or Boomtown Rats (A Tonic for the Troops).

Could that have possibly been the Suze Randall site. I know she had very early photo sets of Jenna Jameson from about the age of 19 as I still have all those old sets stashed away on an external drive. As far as I know that site is still alive and kicking with all the old archives.

Thanks very much Amanda, I've already received the uk gift card and added it successfully to my account. Don't worry I won't redeem the original Amazon.com gift card, I'm an honest kind of guy and wouldn't dream of taking something I'm not entitled to....in fact I've already deleted the original email so I don't have access to the original gift code anymore. Hi Amanda I was unable to redeem the gift card in my amazon.co.uk account...it came up with voucher code invalid. I'm assuming these gift cards are only valid on the amazon.com website which probably isn't much use to me in the UK? I know under the old raffle the prizes were valid for amazon.co.uk. Browsing around the site today I noticed large parts of my reviews have disappeared, in most the bottom line is empty, in others the cons and bottom line is empty, some reviews such as the one for DDF Network was completely empty. I looked at some other users reviews and I'm certainly not the only one this has happened to.

I wish Rabbit and his team all the best with their new venture and let's hope they can rejuvenate PU back to it's former glory, let's face it this site has never been the same since they ditched the weekly raffle. As a photo collector I can't say I'm particularly excited about the MyPorn project, I get the impression that it's going to be little more than a glorified tube site now the reviewing side of it has been dropped.

That set of Jenna comes from the Suze Randall site. I still have all the old Jenna sets from Suze stashed away on my external hd. Looking at the tour pages of Suze it would appear most of her old sets are still available there.

For UK users, Western Digital Elements 3 TB external drive currently £92.99 (GBP) on Amazon. I think that's the cheapest price I've ever seen for a 3TB drive and way down on the £145 I paid for the exact same drive about 14 months ago. I'm getting a bit nervous about the noises my oldest 5 year old iomega 1TB is making at start up and the fact I have to turn it back off and on again before it gets going so I thought time to buy another drive and make back ups of my old 1 and 1.5TB drives. I have some stuff on there from sites that are no longer around that I certainly wouldn't want to lose. I'm perfectly happy with my previous WD Elements so had no hesitation about buying another particularly at that price.

I've never had my prepaid card rejected when using it to purchase subscriptions, I've used it through CCBill and again only a few weeks ago when I bought my DDF subscription priced in Euros because I didn't trust their biller with my regular card. I've just checked out the Escape website and I see they are no longer accepting new applications for that card but there are plenty of others on the market. Just use one of those comparison sites like moneysupermarket.com to compare the different cards on the market and find the best buy in regards to what fees they charge

I use the Escape Prepaid Mastercard, it cost me £10 to apply for it initially but I can load cash on to it free of charge at any Phones 4U shop and there are no additional charges for using it online. I've used it on a couple of occassions to purchase memberships where I didn't trust the biller with my regular credit card details. If you only load it with enough cash to cover the cost of the subscription then they can't help themselves to unauthorised charges.

I noticed a couple of years back my bank (the well known Spanish bank on the high street) were adding a foreign currency charge to transactions in another currency when I used my debit card so the end result is simply that I won't use it now and stick with the credit card which has not yet imposed this charge.

So difficult to narrow it down to just 10, I could probably list a hundred favorites but these are probably the top 10 whose mere presence on a site would go a long way to selling me a subscription: 1. Monika Vesela 2. Eve Angel 3. Suzie Carina 4. Ariel (Gabrielle Lupin/Piper Fawn/Faith Lightspeed) 5. Natasha S (Natalie/Nata/Helen/Helena of Helen's Planet & Ero Nata) 6. Faye Reagan 7. Georgia Jones 8. Franziska Facella 9. Caprice (Little Caprice) 10. Lola (Dido)

I agree with Cap'n, I don't see the point of those massively large images where you can only see one tit on your monitor especially given the hard drive space required to store them not to mention the download time. Even on sites like Met and Armour Angels where I found images of 6000+ I always opt for the mid size 2000-2500px where available. Since I upgraded my monitor to a 24 inch a couple of months ago anything under 1600px that doesn't fill my screen leaves me feeling unsatisfied. I'm finding it hard to justify joining sites now that don't have at least 1600px images.

I've noticed that before that my bank levy a foreign transaction fee when I use my debit card on any transaction in a foreign currency so I refuse to use it now on foreign currency transactions or when I travel overseas. I don't get any such charges on my credit card though so I use that now whenever possible. I only discovered this foreign transaction charge after I got home after a couple of weeks in the Philippines and checked my statement and discovered my bank had been charging me a cash withdrawal fee plus the foreign transaction charge and it ended up costing me around £7.50 each time I withdrew £150 of my own money....WTF???

How I wish I could buy them for those kind of prices here in Rip Off UK, cheapest on Amazon is a 3TB Seagate for £103 (GBP) which is still about $165 (USD) although good to see prices have come down considerably since I paid £145 for my 3TB Western Digital a year ago.

Surely that is a perfect reason why individual sites within a network should be reviewed. Maybe some people will be joining the network for those specific sites and then be pissed off when they find out the sites they were interested in are no longer updating and the quality is not so good. Reviewing the network as having xx amount of sites and xx amount of weekly updates of HD videos might not be so helpful if the one sight somebody might have specifically signed up for has been dead for 3 years and has no HD content. From a personal point of view I like to see reviews and ratings for individual sites within a network. Take the sister site 21Sextury for example; being in to softcore solo glamour photography there's probably only 2 or 3 sites in that network that interest me namely Pix and Video, Sweet Sophie Moone and possibly Club Sandy so its much more helpful to me being able to read reviews specific to the sites I'm interested in. Many network reviews for 21Sextury might not tell me a lot about my specific interests whereas Rusty J's brilliant review of Sweet Sophie Moone from a couple of years back tells me everything I want to know about that site.

I'm surprised you're saying you've not heard of Dhdmedia CT since the last 2 sites you've reviewed Holly Randell and Digital Desire both use them as their billing company. I used dhdmedia when joining those 2 sites and never had any problems and cancellation was easy.

Thanks for that elephant, that fills me with confidence to hear that. I think I'll probably take the plunge and buy one of them. There's a couple of Aldi stores around here so maybe I'll check what they have before ordering from Amazon. Toadsith I'll probably follow your advice and give the upgrade a miss. As far as I can see the upgrade offer has to be redeemed by February 28th 2013 so it looks like there's not the possibility to hold on to it for a year while they fix all the bugs. I'm not totally sure I would have the confidence to undertake a major system upgrade on my own anyway.

The very first external drive I ever bought was an old Freecom classic which has got to be 7 to 8 years old now and still going strong. It's only a 160GB drive as that seemed like quite a lot of storage back then but I use it all the time now as the drive I download to and view everything from before transferring what I want to keep to one of my larger 3TB storage drives. So basically my trusty old Freecom has been in daily use for years and never let me down.

My near 5 year old HP desktop has been playing up recently going through the "windows is unable to start/start up repair process" on numerous occasions so I figured maybe it's time to invest in a new machine. Browsing on Amazon some Medion branded PCs have caught my attention as being reasonably priced and generally seem to have better specs than similar priced and even more expensive models of other brands. Also there is an offer on now whereby if you buy any new Windows 7 PC you can get an upgrade offer to Windows 8 Pro for ?14.99 (GBP) when it becomes available which I find quite tempting. I'm not at all familiar with the Medion brand, apparently they appear to be a German company which in my mind is usually a sign of a well made product with lasting longevity although I suspect they are thrown together on the cheap in China like everything else these days, so I was just wondering if any other Porn Users have owned or had any experience with this make of PC. I only have a limited technical knowledge on computers so any feedback would be welcomed good or bad. Edited by Staff on Sep 27, 2012, 06:37am
