Frequent/consistant updates- if you start out updating twice a week and then go to once a month and finally every other month then I'm not likely to want to pay the same amount for less content
No bouncingMany sites lock up or bounce you 2 or 3 times during a visit. They get big Alexa numbers but that doesn't make me want to visit.
Truth in advertising That is plain. Give the customer what you say your going to give them.
Customer ServiceI've cancelled membership on more than one site after rude service. If I send you an email then respond. If I tell you I'm having video issues then don't pretend like I'm the only one especially if you have a forum and members are discussing it among themselves. Just treat the customer the way you would want to be treated. |
