For the Windows XP Scandisk utility, you can rightclick on the hard drive you want to check in "My computer", go to Properties and then Tools. Under Error-Checking there should be everything you need. Another more advanced way of doing things like this would be to use the Cmd interface... you'll get a lot more data from the check that way... Click Start, and then Run. In Open, type cmd, and then press ENTER. Use one of the following procedures: To run Chkdsk in read-only mode, at the command prompt, type chkdsk, and then press ENTER. To repair errors without scanning the volume for bad sectors, at the command prompt, type chkdsk volume:/"Whichever letter drive you want to check", and then press ENTER. Note If one or more of the files on the hard disk are open, you will receive the following message:

Though for some reason, this immediate problem of the disk not being able to be read, or written to, just screams of a Cache problem to me... My advice is to just turn off Disk caching for that particular drive and then see how the error behaves afterwards. Start at the desktop. Right-click on My Computer, then left-click on Properties. Click on the Hardware tab at the top. Click on the Device Manager button. Click on the + next to Disk Drives to expand it. Right click on the hard drive on which to turn write caching off, then left click Properties. Click on the Policies tab. Click on Enable write caching on the disk to remove the tick. It must not be ticked. Click OK. This may not resolve the issue completely, but it sounds like something is failing to be written by the cache... Bit of a random thought here to add to the mesh... I don't actually remember the movie name off by heart, but I do remember this fantastic quote... It was two guys arguing in a bar about the theory that all men are bisexual to some degree... one of the men vehemently disagrees, as most 'alpha male' types would... but the second asks what he likes to see in porn... a limp dicked looser with a pathetic two inch floppy trying to please a woman... or a guy with a big, thick, throbbing cock hammering away at the woman... Heading back to the original thread for a moment... I actually agree with this post thoroughly... mostly uniforms can look anywhere between stupid to sexy on any woman, but it all depends on the woman and specifically her attitude while wearing the uniform... To me, the attitude makes any uniform, you could dress Alyson Hannigan up in a dominatrix uniform, and yeah, it might look hot, but if she doesn't have the attitude to back it up, then at the end it's just going to look stupid. Attitude is key when it comes to all uniform / roleplay fantasies... the teasing cheerleader, the bitchy nurse, the strict policewoman... and so on... without the attitude, the uniform is just trappings that don't amount to much in the overall scene... But yeah, i completely agree with the cheerleader statement... hell, everyone I knew in high school had at least one cheerleader fantasy from the girls on the squad... and yeah, even now thinking back, they were unnecceserily hot lol Though another thing to actually think about is the fact that a lot of uniform / roleplay fantasies, are VERY country specific... You don't see many cheerleader roleplay sites / costumes / interest here in the UK sadly... very sadly, since I went to school in Oakland, i love the cheerleader thing lol... But then there are quite a few uniforms / roleplays in the UK that I just don't get... but again, I guess that's just because I grew up in a different country so I have different experiences growing up...
