First off keep in mind when you sign up for Streamate as a costumer you have to put in a credit card number to enter the site. Upon doing this my account was charged for twice for gold shows. Then half hour later my account was frozen. Once I called the toll free number 1-866-941-3982 I first spoke to a lady that told me that my account was compromised and when I asked her how was that. She then told me that my email wasn't my email which I was signed on to while I was on the phone with her. I told her I can even read the email that was sent to me with the reference number. She then told me oh well im closing the account. WTF if you have my credit card and my information I would like to know what is going on and how was my account compromised. She then hung up the phone on me. I called back and spoke to another lady which I explained to her the rude conversation I just had with whomever I just spoke to. She then told me well if the account was compromised then yes you get hung up on. I responded as "well that professional" she said yes it is and your about to get hung up on again. I'm tell you all now don't support this website for the fact that they can't explain how or why your account is compromised and being that it's privileged info and they are getting a percentage of what you give the models you would think they would have a little bit of professionalism. So if you want to send your money and get your credit card and information snatched ad then hung up on when you call them on it then go right ahead! Edited by Staff on Mar 05, 2013, 07:05am
