WHO WAS THE BEST STAR TREK CAPTAIN? A QUESTION FOR ALL TIME ... For many a decade, nerds have pondered the relentlessly pressing question, who was da shizz when it came to commanding a starship. Most times, the only two characters even considered are Picard and TOS Kirk ( not JJ's Kirk played by *pbbt* Chris Pine). Hey, anyone else read the news? Do you know what's been going on in the UK vis-a-vis porn? Not only has the UK already begun banning sites that feature "unconventional sex acts", stuff that wouldn't be certified for DVD sales in the UK. This includes female ejaculation, golden showers, sexual violence, and cartoon porn including Hentai. BUT, they want every adult site to get people to verify their age and the UK govt wants Pornhub, or more accurately it's parent company, MindGeek, to do it for them! So glad to see that there's other Trek fans on here. I really like Star Trek. Original Series, TNG, DS9 (My fav), VOY, ENT and now DISCO. I refuse to call it STD. The animated series wasn't my favorite though. ANYWAYS, For people who like the Orville better and thinks its more like TNG, that's because of the lighting! Plain and simple. I don't think DISCO is the best though, but it's only 8 episodes so there's still lots of room for improvement. Anybody else like their work out shirts that read DISCO in the front. Any Star Trek fans in the crowd? Star Trek Discovery just had it's fall finale and was wondering if anyone likes the show. Also, on a related note, any Star Trek porn fans in the crowd? I just read that Disney is once again allowing for the LA Times movie critics to review their movies. They were banned for a few months for articles critical of their operations in Anaheim. One of the major issues surrounded an article written about a parking lot that was built by the city of Anaheim, at the cost of millions of dollars, but is leased to Disney at the low low rate of $1/year. Disney of course gets to keep all profits of the parking lot, estimated in the hundreds of millions per year. So, because of the bad press, Disney banned LA Times staff. But apparently the administration of the paper has changed recently and have "worked" something out with Disney. - And that's my contribution to this thread ;P -D | |

Definitely a subset of porn, Sex Games are often pushed to the margins of our community, but with so many to choose from, someone's gotta be playing them. I wonder if VR porn makes you yawn? VR Porn is a great way to make porn exciting again as it's much more immersive. Even better than VR porn are 3D sex games, where not only are you immersed in the game, but there's greater opportunities for interaction. Yes, you do need additional software to play VR porn through your VR headset. This is true whether you have a smartphone-based device, e.g. Cardboard, Gear VR or a console based device, e.g. Oculus Rift, HTC VIVE. I'm not too sure how to get it running on the PSVR yet since I haven't had the opportunity to try it out. But I'm sure it's possible. For a smartphone-based VR device, you have to go to your online app store, either the iStore or Google Play and download a VR app. I'd download the most popular one or one that's made specifically for your phone like the Samsung VR app. After it installs, launch your downloaded scene through the app and slip your phone into your headset. You may need to make adjustments to the settings on the VR app to maximize your satisfaction. For Oculus Rift users, visit the Oculus site and download Oculus Runtime if you don't have it already. Ideally you should be able to just adjust the the Oculus display mode to Extend Desktop to HMD. If that doesn't work, try downloading a VR player like LiveViewRift or Virtual Desktop and launch your file through this player. For HTC VIVE users, you're going to need an external VR player. Most sites recommend Whiligig. Oculus Rift and HTC VIVE support will probably not help you watch porn on their headsets, but VR porn sites will. Many of them (VR pornsites),have in-depth instruction on how to play their videos in VR as well as active forums full of good advice from other VR porn enthusiasts. Just find the support page on any VR porn site and make sure you're looking at the instructions for the right device, and you'll be watching VR porn in no time. Hey I just wanted to create a thread for all those who are interested in what the future of porn holds in store, especially when considering all the different technological advancements that are being applied to it. So obviously VR has taken off in popularity, and some of the better headsets have accompanying controllers with built-in haptic technology. These can be used for watching porn or playing 3D sex games. There's also sex robots, which are not as widely available but popular in many people's imaginations. I can just imagine how expensive and potentially heavy a unit could be. But then again maybe you don't have to buy a whole robot, you could just buy the head, or another body part that you're especially fond of. There's sexbots, which are not sex robots, but sex chat bots. Connected to an A.I. interface that could interact and provide stimulating dialogue for even the most esoteric fetishes. I'm thinking of the A.I. in the great 2013 sci-fi flick, Her. Then finally there's teledildonics which are sex toys like vibrators, fleshlights and other appliances that have had smart technology integrated with them so that they can be controlled remotely. I have an Oculus Rift and I've seen VR content from most of the studios that are producing it. The Rift is pretty sweet and it sure beats the hell out of all the other VR headsets that I've used, which were admittedly all smart phone based headsets. I've yet to use HTC's VIVE but I hear it's pretty good too. I can really recommend Real Teens VR and BaDoink VR for quality VR content, and MetaverseXXX if you want to try something different.  -D | |
