Hi there,
Just found this while looking for information about Centrobill and see if more peolpe had this same issue. I joined GGG and a couple days ago I tried to cancel subscription one day before (25) it renewed (26). After clicking cancel button they offered a deal, but clicked no thanks. Then it said I had to wait for a rep to go through the cancellation and that's that, nothing happened, no cancel confirmation, nothing. Hours passed and no email confirming the cancellation arrived. So, I opened a ticket on e-support24. They send an automated email offering a deal if I decided to stay. Answered no, and never knew more from them.
Next day (26) received an email from Centrobill saying that the renewal payment failed and that they would try another time on feb. 2. I normally use a virtual card with the exact amount of money needed for the site subscription I´m interested in, so in a way I was lucky.
Now I´m a bit worried. Should I a new virtual card number or is it safe to keep using this same card? Can they do anything against me?
In more than 10 years buying porn subscriptions is the first time that I came across a problem like this one. I find it amzing that they being so dishonest with their customers.
